Bought a new Amana washer and had it delivered. Hooked it all up after making a new level base for it. Put a few clothes in and started a wash cycle. The washer filled up went through the wash cycle and stopped!!! Sounds like it tries to start the rinse but nothing. Cancel the cycle and it drains just fine. No clue. The real reason I'm taking the time to write this review is Lowes customer service. I should have left the store without purchasing the washer to begin with that's my bad. After an hour comparing cost and features of new washers (it's been 20 yrs) not one salesperson offered to help or answer questions. To busy chatting with each other in the little office area to care for customers. I finally got a young man's attention asked a few simple questions to which he promptly ran to ask someone else. Decided on the washer I wanted then had to wait for them to find someone who could operate the cash register. It was delivered on time and the guys rolled it right to where it needed to be in the garage. The problems start with getting to talk to someone about the washer. After numerous attempts to contact the customer service desk I tried appliances 2 or 3 times. NO ANSWER!!! I jumped in the car and drove to the store. Needless to say I found a so called manager who after a lengthy Q & A said the would pick the washer in 2 days. I thought not an ideal situation but one I could live with. Then I was told they could NOT pick up and deliver another washer on the same trip. The old washer had to be returned before they could schedule the new one to be delived ( the day after at the earliest he didn't know for sure - not his department) I said refund my card and I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't buy anything at this store. They don't care about customers all they want to do is sit around a get payed. Never step foot in that store again. Allen B

To Lowe's corporate or whoever decides hiring policy: I have an idea to increase lumber sales. 2 full time employees per store that are dedicated to lumber with at least one at the store during all operating hours. They each make $40/hour because they are forklift certified and know how to operate an actual table saw. Today I waited about 2 hours for someone to help me get some 2x12s off of a high shelf. I asked someone for help every 10 minutes, and every time they made an announcement that no one responded to. It took me personally finding the single forklift certified employee to finally get them down. In the time I was waiting, I witnessed about 10 customers also seeking help with lumber give up and leave without getting what they needed. The sales missed in those 2 hours could have easily funded a whole day's wages for someone qualified and willing to help. I came in with the intent of getting the lumber cut to the size I needed, but after witnessing the lack of care by employees (not their fault, they are understaffed and underpaid) and the weird saw machine thing that seemingly exists so that Lowe's can cut wood without having any staff that knows how to cut wood, I came to the conclusion that I would very likely end up with the wrong sizes. I would not even trust that a board could be evenly cut in half. Now I have to cut it myself outside in the rain. I honestly should have walked away and sourced my lumber elsewhere, but after the first 45 minutes I fell victim to the sunk cost fallacy. If anyone who sees this has a recommendation for a good lumbermonger open on weekends or after 5pm, please comment. Edit: now that I think about it I actually have no idea if you can comment on Google reviews. Oh well.

Shame on me for believing the Lowe's website's listed inventory count. I took a day off and rented a truck. I arrived at Bayshore Lowe's to find that the listed items were not in the inventory. I was given the runaround by the undertrained overwhelmed staff. Finally the manager was pointed out. She was walking down the aisle would not make eye contact. I had to stand in front of her in order to get her attention. The manager was completely unconcerned about my dilemma and my inconvenience. I walked out of there leaving all of my supplemental inventory project parts on a cart in the aisle. Rather than put more miles on my rental truck I called the San Bruno Lowe's to check their inventory and NOBODY would answer their phone. It was Friday mid day. I DARE CORPORATE TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER AND TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT. I had to pull the plug on my project and return the truck. I got hit with one mile traveled and 1 hour for $80.00. This lost money cannot be recovered and represents a betrayal of trust by Lowe's. Hey Lowe's home improvement! You need some serious self improvement before I'll ever return to your stores to do business. HOME DEPOT PRO FOREVER!!

We have received “EXCELLENT!” customer service at “Lowe’s" store on Bayshore! In fact, I was surprised by it, really, because I don’t usually get asked if I’ve been helped. My brother and his wife, we went to three different stores shopping for appliances. There were many options, and a variety of items to choose from so it was not easy to decide but guess what SILVA AURELIO made it super easy for us. Silva was not only knowledgeable, but he was also friendly and thoughtful. If it wasn’t for him, we would have walked out empty handed but instead we purchased everything that we needed (cooktop, refrigerator, and some small accessories). We are going back to the same store and will buy a washer & dryer and many other things for our new house because of the people who work there. The Lowe’s store is a huge and it has just about everything. Sometimes I go there without even knowing what it is that I need ( betcha majority of their customers are like me). Finding an expert/assistant is a blessing and it truly does make my shopping enjoyable. So far, my brother, sis in-law and I are very pleased and happy to shop at this store. We are hooked, so thank you Silva, YOU ROCK!

