1am Leaf blower in your parking lot! I've finally had enough. It is 2:24 AM: As a valued Lowe's customer and neighbor, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent noise disturbances caused by leaf blowers operating in your parking lot during late-night hours over the last few months. Tonight at around 1:20 AM, I was awakened again by the incessant noise of a leaf blower operating in the parking lot at this location (Store #1756). This disruption not only frequently prevents me from getting a good night's sleep but also causes significant anxiety; Enough to cause me to get out of bed, and drive all around to find the source of the noise in the middle of the night. Upon talking with the leaf blower operator, Mr. Jiminez, I discovered that he was working without a city permit for after-hours operations, a clear violation of local noise ordinances. Additionally, I was informed that the leaf blowing company, contracted by Lowe's, was instructed to specifically work overnight, disregarding the tranquility of the surrounding neighborhood. Despite my polite attempts to resolve the issue, Mr. Jiminez's manager, Omar Ronulfo... directed me to contact Lowe's management for further assistance and then assured me that Mr.Jimknez would gladly wait with me until the police came. However the moment I got on the phone with the police dispatcher, Omar instructed Mr. Jiminez to abruptly depart from the scene, demonstrating a lack of respect for my concerns and a disregard for the noise disturbance he had caused. I was able to report his license plate to the dispatcher as I pulled up beside him to leave, and ask him why he wasn't waiting like he said he would...suddenly they had more work to do, but he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't return on another night. Furthermore, your decision to deploy private security robots that make announcements throughout the entire night has exacerbated the noise pollution in the area. This relentless barrage of noise has created an unbearable environment for residents, disrupting sleep and causing undue stress. I demand immediate action from Lowe's to rectify this unacceptable situation. The continuous noise disturbances caused by the leaf blower operations and the security robots must cease immediately. I urge you to implement stricter guidelines for your contractors and thoroughly evaluate the necessity of nighttime operations for these activities. I was kind, respectful, exhausted, and pleading with Mr.Jiminez, but If these noise disturbances persist, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter to the highest levels of authority, including contacting the city council, the Better Business Bureau, and local news outlets. I will also consider filing a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory agencies. The police have provided me with the file number for my report just to start. I trust that Lowe's will take my concerns seriously and implement the necessary measures to restore peace and tranquility to the surrounding Cottle/San Jose community.

There are 2 parts to my complaint. This is the 1st part. Ordered construction material in Lowes Store# 1756, Transaction #: 19849214, Sales # S1756DL1 1871278. This was to be delivered on 13-May-2023. During purchase, I was asked a time window for delivery? Chose 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. Categorically asked store associate "Would be delivered within 12:00 Noon"? Store Associate answered "Yes". This is very important. On Friday, May-12, Delivery department called saying stock is not enough, entire order cannot be delivered on May-14. They would deliver 100 blocks on May-14 (Sat) and the remaining on May-16 (Tues). I responded that it was OK and agreed. At 6:37 PM, received automated message for next day delivery tomorrow (May-14). There was NO mention of when (a time window) it would be delivered. This is very important! May 13, 12:00 Noon - 1:15 PM -> Both me & contractor are waiting for delivery. 1:18 PM Started calling Store. Multiple calls to store later was given 3rd party Last Mile Delivery company's number to contact them -> Why? Shouldn't the store do so? Why am I doing their (Lowe's) job? 4 calls to Last Mile Delivery -> They said, delivery will be in ~ 3:15 at the earliest. Contractor says he has to leave by then. Start calling the store frantically to re-schedule delivery -> 2 calls (2:15 , 2:31 PM) -> no one picks up. Ask contractor to stay back home in case delivery happens. Me and wife go to store. Customer Service cannot help -> Wait for Assistant Mgr. Mr. Alonso to finally come at 4:23 PM after waiting for 1 hour. Was told that the 4 hour time window I chose (12:00 noon - 4:00 PM) was simply a preference. Lowe's does not guarantee delivery within that time window. Why was I lied to when asked categorically about this at the purchase counter? Explained that contractor cannot wait and delivery for May-12 should be canceled and be re-scheduled for May-13. Was asked to go back home and check if delivery is made. If not, call store again and ask for Mr. Alonso so that he can cancel + re-schedule. *Note: I let contractor go at 4:37 PM Reached home and called store - 5:18 PM - 5:23PM - Called store 3 times to get hold of Mr. Alonso and let him know to cancel + re-schedule Spent 4+ hours Saturday afternoon with Lowe's store 1756 and still not clear when and if the delivery is going to happen. Those are facts. Here's what I am looking from Lowe's: A. Compensate me for the wages I paid to the contractor between 12:00 Noon - 4:30 PM for doing nothing = $310 (based on contractor's per hour wage) B. Compensate me for my time spent (1:15 PM - 5:15 PM) = $550 (based on my per hour wage) C. Confirm when can I get my delivery, so that I can get the work started accordingly

