The owner is untrustworthy. I was given a £75 voucher for a massage but could not use it owing to pregnancy complications. I then did not have time to visit the spa with a newborn. I phoned to ask to extend the time limit on my voucher (expired 4 months prior) and even offered to pay to extend it but the owner refused, keeping the money. I’m very disappointed by the inflexibility and the lack of consideration of my circumstances. Most gift vouchers have a 12 month period in which you can use them but unfortunately they do not offer this. I cannot recommend this company or their customer service. Edit: I have to add that my voucher was purchased on 30th July 22 and expired on 30th January 23. The owner was made aware of this and his response to my review is incorrect and deliberately misleading. To be accused of being dishonest by someone who is outright lying has caused me to lose all my trust in this company.

Do not waste your time. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible experience. I booked a full body massage for myself as a treat. I arrived on time and waited for almost 15 minutes for the therapist. No one told me that the therapist was going to be 15 minutes late and no one checked in with me or offered me a drink while I waited. The other two employees sat on the chairs next to me playing on their phones and chatting loudly. Not a relaxing environment at all. The therapist walked onto the shop floor and didn't acknowledge me and stood behind the counter playing on her phone for almost 5 minutes. I ended up leaving Lotus Spa and booking at Chelsea Harbour Club instead. Really disappointing experience and something I was looking forward to all week.

Worst spa I have ever been to. Shame for the therapists as they are lovely but the owner is not a nice man. Abusive messages left on phone accusing of not turning up to appointments which I had already had. Having spent an entire afternoon there prior to a holiday now told I am not welcome having not turned up when I spent £200 in one go. Very very strange behaviour from an independent business you would expect to value custom - they may need to update their computer systems. Nail therapists are good, awful tanning experience. My advice is to go elsewhere where for good service and a business that understands customer service and loyalty

Been going here for years now, first for waxing & now for laser & massages and I can’t fault it. Have had most of the therapists and they’re all super friendly and make you feel relaxed. Laser treatment has been top notch, great long lasting results. It’s been tailored specifically to my skin colour & hair type and is constantly being monitored to ensure the best results possible. Areas that need more attention have been given just that demonstrating the therapists in depth knowledge of the treatment. If you’re thinking of having laser, go here!

I called up to book a deep tissue massage and I asked if there was a female therapist I could see - this was confirmed to me. On arrival it turned out to be a male - I reiterated this to the receptionist but her English wasn't great so I left it. I was a little uncomfortable though. That being said the massage was amazing and I felt totally relaxed once it was complete. I would recommend it but do make sure you are okay with a male therapist.

I have been visiting Lotus spa for over years now and will not go anywhere else in london. I get all of my treatments done here from manicures, to facials and laser and I always leave very happy. Becky is fantastic and will always ensure I am happy with my treatments and will go out of her way if she needs to! Leigh always makes sure his customers are looked after. Overall always a pleasant experience when visiting! Would totally recommend.

I booked a pregnancy massage here this weekend. I just have to alert any women though that the massage is done by a male (well mine was!). I went ahead with the massage and it was very good however i did feel a bit uncomfortable and if I had have known it was going to be with a man would have not booked it in the first place. As I said before though, very good masseuse but some women would feel uncomfortable with a male instead of female.

A professional, welcoming calming environment. Met by the amazing Kate who greeted me and put me at ease. She talked me through the whole process and kept me informed at each stage. My eyebrows look awesome, in she addition provided aftercare tips.Fantastic spa so much so that I booked for another treatment straight away!

I have been going to Lotus Spa for the past 5 years or so to wax my back. During this time, the service I receive from Kate has been great. She is very capable and gets the job done no questions asked. I would highly recommend Kate she is professional and very efficient in what she does.

Wonderful experience with Valeria who provided expert advice and clearly has a passion for what she does. Left my facial feeling empowered to go and do a better job of looking after my skin after Valeria kindly imparted good knowledge to me on how to do so. Would recommend!

Had a gel manicure today with Holly and it was my first time visiting lotus spa, such a lovely place to go and get pampered. All the staff are so friendly and chatty and holly did my nails to perfection! I highly recommend visiting them and I will definitely be returning!!

Excellent. Went for waxing treatments and my therapist Vicky was very professional, friendly and thorough and the wax was virtually pain free. Also didn't feel rushed as you often get in salons in Central London. Very pleased, will be returning

Amazing deep tissue massages by Lei (the Spa owner). Years of experience and a technique that solves most back aches and pains. I have a recurring shoulder injury, and every time a massage makes a big difference. Highly recommended.

My go-to place for waxing. The staff are super friendly and thorough in their work. I was a bit nervous about getting waxed but they made me feel at ease and gave me tips on how to best exfoliate and keep up with a waxing routine.

Kate did microblading on my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier- at every step she consulted me and checked I was happy so we couldn’t go wrong. The result is perfect!! Would higher reccomend her!

It's a real privilege to have Lotus Spa nearby. Angela does beautiful gel mani/pedis and Lei gives the most amazing deep tissue massages. I have been back many times and will continue to return.

I’ve had two fantastic pedicures with Gabby - she is so lovely and does a fantastic job. The pedicure lasts really well and there’s a fab range of colours to choose from!

Staff rude and in a rush to finish the work. I had booked a bikini waxing, but since the beautician was very rough when waxing half leg I decided against it.

I use Lotus Spa for waxing and tinting. The therapist I see is very professional and thorough at her job. I would highly recommend going there.