There are always some friendly and helpful staffs at Lowe's. I went to Lowe's to shop for a certain brand heater on Nov 20th. A female sales assistant directed me to the right one and sent other staff to help me to get the product which was on the top shelf. Miguel was the one who helped me get the heater product. He also patiently answered my concern, and helped me get a relatively perfect packing box. Turned out I got home with a slight dent on the heater related to a hole in the packing carton. I exchanged it the next morning. The lady at the exchange desk was also very friendly. I am very grateful to the young male staff for helping me get those boxes on the high shelf to find the right one. We had to open more than 7 boxes to get a good one. With the holidays and many events coming up, I couldn't leave comments and surveys before the link expired. The service of these two days definitely satisfies at the level 10. Nowadays it is not easy to work in retail with tons of products and needs. Especially when an expensive good product with poor quality packaging is designed like this heater. Again, thanks for the great staffs!

Maybe Lowe’s should rebrand themselves as, “Lower, ” because all you have to do is compare a few prices on Amazon & Lowe’s wins the big finish! Sure, having the ingredients for your COVID-DIY-I’m-So-Bored projects delivered to your front door is a perk but apparently you're going to pay for it! ⚖️ Exhibit A: Henry's Feed-N-Wax is something I've been searching for and had it on my Amazon cart for a few weeks - PRICE ✔️: $14.97 At Lowe’s I found it for $8.48 TOTAL SAVINGS: $6️⃣.4️⃣9️⃣ I'm not usually a super shopper (or spreader for that matter) but this was a good example of Amazon price gouging, if you ask me! I picked up a few other items without comparing prices and I'm happy as a clam. Lowe’s makes the not so blue collar individual feel a bit more comfortable browsing the aisles of it's stores compared to those of Home Repo (*spelling error on purpose). Lowe's stores are usually fairly clean, the sounds heard are not deafening and one doesn't have to feel less than for asking silly questions. It's a win-win situation!!

Lowe’s is often torturous frustrating , there’s only like 3 or 4 Anybody with any real trade knowledge and recently an employee was talking down to me when I was asking for a specific 2.5 inch by #10 star drive screw for siding. I bit my tongue and refrained from snarling at him that the siding was 110 years old redwood T&G headboard 1x6, and I simply needed that particular fasteners that I bought there, a week before, I think Lowe’s SF essential problem is that the regional management is giving bad guidance about general UX issues One Monday in June I got in before 7am and there was this disastrously dangerous pile of Sheetrock metal corners all over the floor which could have easily sliced open a customer’s Achilles’ tendon I’d prefer to pay a little more and go to some of the other nearby suppliers of materials and avoid the hit and miss negative user experience I get from shopping there. In many ways it’s badly organized and stocked haphazardly

DO NOT BUY ONLINE, EXPECT DELIVERY OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They win the prize for worst customer service ever (worse than Home Depot!)! They cancelled my order a day before delivery. I purchased $1000's of product for a remodel with construction crew waiting. Main Lowes number can't do anything but repurchase and set back delivery for another 3 weeks. They tell me to call all the individual stores to change delivery date (Large orders are pulled from multiple stores). WRONG DIRECTION!!! No one picks up! On the demonic phone maze for hours and then drops! SAN FRANCISCO store is the worst! I finally got someone to pick up they had no care in the world with the worst attitude. What an embarrassment for Lowes. Seems like my story is an ongoing theme on this review board. They will probably respond with a cookie cutter response for me to contact Lowes corporate number open 24/7. Not jumping into that circle of hell again.

  • David

The latest interaction with Lowe's has been a total disaster. After placing an online order for store pickup, 10 minutes later I received an order cancellation email. It indicated item is now out of stock. Annoyed, but assumed occasional hiccups with order & inventory systems. However, four days later, website still showed same availability for the product. In fact, it still showed "29 Available." So I thought I'll give it another try. Again, it took my order. When I proceeded to enter payment info, using the same e-gift card again, it was rejected because apparently Lowe's system processed the payment, even though it cancelled the order. Anyway, was real pain to get thru multiple representatives. Official response from customer service was that gift cards need to be re-issued, and mailed out as a physical card. So maybe I'll receive it in another week? If no other kinks in their system? Unbelievable mess.