On 3/13/22 my mom decided to make her first purchase at Lowe's a Samsung top loader washing machine with warranty. The total with taxes came out to almost $1,000. On 8/7/22 the washer started to make a loud noise and stopped spinning. On 8/8/22 my husband first goes to the store's return department and from there they send him to the appliance department. In that dept. my husband gave his number and email address (since my mom doesn't speak much English) the employee entered it in the system and told my husband would get a call within 7 business days. The 7 days went by and nobody contacted him by phone or email. He waited another week thinking they were backed up. At this point, my mom is really upset and on 8/28/22 we took the washer back to the store to get a refund. When we got there we explained the situation and they tried telling us to do the whole process again of getting a technician. We asked to speak to a manager we waited for about an hour until the assistant store manager Joaquin finally came out and flat out told my mom they were not taking the washer and she wasn't going to get a refund claiming the store policy changed. We did everything correct and Joaquin didn't try to make things right and goes out to the store. My mom had to spend more money at a laundromat. We were all so disappointed and upset in the lack of customer service. We felt helpless and after thinking about it my husband goes looking for Joaquin to help us. He apologizes and takes a picture of the receipt and assures us he will contact the manufacturer and will let my husband know on Monday. Monday morning comes around and my husband gets a call from someone named Martin asking for the serial number on the washer. Later that day my husband calls the store to give them the serial number Martin had asked for and they say there is nobody by that name. He calls Juaquin the assistant store manager who never got back to him as he promised but isn't able to get a hold of him. Now, my mom is stuck with a broken washer. I would not recommend this store to anyone! save your money shop else where!

I've purchased in-store and had no problems, but recently I placed an order for synthetic boards (up to 16 feet long) that required delivery to my home. What a train wreck. The order was delayed and they didn't communicate about that, then when the boards arrived, they called and left a garbled message that the order was in and to come and pick it up. I called the store, told them that they are supposed to deliver it to my home (hence the $85 I paid for delivery). They then organized delivery for the following week, and said I would get a call the night before delivery to confirm the time. No call, no delivery. I called the store again, and the Assistant Floor Manager answered the phone. I explained the situation, he put me on hold so long that the line eventually went dead. Nice! I then sent an email to Corporate customer service again explaining the situation. After 2 days and no response, I called the store again, and spoke to someone who again scheduled the delivery. The following day, I got an email back from Corporate customer service apologizing for the situation and stating that they had forwarded my concerns to the local store. Wow - such great help. Anyway, this time the product was delivered, but I wasn't at home so the dropped it off on my driveway, which was fine. When I got home, I inspected the boards, only to find that 3 of the 7 boards were the wrong color and 2 of the remaining 4 were damaged. Nice! I called corporate customer service and explained the situation and asked that the boards be picked up and returned, and my money refunded, since 5 of the 7 boards are useless to me, and since it took 6 weeks to get this far, I can't imagine how long it will take to correct this mess. They prioritized my issue but sent it to the local San Jose store, who had 24 hours to contact me and resolve the problem. 36 hours went by and no contact from the San Jose Lowe's. So, back on the phone with the corporate customer service team, who have escalated the problem above local management. Waiting to hear from them now. Quite absurd.

Review is about Assistant Manager named Ruby. Lowe’s has always been my go to destination until recently. The location itself is clean and lots of parking, it for sure is one of the most organized home improvement store. I did an online order for store pickup, it took 3 weeks to receive my microwave. Not the fault of the store of course but upon arrival and within 10-15 usages after a day, the microwave turntable made a rattling noise. I took it to the store the next day and ASM Ruby was at the service desk. Ruby told me the serial number on the microwave does not match what was on the box which was extremely absurd as thats not my fault or my own issue, I received what I received, the fact that it doesn’t match isn’t on the consumer but more of the manufacturer. Ruby then made up a bunch of excuses like “oh Look it’s dirty”. Yes, I used it 10–15 times it’s not going to be brand new. Ruby then said, “oh look, it’s missing the plastic wrap”. Well obviously, why would I leave the plastic wrap on the product if I am using it? Ruby then said, “this was made in November, we are now in April”. As a consumer, that has zero correlation to my issue. We do not care when an item was made, we care if it works or not and in this case - it’s not working”. Ruby then called the manufacture and said “well, since they can’t verify the serial number, i can’t accept the return, give the manufacture a call and see what they can do for you”. I’ve called the manufacture afterward and they told me to return it to the store because it’s only been a day and still within my warranty date of 90 days. I called the store this time to speak to Ruby and she said, “that’s not my problem, my store my rules” then hung up the phone. All in all, I am awaiting a response from Lowe’s District Manager Jeff Reynolds to access the situation. As an ASM, Ruby definitely needs to be retrained and rather than make up excuses and pointing out the obvious, focus on the issue at hand and follow the SOPs.

