We went here to pick up a prescription after laser eye surgery as the clinic faxes prescription directly to them. The first lady was quite rude with how she spoke to us and then said that the prescription wasn’t ready as they just received it although we saw the clinic send the prescription over an hour before we left the clinic. Secondly we were told we would receive a text once it was ready after 20-30 additional minutes which is annoying for prepackaged medication but we accepted that and left. Now 35 minutes later still no message, my partners eyes were starting to hurt without the eye drops and when we arrived the medication was ready but they never contacted us. The second lady we spoke with was disorganized and got distracted halfway through and left then came back. Then we had to go over all identification a second time. Then when it came to billing the lady “setup the machine” and then walked away but the machine wasn’t activated for us to pay so we sat and waited for the lady to come and initiate the transaction but she never did so we had to call another staff member over and inform them that we still had yet to pay. We could have left without paying due to the ladies incompetence if we were dishonest. Proper training should be given to these employees as well they should be more diligent as they are in a medical environment. TLDR: Very slow, inefficient, and incompetent pharmacy staff. Could have easily left without paying due to low care of employees.

* Update: After I posted the previous review, a manager responded and invited me to the store to resolve the issue. I received a full refund for the passport photos. They prove that customer satisfaction is really their standard and guarantee. I would recommend to make your purchases and services at London Drugs. I got my passport photo taken here. They don't really have proper lighting. I don't like my photos but they would not refund or retake the photo. Actually, I returned and told the person at the counter who told me to talk to the manager. The manager told a young guy to retake the photo for me and walked away. This guy then told me they don't retake the photos unless they were rejected . Regardless, passport photo is not only about size, it's about colour, tone of the photo. So, this guy refused to do anything to resolve the issue. It's a very bad customer service and bad quality of passport photos taken here. I will never, ever go to London Drugs for passport photos again.

The 5 stars is for PARDISE "PARADISE" I would assume it's spelled .....for the quick and honest help and info she provided at the Post Office. Also the young Sikh dude who was cool enough to explain that I didn't need to drag my bike thru the store and pointed me across the street. 0 stars for the woman who at first said I could take my bike thru and then had a judgement security guard make that an impossibility. I was bring polite and respectful and asked what the best way to the PO was. And the when I finally made downstairs after crossing the street a bald guy gave me the same hassles about my bike. Bikes get stolen fast in Vancouver even with a lock. I told him I would chance trouble with security to bring my bike in. I did my business at the post office and left. I work at St.Pauls in Addictions and due to my appearance I'm.being treated much like my clients. All I can say is BRAVO to Pardise and the Sikh dude. Good job!!!!

They have almost all what you’ve looking for beauty and skin care products with different options of brands that suits the price range you’ve looking for. :) I love every products I bought. Right by the centre of west Georgia and Granville Street. “Pacific centre Mall” Canada post located at lower level-2, well trained professional knowledgeable staff. Perfect for purchasing souvenir coins, stamps, mailing products and services. Money gram and money order, online prepaid products, prep apt mailing products, good select of stamps and prepaid post card etc. Welcome to new technology. the parcel drop off machine and self serve kiosk Stamps and mailing packages.

Being in one of the busiest locations downtown, the large 2 floor store is persistently refilling stock as fast as items can move off the shelf. Because of the amount of foot traffic, shelves can at times be seemingly messy. For a tight-packed and well organized store, they appear to have as much stock as the other larger locations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a Canon M50 camera. When I returned home to Powell River, five hours away from this location, I realized that they had included the wrong charger. I phoned the store and spoke to William and he was very prompt to help me and rectify my problem. He did a great job, and I look forward to getting my proper charger in the mail to use my new camera.

We need more people like Nadia. Amazing customer service. Definitely gonna come back because of her. She helped me pick out perfumes from my family without getting irritated. She helped try at least 20 fragrances. Totally loved her.♥️

Amazing ! I love the store and its proximity to home, and the staff are incredible no matter how busy they are...They have lots of good stuff on both levels...Don't miss the bottom level for electronics etc., and other good finds....

I was sent here from Lasik MD to pick up meds for my son. After arriving at the pharmacy, they refused to release the meds to me as they needed his ID. Very disappointed in customer service.

Went here to grab one thing on Friday night. It was super busy, and they only had 2 tills open. It took too long to get through the line. Need to have more people on the tills.