  • Gregory Lindae

The store is much cleaner and better organized than Home Depot, the staff are excellent, informed and helpful, BUT they outsource all deliveries out from the store to XDT Oakley for logistics and delivery. The sales staff has a computer interface which specifies a delivery time window which Lowes know is inaccurate and cannot be accomplished (direct quote from a store manager). We got a txt on the morning we'd scheduled an afternoon delivery telling us the delivery would be in the morning instead. So they intentionally sell white goods products, appliances, with a a level of service they already know is unachievable. That is a BAIT N SWITCH, the level of service is part price point a customer considers when making a purchase. We spent hours talking to various incompetent people. Totally unacceptable customer service.

I'm pretty sure I've never left a 1-star review for anything, but this store is giving me PTSD from another horrific Lowes experience I had years ago. This store gets the flaming, sorry. But I've tried to call the store 3 times today and it's gone endless ring for 15 minutes until it hangs up on me. The story is that I placed an online order with this store because it was going to arrive one day sooner than if I ordered from Home Depot, and I needed to start a renovation ASAP. The next day they delay the ship date 5 days and it's not cancellable. Then the ship day comes and the shipping company calls me at 7:30 (ship time was supposed to be between 2-6pm) and say they're not coming, transfer me to Lowes SF and they don't answer. This store sucks.

  • Edward Martini

Really awful. I can never find anyone that works here so I call the store from inside and they say they will send someone over and they never do. Today I laid down like a starfish in the middle of the aisle for 10 minutes waiting for some store representative that they swore was coming. No one showed up. Finally I asked someone in person directly for some help and they passed me along to 3 other people and each one was less knowledgeable than I was having simply spent 10 minutes laying on the floor in the aisle. I'm not at all sure why the physical store exists? The employees that allegedly work at this location are all missing except for the ones that treat it like it's a volunteer job. No one seems to know anything about home improvement??

  • Cap O'Brien

I'd give no stars if possible. I ordered items online for pickup. Inventory showed they were available, so I imagined foregoing the trips up and down aisles and just picking up my order. Imagine my surprise when the pickup counter access was totally blocked. The option left me was the customer service counter where each transaction is complicated and frustratingly slow (I know from previous experience). So instead of pick up and go; I stood and waited. The management team does not seem to get the concept of customer service. I asked to speak to a manager was passed around like a hot potato. Have a look at the pickup counter...Is it any wonder how much site management wants to serve online order and pickup? Not to me.

It’s good to have an alternative to the other big box hardware store (still much prefer smaller mom and pop hardware stores) but this one has a lot to be desired. It’s always a mess, items are never in the bins they are supposed to be and the employees are lackluster at best. I feel like I should be paid to shop there as I am regularly putting items in the correct bins after finding them in other bins. It’s no wonder why certain items are always “out” when in reality they’ve been placed in other bins, in empty shelves or left on the floor. Depending on the department some employees actually are trying to make it better but others just don’t seem to care about the store or their jobs.

  • Fred Moyer

Some notable changes. You need a quarter to get a cart. I didn’t have one (who does), so someone leaving gave me theirs, and then I passed it along to someone else. Dozens of carts sitting there locked because nobody carries quarters. Updated to 4 stars from great service there today. Half the self checkouts are shut down also. They still have a great inventory, but it takes longer to get in and out. I get the need to be reduce theft but they’re making it easier to just order from Amazon, which I’ve been trying to do less of in favor of retail locations. I used to give this place five stars but it has changed.

  • Jack Dogood

Very poor stuffing, if you find her stuff they are very helpful, but very limited, they should definitely hire more people, it, just packing up more and more stuff without any support team, there’s a beautiful flower place across the street they even getting into the live plant vegetation and everything else that can’t be allowed. They shouldn’t be going around selling washer and dryer. You name it screws, plumbing stuff and getting into a live plant when there’s a beautiful., urban flowers across the street that’s all they do sell flowers and plants, and Los should not be licensed to sell such a thing.

  • Andrew Peterson

DIY experience... as in find what you need yourself. Looking for a certain size screw is a treasure hunt: after years, the labels aren't particularly reliable, as this aisle's maintenance seems to haven't been ceded to the shoppers. When i have talked to employees, they are friendly, despite the obvious understaffing. But they don't necessarily have the training to answer questions, both building and store-specific. But come with the right attitude and it's enjoyable. Way better than the orange store, but i go to Cole hardware when it will work. 3 stars: best of the big box but should be better.