Horrible experience! Both products I ordered were NOT delivered on time, despite being given a delivery date, delivery window the night before (12 hours), and waiting at home. We finally got our dishwasher after waiting six weeks. We ordered an assembled BBQ for delivery to our home only to have a last-minute rescheduled notification an hour before the delivery window. I decided not to wait for another possible rescheduled delivery, so I went to the store to get the BBQ and then had to wait 3.5 hours for assembly. Additionally, we ordered a dishwasher at the end of June, and we were given a delivery date that was changed five times. I have stayed home during their 12-hour window numerous times only to receive notifications that the dishwasher was delivered, which it was not, or rescheduled for another date. We called the store multiple times to find out why it was not delivered, but no one answered. We went in person to the store on two occasions only to be told that our product would be delivered on the following date (it was NOT!). Six weeks later, there was no dishwasher so I called customer service a half dozen times, and everything has stayed the same. In fact, customer service called me back to let me know that the store had not returned THEIR calls either! Lowe's delivery service is outrageous. Why give us a delivery window and call to confirm delivery, only not to show up? Then after receiving confirmation from customer service that the delivery wasn't coming, we canceled the order. Then we are called two and a half hours later to be told that they are delivering the dishwasher (5th time is the charm?). But...no installation (which we paid for). We are exhausted. We will not be reimbursed for our inconvenience or have the money returned for the measurement appointment. I have lost a week's worth of days waiting. NEVER ORDERING from here again!

NEVER, EVER purchase an appliance from Lowe's that requires delivery. I purchased a refrigerator on 9/3. The salesperson said it would be delivered on 9/9. I received no calls from either Lowe's or their distribution partner and the refrigerator did not arrive. I called the store and could not get anyone to answer the phone -- just back and forth through their answering system for over half an hour. I had to physically go to the store to find anyone to speak to about the delivery. The sales person at the store looked up my order and said it was due for delivery on 9/22. I received a call late evening on 9/21 saying they would be delivering the refrigerator between 8:00 and 10:00 am. As directed by Lowe's I emptied my old refrigerator by 8:00 am. By 10:30 no one had arrived and I received no other calls. At this time I called Lowe's with no luck; next I called the logistics center at the phone number they had left on my voicemail the night before. After a 15 minute wait on hold I hung up and called again. I was told they were still trying to find the truck and would call me back. The delivery truck arrived at 11:15 am. All of my food that I had emptied from the old refrigerator was still sitting on the counter. By the time the installation was done, I had to throw it all away because it takes the refrigerator two hours to cool down. Lowe's sales people make the sale and then forget about you. No follow up communication - nothing! This is a $3,500 refrigerator -- you would think when you pay that kind of money, there would be some customer service included. And now I'm also out the cost of the spoiled food. NEVER AGAIN! Best Buy sells the same refrigerator at the same price as Lowe's. I have always had excellent service from them and will buy my next new appliances there.

After having to purchase ice every 1-2 days to keep the refrigerator cool, as people did in the 1800s (for the past month), we will take our chances and wait for the Christmas sales at Home Depot. Before ordering any major appliance on sale (in-store) from this location (#1756), be warned that there's a chance it won't show up --even after they promise to send you another. We originally paid for our fridge and waited two weeks for the refrigerator to be delivered, only to contact customer service to learn that it was sold to someone else. Then, we were contacted by Luis from the San Jose, CA (Cottle Ave) location to inform us they were able to locate the model and would have it to me the following Friday. Thus, we canceled our order from Home Depot. Week four rolls along, and we receive a $1000 bill and are still without a refrigerator. After multiple 1-hour wait calls to customer service, we were transferred to the store manager where the calls were picked up (background noise) then dropped. It took three calls until we reached someone and was offered a smaller refrigerator --which would not be suitable for a family of 7-10 people. By this time, we're rather salty about the lack of compensation for the inconvenience, and the number of no-shows has left a bad taste. We have been without a refrigerator for Thanksgiving and now we will be without one for the holiday --as we can only afford a 28 cubic ft fridge at the sale price. Despite my tendency to avoid writing negative reviews, because I understand that accidents happen, something needs to be said --especially since their customer service line and store administration/ management appear to be neglectful of fulfilling their basic duties.

