I purchased the $99 package from Groupon 2 weeks ago because I saw some good reviews on the internet otherwise I’m weary of buying service-oriented deals from group-buy sites. I called to book an appointment and brought my car in a couple days ago. Brought it in at 9am and picked it up and at end work day (awesome that they let me leave car there all day). When I picked it up there was still bug splatter on hood and suction rings on inside windshield that wasn’t cleaned. These things were visible to the naked eye. A nice, friendly gentleman did these items for me while I was there and re-waxed the hood of the car. However, the seats and carpets were shampooed well. When I finally got in my car to leave, I noticed the driver side panel where window controls are looked like it had been wiped down with a really dirty wet rag and it had dried with a layer of brown smudge over whole panel. Centre console wasn’t cleaned. I had to give the inside of my car a wipe down when I got home and disinfect also because clearly, the rags they use are dirty. Also, I was charged approx. $18 for “taxes”. Not sure how they came up with this number because it neither corresponds to the $99 for the Groupon or the $249 regular price they charge for this service. I didn’t ask for a receipt and was never offered the change however was offered same Groupon pricing for future services. Needless to say, I will not back and I will not recommend to friends.

I had my car detailed just over a month ago. I brought my car in at 10:00 (opening) and there was no one there, the staff arrived late and were under staffed. I purchased the Gold II package (from dealfind). As I got home and went over my car I noticed that the engine bay was never washed/ degreased, the rims were still full of brake dust, the back trunk lid wasnt vacuumed, the e-brake wasn't cleaned, passenger side back interior panel wasnt wiped down, gas cap area wasnt wiped out, the exterior of the car still was dirty in areas (roof, by the side signals, lower exterior door jams) which leads me to belive that it didnt even get a hand wax. I believe that the job that was done was below par. These are all items are listed in their package to be done and they weren't. I send them a few emails and called them a few times (either didn't answer or their voicemail was full). After getting ahold of them, they did not handle the situation in a professional manner.

I got the basic package, my car was very dirty inside and outside. They did a decent job and it was pretty clean after their services. Some areas felt like they were just superficially cleaned (smudges on front wondshiled, rooftop had still large untouched dirt, few dusty sports on the exterior, rims still a bit dusty in some corners, window pocket and gear switch stipl had some dust). As I said my car was really dirty to begin with an the car was much much cleaner after their service, but if I had cleaned it myself for 2 hours it would have been cleaner than their service. So overall I would give them 4/5 for great cleaning job and great experience.

WOW! I read somewhere in the reviews that it was mentioned this location is under new management and it shows. The owner definitely cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure their happy with the service. Everyone working are also very welcoming and polite. I had asked for both the Interior and Exterior detailing service, and I was very happy with the work. I was nervous when going to a cleaning service, but the reviews are bang on. New owner, new management and a lot of care. Thank you Dan and the whole team for being patient, polite and understanding. You guys earned my trust, and can't wait to.come back again.

Took my car in for a cut+polish and wax job. The previous owner of my car had done a horribly bad job at polishing it themselves and there were swirl marks literally everywhere, and lot of weirdness to how light reflected off the surface of the car. The team at Livingstar did such an excellent job of restoring it to a lovely smooth finish! It was done in a timely manner, and everyone working their was super friendly. The price is really reasonable as well, plus they threw in a free interior vacuum and wipedown. Will definitely take my car back again in a couple months for a wash and wax!

Dropped my car at Livingstar Auto Detailing for a detailed wash, they were busy at the time and texted me to pick up my car in less than 2 hours. The work they've done was super amazing! My car looked like when I picked it up from the dealer, like its first day! I fell in love with my car all over again hahaha. They have even organized my truck so neatly in the most convenient way. The best part, the charges were not over the roof, very affordable for such amazing work. Thanks so much for the great work!

Absolutely amazing, my car is like factory new. I'd let my car get really dirty during the pandemic, so it had about 2 years of grime on it. For a fair price, came out absolutely sparking, mirror finish on all surfaces. I meticulously tried to find even so much as a dog hair, looked hard and found not even 1 hair. Pet owner endorsed! Get your car in here today, seriously!

Before putting my Subaru up for sale, I recently had my car detailed at Living Star Detailing. I was totally satisfied with the results. The car looked sparkling new, inside and outside. That same afternoon, the vehicle was sold at a very good price. The work was performed by Fernando who proved to be most competent and super friendly. I strongly recommend this outfit!

I work in the construction industry so my truck gets quite dusty, I dropped my truck off at living star for the basic interior cleaning and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I came to collect my truck (2015) and it was in near new condition, smelled great, no issues at all and a overall very smooth process. I will be back, Highly recommend livingstar

Got a full day interior detail with ozone on my new used car. They took care of the stained headliner I was concerned about but other than that they didn't do much of a thorough job. They didn't clean every interior surface like they told me they would, not to mention exterior sections. Part of dog smell came back after some days. Overall not worth the price

We have new renovation and change Everything, like new equipment, we use high end vacuum, Dyson vancuum and hotsy preesure washer，We also use high end wax from swissvax. we want to be finest detailing service place in downtown Vancouver. appreciate for all guys to supporting our career.

This is my first time doing car washing by detailers. They did a deep cleaning of my car from exterior to interior. This is definitely a over value service. I chose this shop based on the Yaletown location. I strongly recommend to drop your cars to them if you guys plan to have lunch/Dinner at Yaletown.

We've used Livingstar quite a few times. We have a dog and our dog's hair isn't easy to remove. This last time, they did an especially good job of removing the dog hair and cleaning around our baby seat.