  • Greg John

Lowe's is an odd place to visit. Even more challenging is conducting business there. They've got people at the register who are confused by numbers. People in appliances who tell you that you'll have to come back another day to get qualified help. Huge pallettes of stuff parked in major aisles so that folks can't get through. And just a lot of confusion among customers and staff alike. Now I'm in the middle of a half completed transaction that will call me back another day in the hope of finding the right people who know what they're doing.

  • Naria Gross

I had to get a key made and went in my house clothes. Not going to get dressed when all I need is a key. The kiosk machine was broken so I grabbed some paper towels, dish soap and a sponge. I proceeded to the cashier's in which were just chatting up. The security guard quickly got in front of me. Guess he thought I was going to walk out with my items. I paid for my stuff and left. I know everyone saw how the security guard stepped forward. Next time going to place record on my phone so you can see the horrible treatment

  • Michael Anderburg

There's a lot here if you know what you're doing, no where to find it, and are willing to run through their incredibly disorganized stock. You're not going to get any help, If you do find someone, chances are they'll try and fail to get you help, or they'll make you stand there while they stare at the walls and walk the aisles. Failing to find what are these you came for. For anything other than basic appliances and cheap lumber, this is an absolute last resort store

  • Elisa Dunivent

Lowe's is pretty well stocked, clean, and organized well. They have great customer service. Their employees seem to know a good amount about their inventory. They are one of the only stores that close at a decent time which is 10 pm everyday except Sundays which is 8 pm. I am sure a lot of people were happy to find out that Lowe's was still open after they got of work. Especially when the item they needed was for something that couldn't really wait.

  • Thomas Gannon

Excellent and easy shopping experience. I ordered a sheet of glass online and picked it up in store. I was assisted by Aidan who was fantastic and friendly. He helped me pick up my order as well as walking me back to the cutting station and cutting the glass to size for me. When done, he used packing tape to create protected hand holds on opposite edges of the glass, which was a really thoughtful touch. Thank you so much for all your help Aidan!

  • Jeff ←

Great staff and good selection of hardware related products. But I had to cut a star because the fastener section is incredibly disorganized to the point where it takes over an hour to find anything by checking virtually every drawer amd reading every label just to find a basic bolt or nut. The same search takes all of 5 minutes at my local Ace Hardware where everything is impeccably organized. Also the panel saw has been down for months.

  • I K

Lowe's would not let us use our store credit, which is essentially stealing from the customer. They did not let us use our Merchandise Return Cards (even with proof of original purchase, proof of return, and our ID card). After appealing via the email and phone numbers we were given, they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. We've come to Lowe's so many time for so many projects, but will not be returning.

  • Boris Gutko

The reason for visiting this location was to return improper lighting fixtures and shop for new ones. However, compare to the San Bruno location, selection here was poorer and didn't allow me to make a choice. I believe that it was merely accidental. A lot of consumers today are shopping online. It would be nice to have good selection of appliances to compare and make a decision of what to buy what fits our home best.

  • Will Cook

Never using Lowe’s again for appliance purchase. Terrible customer service. Can’t reach anyone at this store or at customer service. Routinely put on hold for up to an hour only to be disconnected. Delivery times were not adhered to. Returns were not processed. On top of that their online systems don’t properly interface with their store systems, so product availability changes depending on who you are talking to.

  • K Kasch

We had trouble finding some things and many store employees didn't know where they were either. They also kept an inexpensive item we wanted out of reach, so we had to find a store employee to help us get it down. Their drawer full of screws was disorganized and they had no idea if the store actually had the size we needed. Home Depot was worse, so I guess this is the big box store experience.

  • rick greenawalt

It's a Lowe's. But be aware it is a smaller than usual size store. So they don't have absolutely everything you would find in a really large Lowe's but they do have the necessities. Be aware when shopping online and seeing items at other lows and thinking you might find it at this Lowe's. Just check their website or call to make sure they have what you're looking for.

  • Sam Anderson

This is the most poorly run store I've ever been to. Nothing is where it's supposed to be, none of the employees know anything about hardware or building, and you can never find an employee to get anything out of the many locked cabinets, or to help find anything. I hope this store closes so someone who can properly run a store can build in its place.