Since the move, it seems all I've been doing requires paint! That's what brings me to Lowe's most often, and that's what brought me this time. In creating the color story for the master bath, I had decided to paint the bath the same color as the suite's ceiling. After living with it for a while, I decided to nix the idea and got different paint. When I was unpacking, I came across my favorite robe and was surprised to see that the new scheme for the bathroom matched the colors in my robe--except my robe has a damask print. So I had the bright notion to do a damask stencil on the walls! After all, how hard can it be, right? Well, I learned. It has been QUITE an experience, but it looks good and had me return to Lowe's for more paint. This time, a very simple request. Usually, I've been returning for troubles I've had with other rooms, but each visit is met with the kindest employees who do their best to solve my problems to the best of their abilities. I also went to the garden center. I really like Lowe's selection in both plants and planters. I'm planning on doing a hanging herb pot for my kitchen garden, and Lowe's usually has some different plants. I also bought some suet for the birds, and Lowe's has a good selection on bird/squirrel food and also on feeding devices. Some of the birdhouses and feeding troughs are so cute, unique! That's the extent of my latest visit. When I left, my checker was sweet and complimented me on my paint color. I definitely recommend this Lowe's. The employees I've met are very helpful and kind, and the selection here is good.

This review is for the store’s services. During the past year, the store’s customer service quality has consistently dropped to unacceptable levels. Often, in response to my complains, the store managers blame COVID effects, shortage of staff, and other special circumstances due to the pandemic. Many departments do not have staff assigned. I have had to wait as long as 45 min to get help, and only after going to the office and asking for a manager, only to deal with someone who does not know anything about the products. Recently, I tried to schedule a door replacement. After the initial contact and paying a $45 fee for an estimator, I had to wait 2 weeks for her to respond and schedule an appointment only to find out that I had to schedule yet another appointment with the contracting company that installs the door to get yet another estimate. The installer cancelled 2 appointments and is now not responding after another 2 weeks. If you just need to buy an item and don’t need to deal with anyone, this store may be conveniently located, but the service is consistently poor in all departments I have dealt with during the past year. There doesn’t seem to be any regional corporate oversight that points to a desire to improve services either. Stay away from this store.

Poor delivery service: I ordered a couple of thousands dollar worth of products to be delivered. When I received my delivery, a lot of things are missing. Call to the store got forwarded around and I could never get an answer. Have to call the 800 customer service number, and the only thing they can do is to put a note in the delivery ticket to the store. What's worse is that I did not sign for the delivery since not all things are delivered. However, when I checked my account on their website, it shows a signature. Obviously somebody faked my signture for delivery, which is a crime. They were suppose to call me back within 24 hours to cancel the payment for things they have not delivered and also address the issue of fake signature. Absoluteluy no call from them and still no refund. If you ever want to order for delivery, only order one thing a time to be delivered. They are not able to handle anything more than that. Update: calling the 800 customer service number is useless as expected. The response from their 800 customer service team is that the only thing they can do is to put a note in their system to ask their store manager to call me back, which still does not happen. This includes talking to the manager at the 800 customer service number.

The people working in the customer service center where you do returns made me feel shamed and embarrassed for trying to get my money back for something I ordered for a buy online pick up in store order. I ordered something and paid for it, got charged for it, and the store said they’d email me when it was ready for pick up. They never emailed me. For months. I finally decided to go to the store and ask for a refund because I never got the item even though I paid for it. The people working at the counter wouldn’t give me a refund because they claimed that I already picked up the item. I actually had solid proof that I never picked it up, because I never got the email saying it was ready, so I never went to the store to pick it up. I still had the email saying my item was “processing.” It was never completed, which means I never picked it up. They kept trying to convince me that on their end, it said I picked it up already and therefore couldn’t get a refund. I had to speak to several people before someone finally gave in and told the cashiers to give me a refund. The worst part was that it was only about $4. They really thought I was trying to scam them over $4. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. Your customer service needs some work.

Been years now that I’ve shopped at Lowe’s location in Cottle rd, SJ. Associates have always been welcoming and helpful, directing or accompanying me to the exact location of the product I need. Pleasant experiences I’ve had at Lowe’s, compare to the neglectful experiences at other hardware companies; have given me the comfort and have made Lowe’s a go to home shop for me!!!!! Most of all, recently I have started doing home improvement projects, etc. so I’ve visited Lowe’s, same location weekly. Sometimes right before closing times. Want to thank a special lady, “RUBY”, for all her time and support to help me every time I come to this location. She has a positive energy/attitude and her smile her smile and wonderful sense of humor is just amazing. Lowe’s is lucky to have such a knowledgeable professional team member!!!!! Even though the store was about to close, she took her time and was very patience to help me with multiple need for my visit. Her customer service makes the shopping experience very pleasant and I am very grateful to her care and professionalism! I would give her thousands of stars rating if possible! ⭐️ times thousands Thank you Ruby!

