For $22.70 I got a measly nachos and a smoothie. The drink was served in a plastic take away cup with plastic straw and the nachos were served in a cardboard bowl even though I was eating in? The wastage seems so so unnecessary. Paid for extra guacamole and corn. Apparently the nachos come with guac but find that very hard to believe, for an extra $3 I got less than a spoonful. The corn that I ordered was also missing. Not many vegan options, the staff don’t bring the meals to you, complete waste of plastic/disposables (why is the banana bread individually wrapped in gladwrap?) and why do the staff yell out your order rather than using the buzzers that are at the counter..? Happy to see that there was metal cutlery available, it was somewhat clean and presentable (a few patrons had to clear their own tables whilst I was there and my table had also not been wiped before I sat down, it didn’t seem particularly busy during this time?) and happy that there was a healthy restaurant option in the area but will probably go to the Chinese next door next time if I want some bang for my buck.

Excellent Customer Service experience :) I stuffed up the date on an online order and needed morning tea for 8 people in a HURRY. Picked up the telephone and a young man named Sam helped me with kindness and efficiency - he and his workmates whipped me up a beautiful platter of food for some very hungry people in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely delighted - would give MORE stars, if I could. Thanks, Lovely People and Merry Christmas :)

Good food at a decent price, though their main menu could better explain what is in their products. As I got the Asian Beef bowl and found there was cilantro in it (which tastes like soap to me) so I would have asked to remove it had I known. Aside from that the flavour was good, the volume was good, but the flat-white coffee was a bloody cappuccino, so no point ordering anything besides a 'chino as that's all you get.

I have been visiting the business early some mornings to have ham tomatoes and cheese toasties and coffee and read the available Newspapers only problam is as for hot coffee and couple of times lukewarm ..so many coffee shops have same fault. So turns out pharmacists registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Register are not considered as health practitioners in the eyes of liveat and are therefore not eligible for discounts they are offering health practitioners. Also don't get guacamole and sour cream with you order they will charge $5 for less than half a teaspoon of each.

Food selection is good, I would say not cheap, the soup looks good for winter. If you sit at a table close to the doors it's very draughty. Also the coffee isn't overly hot even if I ask for extra hot. It's just warm by the time I eat a toastie quickly. But today I finally asked for it in a takeaway cup & it made a big difference.

Went there today ordered a burrito. Had one bite and it literally fell apart all over the table. Couldn't even pick it up it was that soggy and covered in oil... $19.10 for one bite, then walked off after I told them. I will never be going back there again. They did offer to remake it I said don't worry about it.

Foods fine, staff are rude and generally not interested in helping or any pleasantries. I said thank you when more order was made and the server just kept chatting to another staff member and ignored me. Need some staff customer service training

Regular customer at this outlet, and I can say that the grilled bowls are consistent every time I visit. Food is fresh and delicious. Always love the complimentary biscuits offered with the hot drinks. Recommended place for a healthy quick bite.

Eye catching place from the approach and just as good in side with great food options that look and taste so fresh any thing from pasted salads soups and wraps, staff were super friendly and helpful try them out today and see what you think .

Reasonable price with many different options. Inside of the shop, it's pretty spacious place and good mood for a cup of coffee or a quick and light meal. They also sell milk and juice. Take away smoothies with various choices.

Asked for Vegetarian option at Sandy branch and given Chilli con Crane with meat. Didn’t even apologised for this huge error. Just told we don’t have falafel for this dish! Menu clearly show that option there.

  • Matt T

coffee was good but they put out our food on the tray behind the counter whilst the took ten minutes to make coffee in which time the food went stone cold. would recommend elsewhere for breakfast

  • Joanna McRae

The boost juices WERE what i came here for. Now just coffee variants listed - "But we do smoothies". Tastes good - but the price is not on view. At least the seats are still comfortable.

Visited King Meadows Venue and really liked it so we were staying in Sandy Bay and dropped into here as well. Love the Salads and the young girl that served us was nice as well.

  • chamari nish

I ordered a wrap and it was so terrible. For $8.80 I got half of juice take away cup. Please don’t waste your money in here. And the customer service was really bad.

  • Kevin Cullen

Last 30 people I had to cater 4, this is who brought us delicious, perfect Hot & Cold foods…..recommend these guys any day of the week, thank you …

  • Louise Elliot

Salads are good and fair value but the sandwiches, rolls and wraps are a rip off - they're staged so they appear filled generously but they're not.

Lovely fresh food, and always very good service. Relatively child friendly.

The worst taste of Xcode experience had in my all life before and the unprofessional Manner to annoy the customer

  • Nigel F

Really love this branch, nicest staff and the best coffee. Could I suggest some small pots for the hot sauces.

  • Jason Colhoun

Nice food but your coffee turns up ten minutes after your food arrives because the staff are too busy talking.

  • Georgina Bird