  • Bedr eddine Djaariri

Convenient location with a great parking. Quality of materials and tools is not top notch but works. Customer service is what Lowe's in SF needs to work on to improve for someone like me i go there every day so i know exactly where to find stuff but for someone else it could be a challenge. Most of associates are not helpful and sometimes a little rud

  • W. White

While visiting the SF area helping my daughter move, we shopped at this Lowe's at least 5 times. The Paint Area Staff were VERY HELPFUL and friendly, we visited that department multiple times. Items were organized and the Check-out Area was managed very well. I will be visiting this Lowe's more times during future visit to the SF Mission District.

  • Affinity's Bluebird Note International (ABbN)

notice in the last year exceptional improvement. don't know if it's a staffing or systems thing absolutely less hostile... except the security guy running after lost, may I add insured merchandise. the ASM is vibrant and polite team player and the paint team is da bomb diggity. I will miss my local store this next year. it's a real Lowes!

  • Philipp Berner

I find it unacceptable to have an isle that empty. It has been 2 weeks since I’ve been here and it’s not refilled. In addition no personal that can help you. I get that you don’t make much money in those plumbing things. But I’m not going to buy all the tools and expensive stuff here when I can’t get the simple things solved.

  • Matt

The SF Lowe's, and most that I've been to are "OK". They seem designed for casual DIYers. That's not to say you can't get a lot of hard-core remodeling materials if you know pretty much what you want and how to use it, but the staff rarely seems to have the knowledge and experience of the typical HomeDepot employee.

  • Jolee E.

This lowes reminds me of a hardware store the morning after the apocalypse. Every time I come in, it is in complete disarray. Workers actually run from you (really, just like in a zombie thriller!). Their stock is always low or "being ordered." If you want to start your project off in a foul mood, come here.

  • Heather Hoffman

How can customers use any carts when all of them are being used by customer service?? Had to unload an entire cart full of stuff in order to be able to carry my supplies. They didn't have any fork lift drivers to get the wood I needed and it was only 8:20pm they close at 9pm. Disappointing.

  • Julie Cantor

Nope. Two delivery people came and left without completing the job. My laundry room is a mess. the washer is in the wrong position. They drove away while we trying to settle the situation. I returned the washer and will NEVER work with Lowes again. Go someplace with respectful service.

  • Nathan Gruenwald

Had 6 different sales people say they would help and then simply walked away. I have been in the store for 45 minutes trying to get someone to get an item off a tall shelf. Never had high expectations but that is simply unacceptable. "Lowes-- where the doers come to get nothing done."

  • Erica Vander Mause

Delivery service and installation of washer dryer was terrible. The just left the washer and dryer in my garage and ran away without installing anything. RE: I called immediately after it happened. I was on hold for a long time and then told someone will come out in 5 days.

  • Larry Ma

If your planning on getting a refund on a product from here, they’ll make it impossible to get your money back. Whenever we come in to ask about a refund for something that we have returned, we get a different story on how to get it every time.

  • Austin Stanley

Great pro desk, returns desk, electrics department. Awesome plants selection, a huge appliances department, every light, screw, pipe, key, hinge, wood, paint color, and customer service is top shelf. The restroom is super clean and open

Great store for fans to change the design. you can always find something new and interesting for your interior exterior, your homestead and a small country house. cheaper than anywhere else. fast delivery when ordering from the Internet.

We hate this place, poorly stocked and we dread coming here but it's the closest to our house.‍♂️ whatever basic thing we might need will be gone or have worst quality choices at least half the time we have to go elsewhere. …

  • Mary Lam

I love coming here they are very customer service friendly and their staff is very kind and knowledgeable they can tell you where what is and educate you on how to fix or install just about anything and what you need for a job.

Don't go here for propane. Most of the time they are out but sell you a tank, you wait in lot for attendant, who realizes they are out, then have to go inside And wait in line for 30 mins to make a return with customer service.

I hate coming here but couldn't avoid it - it was a Sunday and Center Hardware on 3rd is closed Sundays. Until they start giving me an employee discount I refuse to use the self-checkout even if I'm just buying 1 roll of tape.

Worst customer services for over 20 years in this location at Northern California. I wish Lowes Corp could do something about it. Almost 7 out of 10, I need to file a complaint, and I never see any improvement on their staff.