I went to Lowes on Cottle Rd. in San Jose to buy some PVC pipe on Sunday July 31, 2022. I had directions for a project I was trying to build for my Kindergarten classroom. A very nice young man named Caiden asked me if he could help me. He looked at my plans and helped me get the materials. He then said that once I purchased the PVC pipe I could bring it back to him and he would cut the pieces the lengths I needed. I was so happy. When I got to school this morning, and I was setting up my classroom it was so easy to put my project together.Thank you Caiden for going above and beyond. Just a side note. I needed 10 more 1 foot pieces of the 3/4 inch PVC pipe. After work I went to the Lowes on Ridder Park drive and there was no one around to help. When I finally found someone they said they had no way to cut the PVC pipe and that they could only cut it in half. Hmm no way to cut it? They have a pipe cutting station in the Aisle near the PVC pipe. I guess I will have to go back to the Cottle Rd. Store where I can get some real customer service.

Don't go to this store. It regularly has the worst customer service. I placed an other that was supposed to be ready for pickup Friday morning. I get to the store Saturday morning and not only was the order not ready, but after they got the order together 3 large expensive parts of the order were completely broken and the tried to just pass it off. I then asked them what other stores had this parts. They said the store in sunnyvale had 10 of them. So I called to verify they had them and that they were undamaged. They said they did. Sonic drove all the way up there (over an hour from home) only to find out they were part of special order and not available for sale. So now I have an hour long drive back and I don't have the parts needed to complete my project this weekend. This is not the only time this has happened. On multiple other occasions I have placed orders for this store to have the order "ready" and show only to have to wait cause the order is not really ready. Lowes needs to fire the manager of this store

My Craftsman garage door opener broke. I found that Lowes carries Craftsman, so I went to find out more (7/7/2021). The openers are housed In the door area. The salesperson was helping a customer with one in line, I waited. Customer 1 done after about 15 minutes, Customer 2 being helped. The thing is, I went looking for the salesperson after 15 mintes or so and found that he and another salesperson were chatting it up with the Customer 2. OK. Waited and he finally returned (after 30 minutes or so), ask what I needed and as I began to explain what I was looking for, another salesperson came and interrupted asking if he could help another customer. No excuse me or after your done with this customer, etc. WTH... What floored me was he began chatting with the other salesperson telling me to call tomorrow. I wasn't having it, so I continued to ask questions until I found out what I needed. Needless to say, customer service was horrible. I will never shop at this Lowes again.

Lowe's is absolutely the worst company to order from. Back in December I ordered a washer and dryer set that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Long story short it did not arrive on time and caused me to miss Christmas with my family as I needed to wait for the delivery otherwise I would have been without a washer and dryer until after the new year. In the end I had to drive to the locations that had the item and pick it up myself. Fast forward to now, I figured I'd give them one more shot and now same situation with a patio set. I ordered this set 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. If you need to order anything from this company I would strongly consider choosing a different avenue. Lowe's is terrible. They do not answer phones or have any way to resolve my issue through the online chat service. This entire company is worthless and I will only be using Home Depot in the future. I suggest you do the same. The store managers are just as unhelpful

  • Sayantan Sen

I go to this center, as it is near to my home and the Home Depot which was near to my home had a major fire break out and since then closest Home Depot is quite far off. I have been going to this location for last 2/3 years almost every week and do my shopping almost for everything. Increasingly I have observed very hands-off behavior from most of store associate and almost everyone comes with a lot of arrogance (the best associates are the ones who a special need hires and I love interacting with each such associates). Last event that happened was truly annoying. I bought a paint (build it from available shade card) and since it didn't matched my expectation, I went to return it (unused, un-opened). I understood that Lowes no longer return paints (which I was never made aware of), but the way the store associate and manager mocked me, I was not very happy. I will try not to visit this place again, unless very urgent.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful assistance your employee “Mr. Williams” provided during my recent visit to Lowe's for a return item. His efficiency made the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His knowledge of the store's policies and procedures was impressive, and he effortlessly handled my return with utmost professionalism. What impressed me the most was his genuine willingness to help. He took the time to understand the issue I was facing and made every effort to find a satisfactory solution. I want to express my appreciation for his outstanding assistance and exceptional service. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, and for that, I am truly grateful. I will continue to choose Lowe's for my home improvement needs, knowing that I can rely on the exceptional service your employees provide. With sincere thanks, Mehdi Chinichian

