(Full disclosure, this is a long post) My parents had a wedding anniversary in March and my father asked me to help him with sending my mother flowers. Normally this isn't something I assist with because he buys them himself but this time was a bit different, she would be out-of-state the actual day of and my father is not a tech-savvy person (and being that Anniversaries are the only thing we celebrate due to religious beliefs this was a big deal). So he asked me to find a local Florist in the Los Angeles area that would deliver flowers but the issue was someone who would delivery on a Sunday (my mother had a family event she could not miss and would be across the country that day). At first I thought of ordering them from a well known national corporate NUMBER company but decided to find a local florist and I am so thankful to have found Lopez Flowers on Google. Being that I am in Florida I was worried about the time difference when I first called but they answered the call right away & even offered to call me back as they were with a customer at the time. When I mentioned my dilemma they went above & beyond in more ways than one. The gentleman I spoke with even gave me his cell phone number so I could send him a picture of the message my Father wrote to include with the flowers (this note was handwritten in Spanish & they copied it word for word). I also found a picture of a beautiful arrangement that they were able to recreate. They day of they communicated with me from start to finish even taking a picture of my little Momma with her arrangement as soon as it was delivered. If you need any flowers in the Los Angeles Area I would say do not hesitate to contact Lopez Flowers, you will be thankful you did. Looking forward to visiting my family in LA in the near future and stopping by this establishment to personally thank them for everything they did for my family.

I contacted Lopez Flowers to create a Sympathy Spray for my Aunt's Memorial Service. I am VERY particular about floral arrangements and wanted to discuss the flowers to ensure the arrangement was exactly the way I envisioned it. Since I live a considerable distance away and was unable to actually go into their shop, I phoned Lopez Flowers prior to placing my order online thru their website. I spoke with Emilio and his son. They sent me a picture when it was finished. All I can say is OMG! The floral arrangement they created was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I could have cried when I saw it. It was just BEAUTIFUL. I cannot wait to see it in person at the service. Thank you Lopez Flowers! I DEFINITELY recommend them. They were patient, kind, and did an AMAZING job!

I recently ordered online from this company knowing nothing about them as I live in Spain. My experience was second to none. Efficient, polite and without doubt one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. My daughter in law sent me a photograph and I was thrilled. I made a mistake on the original order and they were in touch with me immediately, ensuring the order wasn't delayed. Past experience has taught me to be cautious of online ordering, but in this case, I cannot recommend Lopez Flowers strongly enough. Use them. You will not be disappointed. They deserve all the praise they get.

Worst experience of my life , worst customer service ever, and the place looks so disgusting. I was given the price of $75 for a small basket custom made, so I simply told the man attending me that that sounded a little pricey that where I have gotten them before the basket is bigger for that price and his reply was "well then go and get it there because that's our price" and walks away.. Rudest experience ever. Disgusting manners. Don't recommend anyone to come to this unprofessional place. Literally ruined my day

Having purchased flowers from 1-800 flowers, and several LA based stores, Lopez Flowers tops ALL of them. It truly makes, you a permanent customer when your fiance says, and I gladly quote, "These are the most beautiful flowers, and bouquet that I have had in my life." I will no longer be subscribing online to deliveries, but will be picking them up here for as long as they are in business. Here you can get a $50 bouquet, that would cost you $100 elsewhere.

My friend and co-workers father passed away and I wanted to send something to cheer her up. I chose a plant arrangement to send to her. The customer service at Lopez Flowers was outstanding. They didn't have a few of the items pictured and they suggested some wonderful replacements. They called and worked with me on ideas. I even received a text with a photo and when they were delivered. I work in DTLA and this will be my go to florist going forward.

Mr. Lopez and Omar were just delightful people to work with! I talked to several florists before but Mr. Lopez was on point, very professional he knows his trade. As soon I said what I would like he brought the colors flowers and greens and putting them together showing, visualizing it, paying attention to the details! I love the vibes of this cute little flower shop! You might miss this place if it weren't for the bright blue doors since it's tucked in a little side street but I'm glad I found it. The staff were all very nice and helpful. You can tell them your budget, what kind of colors/flowers you're looking for, and they'll arrange a beautiful bouquet for you! Seriously great prices, service, and arrangement.

Bought flowers from here online to be sent to someone who never received them. While I was e-mailed a receipt and later, a thank-you e-mail from this business, I was not charged . Believe website was fake or highjacked. My credit card number and info was certainly sent to someone. Cancelled the card, etc. So beware of a scam often called "Petal Pushers."

I Was in a rush , the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. They had me in and out with good quality Roses in 10 minutes . I needed two separate orders and they helped me personalize each order for the recieving person's. Experience, quality , and real people that's everything I look for , they just earned my business in the long run !

We've been going to Lopez Flowers for years, but I recently moved to the east coast and needed flowers for my parents anniversary. I sent them pictures of ideas of what I wanted with a budget and they truly did an amazing job. Also, I needed flowers to be delivered within two hours, because my parents were leaving! Placed an order for a friend who had surgery and spent close to $100.00 for an arrangement that had a bee in it with large sunflowers. Received a teddy bear and a few small sunflowers along with other flowers which were not in the picture. Won't be using this place as customer care wasn't helpful either and nothing close to what I ordered.

This is the best flowers and plants shop in Los Angeles. I’ve been going here for many years and have gotten to know the Lopez family as well. The roses are the best I’ve ever seen and priced very reasonably. I’ve also bought orchids. They are so nice and they always uplift you and make your day better Highest recommendation possible!

I spoke directly with business owner Lopez by phone as I live a distance from the shop. The Lopez florist is near my aunt where delivery was sent. I needed two flower arrangements and I called several places and this place had the most friendliest service and best prices! I was so happy with the arrangements and they even gifted my son with a balloon! The owner is gentle speaking and kind and wont rush you in anything. Gracias por el excelente servicio.

Lopez Florets has been my has been my florest for years why? Because I've never ever left disappointed. Flower are always fresh, beautiful and the prices are right and the customer service from day one is always been exceptional. Bottom line they have never ever ever let me down I appreciate that.

What a gem of a spot. They had sunflowers in Feb and I was able to get a beautiful bouquet at an affordable price. I'll definitely go back for future floral needs. Also, there are two parking spots at the adjacent gass station or park by Jack in the Box across the street. They take cash or card.

Pretty cool local spot, the customer experience was satisfactory without any issues and +1 for the guy attending me who tried his best at making it look good. The only downside is the look inside which is a bit torn down/ aged.... But its like the saying goes, don't judge a book by it's cover.

My husband order this for vday... it was 7pm and no delivery. He called and was told they needed some sort of info on the credit card. Not sure why they did not called prior or got the correct info in the first place. By the way, I ended up pickijng up the arrangement the next day... really!!

I usually order in advance, in person, and pick up myself, but they do deliver also. Omar is wonderful! The flower arrangements are always amazing! He’s the only flower-guy I’ve ever had, and I see no reason to go anywhere else! 9/14/19: Omar hit it out of the park again! They’re beautiful!

Tiny flower shop tucked away under the Jefferson / La Cienega Expo stop. I gave Mr. Lopez a general idea of what I was looking for including color and size, and he made a beautiful sympathy bouquet! Great quality for a great price. Will only be coming here for flower needs in the future.

Ordered flowers for a funeral that wasn't delivered charged $200 then lied too and said they were they are a complete rip off very rude confrontational and disrespectful I advise you to not use this business for a funeral I will never use this service again
