Bought two bottles of orange water clearly priced €1 got to cash after queing for ages then girl said they were €3.60 When asked to.price check she said no she was too busy. I went back down to check myself and they were priced €1. I asked two girls on the hot food counter to help me with the price and they refused also. I then asked a man who clearly did not want to bother also. I showed him where the drinks were and he just said well they should not be there and walked off. Disgraceful customer service. I will definitely not shop there again. ( And I don't see any reply to other negative reviews , do you care At all about your customers.)

Last night i was in this kip getting a coffee so while i was making it my boyfriend paid 4 it.. Well i only got dragged by a security guard n took my coffee out of my hand n told me i didn't pay 4 it wen my fella did so my fella marched bk into d kip n asked d fella behind d till did i or did i not pay 4 tat coffee and he said yes cors.. Made a holy show of me... I'm not thief n specialy not a poxy coffee... Scum i will b taken this matter further

Went here with my partner to get a subway, subway service was a bit slow l,but sub was nice, we then went to the seating area were chopped is and the dirt of the tables and floor was disgusting, I had to ask a member of staff to clean a table so we could sit down and eat, the member of staff cleaned only 1 table for us and left the rest filthy with food on them, staff are very lazy with cleaning something needs to be done about it !!

Worst shop ever. Bought a small popcorn chicken box 3 euro. Gave them 10 euro and got only 2 euro change back. The cashier insisted I only paid 5 euro. After the help of CCTV, they gave me 5 euro back with a casual 'Sorry" as if they haven't done anything wrong. I missed my bus of course and have to wait for another half an hour. Basic training needed for shop staff.

Absolutely disgraceful staff in asked in the subway department for steak and cheese got chicken and then simply asked for cigarettes and the guy said we'd only 2 types even though guy in front of myself got what he'd asked for. I will be reporting to trade standards here in ireland and I will make sure my friends family and others don't ever shop here again

Put price for 1-80 charge 2-40 at the till scam as a customer we check the price before we do our purchase and was told it's a mistake well if you can't do your job properly resign hate that you can fill the shelve so you can change the price as well please always ask for receipt management rude when you return to them

After a bad experience at a nearby subway, me and my girlfriend were delighted to see the hard work and great attitude of the tall gentleman who served us in subway. Excellent customer service and was very on point with my order. I wish I could give six stars as I was thoroughly satisfied. Would recommend

This has to be Dublin's worse eye sore. Not only do they allow junkies to lay at the door and begging as you come out. But their prices are a total ripoff. Boycotting this place is not enough. We need to shut it down and pay back reparations. Avoid avoid avoid

People here are nice, and usually they try to help you when your english isn't so good (like Mine) and have a smal but nice place to take your things and eat there, and have a lot of things that you should try If you wanna a fast food.

finally a place advertised on swirl app doing topups. zero stars for swirl card , used as replacement whilst waiting on a new bank card and more importantly its PIN

They have the best Chicken Rolls in Dublin, compared to Centra whom make a far fetched claim of owning 'The Best Chicken Fillet in Dublin'.

Handy little shop. Has the basics, visited this place a few times trekking up and down o Connell street. Friendly staff.

Sandwiches that don't taste like anything but are very expensive can be found right here.