Okay it's Thanksgiving night and there's definitely a leaf blower droning on and off right now at Lowe's. Our house guests mentioned it at breakfast a couple nights ago, not used to much noise where they're from I guess. I don't know if we somehow subconsciously got used to how loud this Lowes is, but our windows are closed, and we are now all awake, sure enough. I don't know if I'll ever unhear this. I'm not sure how management thought that on Thanksgiving night, while we are full and exhausted, that near 1am was a great time to start blowing leaves and keeping everyone up. Edit: I see a few reviews about the noise here. I can't believe noone at corporate or the police (city) have not been involved at this point. This is kinda wild! There's just no way I'm ever shopping there again as they're clearly ignoring their community and neighbors. We are going to escalate it for sure.

After the Home Depot burned down, this is the closest home improvement store to me. I've only experienced the curbside pickup. Two pick-ups have been poor and 1 has been good. The 2 poor ones: Items were damaged. Decorations purchased were broken and one of the sand bags was ripped and leaking sand from the store all the way to my car (still keep fighting too much sand in my trunk!). Also, one time, the person just brought the cart to my car and walked away. After waiting another 10 minutes, I realized no one was coming to load my popped trunk so I did it and moved on. One of my three pick-ups has been better. After 15 minutes, someone came out with my order, loaded the items, and off I went. Hard to figure out consistency. Also, don’t use the key maker in the store. The machine doesn’t produce replicas. Purchased 3 key copies and none of them worked as the originals.

Awful experience multiple times. I spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone to help me with a reverse osmosis install quote. Spoke to kid you not 6 different people. One would say theyd need to find someone else. Plumbing department person finally came and didn't know how to access system they called manager. After 2 hours of waiting I got an appt setup for them to come to my home and take a look to provide a quote. Plumbing person came and told me they'd Lowes would call me back for quote. Lowe's called me and left message. I have been trying to get a hold of them now for over 2 weeks calling countless times, but keep getting transferred to plumbing department where I give up on phone after hours of waiting. I call them back and beg for someone to help me, they have transferred me countless of times, hung up on me. Customer service is atrocious.

  • David Shreni

Do not shop here. They do not honor their long time posted policy of allowing returns without a receipt with ID. I had $25 worth of items. Completely lost my $10/k mo of business. Moving it out. It's posted and they can track my returns with my ID. MY CREDIT CARD CHANGED AND THEY CANT FIND THE RECEIPT. What's going to happen is someone is going to write a response telling me to call their 1800 number. "Hi David, we're so sorry to hear about the issues you had to deal with. We'd like to look into this for you and get in touch. " I'll call that number and they will not be helpful in any way, because of course, their customer service is not helpful and they will not 'look into it' as the responder will be writing. They'll just listen to your complaint and supposedly file it in their system. Isn't that right Lowes? What else are you going to do?

  • B T

If I could give them zero star, I would. My online orders never arrived, and the delivery dates got pushed so many times without notices. I called customer care, and they forwarded me to this store as it’s handling my orders. An associate put me on a forever hold and told me it’s ready at the store and waiting to be delivered. I asked them if I can just come to pick it up instead, they said no and promise to deliver the items the next day. On the day of delivery, I called them again to ensure. They told me that it’s not there and the new delivery date is 3 weeks later. That’s nearly 2 months from the date I ordered. I asked them why I was given falsified information and they rudely told me it’s what it is and hung up. The least they can do was to apologize and give me give me a chance to speak of the situation. Terrible experience.

  • Kaitlin Drake

I waited for 28 minutes to pickup my boyfriend's order. I was hungup on twice when I called curbside pickup and again when I called to speak with an associate. I am livid with the lack of customer service both tonight and during my other visits at this Lowe's. I do not know why this particular location continues to have abysmal service or why I continued to think it was just a bad day. I seriously hope they improve on properly operating their curbside pickup but I doubt it given we are 10 months into this pandemic. Having to go into the store to harangue an employee to get my item defeats the purpose of having curbside pickup and leaves two people unnecessarily annoyed. I was informed by an employee that it closes when it gets dark; however, this is not marked anywhere. Instead, the email says it closes at 6. Get it together.

