Central location and wide variety of some hard-to-find products. This Liquor Depot is conveniently located on 17th and stays open late. The staff here are friendly and helpful, I've always been quite impressed by the service. The store is laid out in an orderly way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The only downside is that the prices are a bit higher than some of the other liquour stores in town. All things considered, it's worth the higher price for convenience and range of products.

I’ve been coming here for many years and I feel like the store has only improved during that time. I really appreciate the security at the door being that this area has become somewhat more dangerous in the last few years. So glad to have parking, it’s really hard to park in that area. Great selection of products, competitive prices, friendly staff. Don’t have anything bad to say about these guys. Modest but excellent selection of gluten free products (beer)

Today I went in to buy Phillips Dino Blackberry Sour & didn't see it on the shelf. I asked a woman who worked there if she might have some hiding elsewhere. She informed Dino was a hot ticket and they were sold out. She saw me struggling to find a new beer and came over to my rescue! She suggested a number of amazing sours with personal recommendations! Honestly, one of the best guest service experiences I've ever had! Thanks again!

You need to train your staff to stop interrogating customers with accents that where are they from instead of thanking them for purchasing your above average priced items and wish them a good day. Half of Canadians have an accent and it’s Highly depreciated to see American copycats allowing themselves to ask people about their personal’s.

Joe there is amazing with his depth of scotch knowledge. We had a few people with significant birthdays that we needed something special. Joe was able to provide some awesome and unique suggestions at all different price points. Highly recommend. They have a great selection of scotches.

All the staff here need a pay rise. Been using this store for years. Never had anything but fabulous customer service. Not even had anyone having an off day. They even buy dog treats for the canine regulars. This is a perfect example of what every store should be.

Pretty good liquor store. Nice selection of liquor, wine, and craft beer, plus a well-supplied growler bar. For more obscure stuff, I'll go to the Co-Op up the road, but I spend a fair amount of my beer budget here, especially if I'm in the mood to fill a growler.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS it’s says different on google. Absolutely disappointing when it says open until 2a.m. and then the doors are locked at 10:15. Considering the store is located on 17th ave., I do not understand why it closes so early. Extremely disappointing.

Love the Truckstop...my favourite. Breakfast spot ...the Coffee is nasty but... you cannot beat the atmosphere anywhere in Calgary ....the servers & staff are amazing and funny they’ve got great stories and they all get to wear a pink lucky girls LOL

Had to wait a bit at the growler station, but once I asked an employee for help it was great! She was very knowledgeable about the beer and encouraged me to try almost all of what they had. Overall it was a great experience except for the wait.

Great store. Tons of options for any budget for wines or whiskies. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely professional. Joe in particular is an awesome guy - he's one of the most experienced in the business. Would go back 10/10

Good prices, Great Selection, Amazing Staff...especially David - so friendly and helpful. This is my 'usual' liquor store, and would be my 'ONLY' liquor store if they were open until 2am everyday again!!

Got over $300 worth of liquor from here. Guy who assisted us had good knowledge and recommended some good options but was fixed on the price. All in all good place to have liquor with nice options.

Despite having plenty of shelves devoted to liquor, there is anything of real high quality. Wine department is also severely lacking. 2 stars for stocking Calgary local brands however.

The newly redesigned location is now much better at showcasing local and imported craft beer. They also have a growler bar with rotating taps and a decent wine and spirits selection.

Open until 2am seven days a week except for holidays. Great selection of beer wine and alcohol. Growler fill station is also available here. Good selection of local craft beers.

So obsessed with ID'ing everyone that no one is manning the Growler bar. Be prepared to wait. Some of the highest prices in Calgary - have a Co-op flyer handy to price match.

A huge selection of Scotch and other fine spirits. Don't let the outside fool you, this place is huge and will likely have whatever specialty liquors you are looking for

Amazing service! They always offer to order things they don't currently have in stock. Great selection so that's rarely an issue anyway.

kinda scary with the hobos asking for a drink when you go inside or when you exit. however, they can't really do anything about that
