There was a old Liberians who wasn’t very nice.I asked her was the library open and she had the AUDACITY to tell me,I wouldn’t have answered the phone if we weren’t open.I called to ask were they open because on Google it said they were but I called just to make sure and they could’ve been closing so she could’ve said no we are closed.She needs to figure out who she is talking to but other then that my past experiences were okay but she had a attitude and had the nerves to take her attitude on me so I hung up on her while she was still talking.HAHA.Don’t play with me.

After six years of being a Little Village Resident we still use the library for so many things needed in our life. The librarians are especially helpful at times when you have a question. The books are a wide variety for a small library. It's very clean and well regulated during these terrible pandemic times. I appreciate all they have done for my family over the years.”

Update: massive improvement. The new liberian workers are polite and helpful. I enjoy going there now. Very clean, clean bathrooms and well spaced shelving. Good selection of foreign language books and teaching books. they have lately a bad habit of not checking in books when placed in drop off bin. I dropped off 4 books & they didnt check in odd hours, but did place a fine on it. hopefully they will clear this up , but lately have been very good at dodging responsibility. for their actions

They’ve had every book I’ve needed so far. The librarians are kind and answered all the questions I had. I like that my daughter can go with me and she can physically see a great selection of Spanish and English books (at her eye level and easy for her to grab off the shelf).Good CoVid precautions with hand sanitizer stations.

I called before I actually came to the library about printing some papers and how much it was and if I could bring my laptop to print something out only to actually come in the library and be told I can’t print anything from my laptop. It’s was aggravating because I had confirmed if I could do it from my laptop.

Aside from the woke material literally everywhere, this location renders the Douglass park branch totally useless to my family. Not only is it considerably safer, The librarians are incredibly kind and helpful. The kids section is also pretty decent. Clean bathrooms.

I love going to my local Little Village branch, it is clean, quiet, well-organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also it is convenient to return books or media in the outside drop off boxes when the branch is not open.

One of the greatest libraries in the city, I love this library and how helpful every one is! There is a guy by the name of Aldo who is not only fast and friendly with his help but he is also rather nice on the eyes!

Small selection of books and around certain times it does get very loud. However, I love having a library in my neighborhood to pick up books and return them. This library reminded me of my passion for reading!

I went to get my son his first library card and explained that he is autistic and 24yrs old. The personel was awesome!!. They were patient and very understanding. Kudos to this branch on 24th and kedzie.

This is my go to library. The librarians are nice and the library just has this good aura that makes me feel safe here. My son loves the kids area. I've never had a problem here.

Nice selection of books. Librarians are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of computers available for usage. Also a big parking lot which is always a plus in the city.

When I was 5 I would always go here after school the play area is amazing the computers have 4 star internet but u can even play roblox there amazing

Convenient location with a lot of after school programs. The summer reading program keeps the parents and the kids busy during Summer vacations.

Great ambiance but after my recent visit to their restroom..."splash" my _____ touched the water not a great way to end my library visiting

This library still as new as when first built a good library normally isn't that many people there but still good to have.

Free printing at this Library for the first 10 pages. Closes by 6pm and Computers access closes by 5:30pm.
