I ordered online which makes no difference. I recently purchased a matching custom-made sofa and chaise with custom throw pillows from Living Spaces. My order was ready on time and delivered a few days later. When the truck arrived, I immediately noticed that the sofa and chaise were up on the backrests, unsecured inside the truck. As the guys were offloading the sofa, I saw that the plastic and cardboard were damaged. The chase looked OK; it was wrapped much better. Once inside, I began unwrapping the sofa and saw a hole through both the plastic and cardboard. A closer look revealed damage to the right corner of the backrest. Fast forwarding ahead with everything unwrapped. The chaise looked a bit narrow. I grabbed the tape measure, and sure enough, they made it 41-1/2" wide when it was supposed to be 44" wide as advertised. The total length of the two should be 125". Instead, they sent me two pieces measuring 119". I began installing the feet. The feet have four holes for mounting. One for the machine screw and three for wood furniture screws. Only one, sometimes two, of the wood screws aligned with the wood frame for each of the eight feet. At this point, both pieces were ready to be connected. I lifted the sofa and set the fastener into the chaise fastener. To my surprise, the tops of the backrests are out of alignment by 1 inch, which looks terrible. Lastly, one of the throw pillows was a different color all together. I called customer service immediately and chatted with them on Facebook Messenger as well. Two claims were started: one for the damage and one for the pillow. As for the serious alignment, chaise width, and craftsmanship defects, they were no help. They're trying to hide behind an industry standard of allowing 1" for sizing flaws. The problem is, I can't find this policy anywhere on my bill of sale or their website. What about the chaise being undersized by 2-1/2—is that industry standard as well? I also asked for a copy to be emailed to me. Needless to say, I haven't seen anything. According to the agent, The manager offered me a 5% discount off of the total purchase to shut me up. The At least that's how it came across. 5% wouldn't cover the pillow, let alone the frame and upholstery rework. The other option was to exchange it for a $199 restock fee because it was considered "at the customer's discretion". They didn't want to talk about the width discrepancy at all. I'm sorry; this is 100% unacceptable. I'm disgusted with Living Spaces. How dare they sell poor-quality and poorly crafted products? These companies have too much money and don't care about their customers. Shame on them! They've got one less customer.

My husband and I came to purchase a new bed frame. While browsing a couple of the staff members came to ask if we needed help or check inventory. We finally found a piece we liked and made the purchase. We attempted to take the purchase same day. We drove to the warehouse entrance for pick up. Where they asked for invoice and ID. I provided both. After waiting for about 20 minutes the order was brought down and we realized it was not going to fit. We advised we would do pick up next day and the staff agreed. My husband and I returned the next day. Went to the warehouse showed invoice and ID once more. The clerk advised the order was picked up. I explained to the clerk what happened and she asked that we pull up the vehicle to one of their doors. So we did. We waited 10 minutes before one of the staff members who helped us the previous day, explained that someone had picked up the order. He advice we will need to go back to the store and speak to a staff. I asked how if they require copy of invoice and ID, he stated the person who picked up my order gave the information needed for pick up. The staff member said he remembered us from the previous day but that the order must have been picked up after his shift ended between 7pm-8pm. We left the location between 6pm-6:30. My husband and I went back in the store spoke to one of the associates who informed the account had no notes. She asked for us to wait a few minutes while she spoke to the staff at the warehouse. We waited for 30 minutes and the staff member returned. She explained that indeed our order was picked up by someone else and they would need to investigate further. She didn’t have much more information and referred me to the loss prevention manager who would be conducting the investigation. My husband and I were both annoyed, irritated and upset to say the least. I asked for the product to be delivered when the investigation is concluded (24-48 hours) for such inconvenience. The staff member agreed and stated she would note the account. At this point is now just a waiting game. The review is based on the experience and the fact that someone who my husband and I don’t know or even heard of had a copy of our invoice. This makes us uneasy and the likelihood of us ever purchasing again from here is a NEVER.