  • Mujtaba Ullah

I don't know why I've never been to Lowe's for plant shopping before. Great prices and variety for indoor/outdoor plants. The only issue was that you have to dig around for the ones with better quality. Lots of damaged ones.

  • Lesley Ann Thomas

Off to Lowe's we go.... Wait! I'm coming with you,! So much to peruse along every aisle from gardening, plants, and dirt to screws and drills, and lumber and stickers and doors and lamps and office chairs.... EVERYTHING!!!

  • Zak Lee

Go somewhere else if you can. Not enough cashiers, draconian anti-theft measures, and subpar selection. Their lumber section was only offering 2x4s from a water saturated open pallet on account of “policy.” Ridiculous!

  • Joe McIntyre

Great for your basic home-improvement/basic carpentry needs. Customer-Service is Hit-or-Miss… generally, if you need wood, cut or wire cut… Plan on waiting a long time, if even accomplishing those needs.

  • THE 1

LOWES fires a 13 year dedicated loyal Employee for confronting SHOPLIFTERS .. NEVER SHOP AT LOWES they dont care about employees they will never care about their customers. BOYCOTT ALL LOWES stores..

  • Shubhit Singh

Wide selection of goods. They offer lumber cutting services, but the saw was not working on the day I went, so definitely call ahead if you expect to be able to cut some wood while you’re there.

  • Michele Rutherford

I can never find what I need in this huge store. And, other than the appliance section, there is never anyone to help you. THEN...self check-out. Seriously. And it isn't even really easy to run.

  • Fredrick Reid

This store has amazing service! Guys offered there help in every department. Usually you have to look for someone to assist you. I was in and out of there so fast because they were so helpful!

  • Joey Santana

There is a parking lot, which is appreciated in SF. There was a ton of staff walking around and available if you need help. Other than that, it’s about what you would expect from any Lowe’s.

  • Taryn Saf

Most the staff is very rude, and when you can actually find one and ask for help, they have no idea what or where anything is. I don’t recommend shopping here, at least not in the evening.

  • Eric Klosterman

I do my best to avoid this location but sometimes it's unavoidable. Frequently when I need assistance I'm met with disinterested employees that do their best to help the least they can.

  • Sean Malloy

Schedule a delivery for a weekday at a business location but they rescheduled it without asking to a weekend. No way to reschedule or cancel the order and they don't pick up the phone.

  • Max Korbel

All the shopping carts are locked up and need a quarter to unlock, and then the staff is annoyed at all the annoyed people lined up asking for change so they can get a shopping cart

  • Elie Glik

What a zoo. The curbside pickup totally didn't work- waited for 1/2 hr then came inside to wait in line to get my order. Inside everyone is running around and not social distancing

  • Steven Aviles

The store always have what I need. However don't forget to have a Quarter 25cents that is to use a shopping cart! I have spent 100s of dollars there and I have to pay for a cart!?

  • Matthew Thorpe

Decently stocked slightly above average big box hardware store, just cut the veterans parking spots down from 6to 3. And a lot of the parking is taken up by storage of inventory

  • Michael Salcedo

This place was a total loss for me. Spent an hour and change finding what I needed to learn there was only cash payment available. No apple google or samsung pay at any register

  • Cynthia E

Fully stocked home improvement store. I was sad when Goodmans closed but Lowes does a good job. Large selection of everything you'd expect in such a store. Big parking lot.

  • Tracy Thatcher

I buy my appliances here, good service & next day delivery usually. The garden department sometimes has unusual and tropical plants that I don't see in other nurseries.

  • Jackie Jacobs

Shout out to the great flooring department at this location. They spent so much time with me helping me weed through and pick out the right options for my new place.

This location is good! Customer service is on point and I’m usually able to find everything I’m looking for. Parking is in a parking garage so it’s not too bad.

  • Lisa Shaw

Very surprised. There were plenty of staff members to answer questions and the prices for what we needed were much lower than Home Depot. Good job Lowes!!

  • Matty B

Really large expansive Lowes with parking under the building. There’s a full Garden Center, and all the other sections you’d expect at a hardware store.

  • Justin Lulejian

Will not pickup the phone to extend the date for a pickup order. When they pickup they hang up the phone. San Bruno location picks up though.

  • Carlos Dogers

The quality of the products at Lowe's can be questionable. I've had to return items multiple times due to defects or poor construction.

One of the better hardware stores.... It is in a rougher neighborhood but they have a covered parking section I suggest parking in...
