Didn’t have to walk too far to get to the next pub, Lloyds is right beside Mullets bar. They should really knock the adjacent wall and have a walk through! Lloyds is a family run pub that dates all the way back to 1893 and has a fairly lively atmosphere going on at all times of the day. The horse racing was one so we decided to have a few bets, all losers of course, but good fun with a nice pint of Smithwicks, friendly staff, and some good company. Not a bad old pub, and one to return to in the near future.

This is the funnest bar in Ireland! My family and I were visiting Ireland from America and I’m really glad we found this bar. My family and I had the best time at their karaoke night. The owner was really friendly. He introduced himself and even gave us a shopping bag when he noticed we had a lot of things we were carrying. Excellent customer service!

  • Stephen Corbally

Corbally family. Stephen here. We had some great times over in loydes bar. Our family.my six sister often go in. Have a few. Then off to dance. Anyway . I loved fran & george! Loved getting up singing aswell. Goodpub. Oh' most deffinily, i'll have an other night with the good folk upstairs! I'll be bk! Stephen corbally. Local Area.

Me and girlfriend went in looking for 2 pints of Guinness and we were told we were too young despite me saying we have ID and we are both 19. The bar man said he didnt care and we were made leave. Quite rude really coming from Galway as you wouldnt experience that there in any bar.

I had a very enjoyable few hours and several pints of Guinness in Lloyd's after meeting an old friend of mine from many years back. Ollie was a great host as was the young lad whose name I did not get.A pleasant surprise was the rate for pensioners. I hope to return very soon and more often.

Me and my family over the years. Have had some magic night at the pub. Its great for music entertaining. The people are good for a dance or a song. Corbally family, the Mahers & the Mc Mahon familys. All one crew. Love all at a great local. Stephen Corbally. Years of Memorys!!

Sunday night they start music at 10pm, blasting extremely loud and they don't seem to care about their neighbours that live nearby. I'm kept awake by this past midnight every Sunday night. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Such disrespect in a residential neighbourhood.

I had a good time here and the locals were very friendly, as was Neil, the bartender. When I told him I was looking for some carry out food he pointed me to the nearest “chipper” just down the street. Enjoyed my 2 Guinness’ as well. Will return next time I’m back in town.

Nice people her. Older people were dancing was fun, one bought beers for me and my girlfriend. Karaoke before that was horrible to listen to but guess people had fun. Bartender seemed a bit grumpy.

The most welcoming bar in dublin city. Amazing atmosphere .You will in my opinion come back again the dj is absolutely brilliant and all staff treat you like one of their own ..

Un établissement exceptionnel, de la vraie authenticité des prix plus qu'honnete. On s'est simplement senti dans un vrai pub irlandais, pas dans un pub a touriste

  • Erling Slotten Olsen

I felt unwelcome there. The bartender wasn't rude, but I didn't think he was nice either, and I felt like everyone stared at me and wanted me out of there.

You want to experience real dublin! Head in here, characters in every corner, good old fashioned dublin bar with real old fashioned dubs!