The selections as really good, and the people in the store seemed mostly competent and very polite. Though actually paying for the items was pretty difficult. My issue came at delivery, (delivery window was 9-12. They showed up at 2:45. and then with warranty/replacement of 3 of the 4 pieces we bought. They were all dented, scratched and had powder coat waring off. The driver LITERALLY ran to his truck when I pointed this out and said “you’ll have to call the number” and then left. When I called customer support I was met with the same ineptitude as the driver. They couldn’t replace my items for nearly a month so I asked for a refund to which they said I would need to pay for a restocking fee. WHAT? The items are damaged. We argued, eventually I got my way and they would set a pickup window for a refund. But the pickup window would not be a small one. It would be 8am-6pm. No call ahead. Just show up as returns are apparently handled differently. This is the first and last time I ever buy something from living spaces.

Absolutely wonderful furniture shopping experience! I had started shopping for 2 matching blue recliners, this was my first stop. I had very specific features in mind, and I found exactly what I wanted! No more running from store to store, fending off sales people or being disappointed that I was at yet another store that “didn’t have two” or “couldn’t deliver” or “not the right blue”. Living Spaces had just the right chairs, priced much lower than I expected and I get them delivered tomorrow. Our salesperson, Selina, was more than helpful, very professional and pleasant. Needless to say, I spent the rest of the day doing some fun shopping and had a nice lunch. A great day out with my daughter, who had kindly agreed to go furniture shopping with me instead of my husband, who does not like shopping. PS: They have Starbucks coffee and fresh baked cookies when you walk in and smiles everywhere!

I purchased a table from the location on Latham and it has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. First, they put down the wrong address and for some reason “couldn’t change it in the system” so we ended up having to pick it up and assemble it ourselves. Second, the bench broke after maybe a month and a half. We sent for a replacement and it came delivered damaged. I went online to check our order to see if we could replace the bench for two chairs, and they charged us for TWO benches instead of one. The “customer service” line is a complete mess. They won’t transfer you to the store for any reason to speak to a supervisor. Never have had such an issue with buying furniture. The amount of mistakes and the lack of support with this company has been hell.

Shopped this location several times before making the decision to special order a couch for a new home I purchased. Ordered on 11/28, was told it would be here by Christmas but sadly here I am still without my sectional. Sales staff greatly misrepresented the process, calling in for help is a complete joke and I continue to get the run around. Tonight I was emailed a generic response that my couch is delayed again and won’t arrive until maybe end of January to February. So if you’re not wanting/needing your furniture for several months and want to be treated poorly for simply wanting an item you paid thousands for, go ahead and order from them. I won’t ever be doing that again nor recommending them for anything custom.

My husband and I walked into Living Spaces with a vague idea of what we were looking for - we are moving into our first home in a few weeks and were just hoping to find some furniture that matched our vision. We worked with Stephanie, who was a fantastic resource and super knowledgeable! She talked us through a lot of our ideas and offered great suggestions that helped us understand what we were really looking for. We ended up purchasing a few pieces, and Stephanie made the process quick and easy for us. All of the Living Spaces staff were so kind and personable, and we walked away feeling really happy and excited to receive our furniture in a few weeks! Our sales person, Valonta, was excellent. She was very knowledgable, friendly and just great to work with. The delivery team got everything into the front courtyard but they left the boxes on the side of the fountain furthest from the front door yet they could have placed them on the closer side, with no additional effort since the fountain is centered, and it would have made it more convenient to move the chairs into the house. Not a big deal but it made it more work for me to move the chairs inside and didn't save them any effort by placing the boxes where they did. Just something to pass on and for them to consider.

I visited multiple furniture store before this one and I will say there are multiple reasons they were the best. - They had an incredible selection of unique pieces, we wanted something in a vibrant color v.s your typical brown and grey - Living spaces is non-commission so you didn’t feel bombarded or pressured to choose a furniture set - The customer service was on point. Super easy process in store and financing was also available - We opted for delivery, it came the very next day and the delivery guys built it and put it where we wanted it. We will continue to shop here when it comes to furniture. Great experience!