Avoid buying any appliances at Lowe's. We purchased a brand new Maytag washer and recieved a used/floor model unit. Upon reporting the damages found on the unit, Lowe's attempted to give us a credit for a used item instead of exchanging the unit for a brand new one as advertised online. At this point I will be seeking legal action for their false advertisement. It was as if they purposely sold me a floor model and then refused to recieve it back for an exchange. I was charged for a brand new washer and what we received was not brand new and the report Lowe's has from their delivery team proves they dropped off a damaged unit and refuse to rectify this issue. I was also offered a extended warranty plan thru Lowe's but Maytag already offers a 10 year warranty on parts, and 5 year warranty on labor. My suggestion, avoid Lowe's.

  • Ta-Chang Fu

My experiences have been positive: good price, good service, friendly staff Lowe's at this location is relatively new, opened a few years ago. Most of the time I only need this one stop to get what I need The staff here is friendly and helpful. When I was looking for a particular faucet set, one of the staff spent the time and found what I am looking for at the top of the stack, which required a big ladder to get to. When I was shopping for a gas dryer, the staff very well explained the differences between models/options. That really helped me making the right decision on which one to buy So far their deliveries of the appliances we purchased have been on time I found the prices here are good, especially when they have sales going on That's why I keep coming back :-) I will definitely recommend this place

  • My Mail

I wanted to like this location however customer service among its employees has me wanting to shop elsewhere. I drove 30 mins to this location for a product that their store shows as having 8 of. I could not find a single one. Asked one associate for help and he continues to walk away while pointing to a random direction. I ask 3 more employees to help me locate what I'm looking for and not 1 employee would help. All pointing where it "could be" and not 1 person actually utilizing their phone or computer to check inventory and location. Such a waste of time. Shame on you MODs for allowing such terrible service from your lazy employees. **Potential shoppers: don't waste your time here don't put yourself through the trouble and shop elsewhere. There many other hardware stores to shop.

  • Stephanie M

Worst customer service from the carpet and flooring department at the Cottle location. Abrupt, obnoxious, and kept cutting me off when trying to explain what we are looking for to have installed. They also make you pay $30 for a price quote when any other place will offer a price quote for free. They cancelled their appointment with me via voicemail for the first day and had me call to reschedule for the next day. When calling to follow up after measurements, they told me to contact the in store representative for further assistance on the quote which is where we received the worst customer service with no care at all if they have business from you or not. You will be just a number to them. You will find better service from almost any other flooring company around.

  • Joyce Smith

There is a guy at this location that has been there awhile and he makes this store worth the extra change. He is Asian and is usually in the tool section in the front right of the store. He has answered many a question for me. I went to Lowe's about a compressor. He was working in the paint dept. that day. Desperate for some answers, I put everything I had questions about in the cart and wheeled it over to the paint section. As I held up each item he just drilled down what it was used for. I apologize for not knowing his name and I only know about him because this is the store I go to most for any thing tool related. I just want to let him and this store know that I appreciate the interest he takes in what he sells. Great job and I love to be able to say that.

  • Chalipo K

My many visits to Lowe’s have been a mixture of good and bad. Bad enough to leave and not buy anything because service was poor and good enough to purchase and revisit because service was ok-mostly in the nursery section and hardly a time in the retail section. However, selection and price have been pretty darn good. It’s also the closest Lowe’s around since the one on Coleman closed. Today was an easy purchase and the staff in nursery were again happy to help me check out. I didn’t need specific service or help-they were there to ring up my purchase but they did it with a smile, a wee bit of conversation and I didn’t have to pay for a bag. Hooray. Parking is plentiful the restrooms are handy and there’s an In n Out within the same area.

  • genelyne valenzuela

Customer Service is really horrible. Inside the store, I asked for assistance in Water Heater but I've waited for 15 to 20 minutes then I decided to look for someone but everyone are busy talking to their co-worker so I interrupt them to ask help. In short, my transactions was done. I asked for delivery. They gave me the date/time for delivery. Here comes another problem. I called the customer service regarding the status of my delivery, this lady keeps hang up the phone ( 3x ). I just asked regarding the status because it's already past the promised time of 11am to 3pm. Until no one show up and it's already 9pm. I do not know what words I could say about your customer service either inside the store and by phone. God Bless you all...

  • M D

This store is one of the newer Lowe's stores. It is well stocked and older workers there are friendly. Their kitchen displays as well as the plumbing displays are plentiful and well done. Their garden dept. also seems larger than most. It can get busy though. The bathrooms are clean and large but I have to deduct one star due to the fact that their handicap toilets have the TP mounted so getting the paper out is only 1' off the floor. For hip replacement people, it takes more than a 90 degree bend to reach it. A definite NoNo for people who haven't healed from surgery yet. The parking is plentiful and it is in an easily accessible area just off 101 and Cottle road. Access is also easy from hey 85, but a bit further east on Cottle rd.

