My Son was treated poorly by Rani the Branch Manager in the past and now she is being rude to me Austin’s father and still a Customer ( but not for long ) She makes many mistakes when placing coverages and has been rude and arrogant when dealing with my Family. The branch manager, Rani is defensive and unprofessional. After paying an extremely high rate for coverage (not even the right coverage) i decided to ask her if there is anything she could do to lower my premiums. The answer was she could save me about 100 dollars a year at the end of my term. I got a quote from another company and they were able to save me 2800$ a year..... something doesn’t add up here? Awful service!!

I made a request to my broker to get my husband's full name added as a driver for a visa requirement. The broker only added his first name, which added a cost to my bill and didn't meet the visa requirement. I had to switch insurance companies, pay more, and the Link Broker said they couldn't help me and if I didn't pay the additional fee she caused that I didn't approve, the collections agency would come after me.