Living Spaces delivered a sectional with the cushion sewn incorrectly, the seam is on the top of the cushion. Talked to customer service over the phone and in-person. Nothing they can do until a tech comes out at inspects, which is fine, even though I was told there’s nothing the techs can do. The tech company that they work with won’t let me schedule a specific day, so I was told they’d be out midweek during the work day. I’m not taking time off work for them to correct their mistake. I’ve shopped Living Space before and definitely won’t be using them again.

Worst experience. Ordered a couch I saw on the showroom floor ask for the exact couch w the color/fabric the manager who confirmed to me it was correct when he placed the ordered did it wrong. Received the couch and wasn’t what I asked and I told the shippers I didn’t want it before I signed it. They said I could return it within 7 days to go to the store and they come pick it up to only find out that wasn’t true and now they won’t take back my couch that I spent a lot of money on. No help from the manager or corporate. Never will ship here again

This store is huge and has a wide variety of options! The staff is very welcoming! I was helped by Meish who was very kind and patient with us, he along with Cas helped us design our living room with the design tools they have on their computers. They were both very knowledgeable and I appreciated how they did not rush me to buy. All the staff here knew when to give us space, which I appreciated. Selena and Uriah were always around to answer any questions and were both very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am happy with the service I received.

I visited Living Spaces looking for a lift recliner. I was helped by Reina González. I can't say enough good things about her. Very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, caring and helpful. She spent a long time showing me various chairs. She explained all the various functions of each chair and made sure I made the right decision. It was a pleasure dealing with someone that was not out for just a sale. I highly recommend anyone looking to get help in buying furniture, to ask for her. You will not be disappointed.

Every time I shop with Living Spaces, they always go above and beyond. I've purchased a dining room set, a sectional, a living room set, a bed, and now a recliner and end table. They have never failed me and all of my furniture is still in great shape after the years. Their customer service has always been great as well! This was our 1st time ever going into a living spaces store and we fell in love with our now living room set & how polite everyone in the store were not to mention VALONTA. She is the sweetest, very patient & helped us out on the options of delivery & installation also explained to us how care free plan coverage works if we were to get it. This place is not busy during the work week, thats the best time to shop here. The sales people are not paid on commission, they ask for a review once you make a purchase. We had several employees ask if we needed help, so I wondered about that. There's an outlet area in back where you can save money. The prices are lower and you can find some real gems. They also have home decor, area rugs, paintings, and some upscale patio furniture. There's a ton of kid's furniture too.

After having a bad experience at the Scottsdale location, we decided to give Living Spaces Phoenix a try because we liked the option to customize fabrics and configurations for a sectional couch. We had a great experience with our sales associate Abril. She was very friendly, helpful, thorough, and made sure that we were able to get the perfect living room sectional. Delivery was smooth and on time. Would 100% recommend this branch for anyone looking for new furniture!

Really enjoyed our recent visit to Living Spaces with the intent on buying a dining set. We were greeted and directed to the dining table section. We were given freedom and time to look around. When approached by a sales person, they were the friendliest and most helpful . We had already made our selection and Melissa guided us through the purchase process and set up delivery. When we need new furniture again, Living Spaces will be our first choice!

Everyone here that helped us out were so great! We went in to purchase quite a bit of furniture. Arturo was patient with us and made sure we got everything we needed. If you are looking for a mattress definitely hit up Alexis. She’s super knowledgeable. Nayeli and Michelle were really helpful in helping out during the payment process. Great selection and people to work with INITIALLY, but there is no way to follow up with them. They have a call center in S. Cal. who handle all follow up and customers are not allowed to call the store and speak with the sales agents they worked with. Don't be fooled. If you want to work with people personally and follow up through the whole process, steer clear from here.