  • Lily Hallberg

I included one star for all the past history with this Lowe’s. Lowe’s used to be our neighborhood shop for all our gardening and home projects for over a decade. No longer. Poor customer service. Assistant manager, Ruby, needs training in communicating with the public. She is pushing away customers. Try Payless Hardware. The prices are good. The shopping experience is pleasant. The staff is professional and friendly. The gardening section has amazing choices. The manager is so helpful. Support a local business. We were able to get some supplies at Costco for the price lower than Lowe’s sale price as well. Our garden looks so happy now and our large home project will be using locally owned stores for materials.

  • Naneki

Lowe's is convenient, but if you need service it is non-existent. Do not try to purchase anything from Lowe's where they "need to send someone out first." It will not happen. I tried to order carpeting and was informed that they wouldn't accept my measurements and someone had to come out to measure. I was asked if I wanted morning before noon or afternoon for the date chosen. I requested morning so I could at least go into work that afternoon. The night before I get an email telling me that they will show up at 2:45 pm. After adjusting my schedule, they then call to tell me at 1:30 p.m. that they were canceling. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing carpeting from Lowe's. Very poor service.

  • Dong-Seok Youm

I'd like to share my experience with cabinets & countertop order experience. After ordering KraftsMade, it was delivered around 2 months later. (11/3) Then, two cabinets were damaged and one was missing. The designer contacted them for replacement. Today(11/13) I contacted them and found my replacement may be delivered by the end of December due to Thanksgiving holiday. Mistakes such as broken cabinets during delivery can be happened even for any vendors. But, recovery actions should be faster. If I knew this kind of so long lead time, I should not order here. It may not be Lowe's responsibility, but I should be informed this kind of situation by Lowe's designer or staffs.

  • Lindsey Morton

Gotta love calling several times and getting hung up on because the line has been ringing so long! They were supposed to call me about my order that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and of course I haven’t heard anything from the sales guy who was supposed to call me today. I have ordered a bed twice just to receive it damaged and this time an associate was supposed to be helping me but that is pointless because I cannot reach them. Also, Lowe’s online told me COMPLETELY different information about my delivery than the store did. The two do not communicate. I have never received such awful customer service in my life. I will NEVER be ordering through Lowe’s again.

  • Dong Zhang

Are you sure the curbside pickup works? Waited 30mins and nobody came out. I had to pick it up in store. In the store, the guy asked me to show the ID to pick up. But my ID is in the car since I chose curbside pickup earlier. The guy insisted asking me to go back to the car and pick the ID first. I said I am not willing to back to car and back to store again and again, you can ask someone to delivery it to the curbside pickup spot and I'll show you the ID there. The guy refused and said "you can wait in the car forever, nobody will come." What the f.k, the store can be closed, I hope Homedepot one day will beat them to die. Zero star if Google allows to rate that.

  • Steve Mann

Went to pick up some special order items and flooring that I had received several emails stating "ready to pick up". When I got there they informed the flooring had not been pulled from the shelf and they weren't sure where the special order items where... An hour later, I was ready to leave with my items. I spoke to a "manager" to express my disappointment at having to wait for an hour for items that were ready! My main concern was I needed 15 boxes of flooring out of 30+ they had when I ordered a couple of dsys ago, since they hadnt been pulled off the shelf i was just happy they found enough to fulfill my order that "was ready to pick up"...

  • Michael Johns

I love Lowes. Always have everything I need for my home projects and miscellaneous chores. There have been pains such as short staffing and terrible customer service issues that I had to Dela with which really sucked. I literally sat and waited for 45 minutes for assistance with a rack shelf system that was on the top rack that needed to be brought down with the lift. The call button for assistance rang for 10 minutes straight. Someone came and really provided no help and said "I'll get someone" and the system paged the loud speaker for another ten minutes. Someone came and said they would be right over with the lift.... No one came. I ended up leaving.

  • Tony Marquez

Went to Lowes on cottle on the weekend to get a 32in exterior door because Home Depot didn't have it. Contractor was there waiting for me to pay because I was at the paint store. When I got to Lowes, I made a mistake and entered through the exit door. Honest mistake. I made a left and continued until I realized it was blocked off. So I turned around and noticed a big bouncer style employee approaching me and I said "what" and he said I don't. know you. He assumed I was stealing. So I told him I walked past 2 employees including you and nobody said nothing. Use your words dude. I just spent $687 dollars.. they did have what I needed though. Do better

  • Joshua Seal

They had a promo for a drill that I wanted where I get a free battery, it said pick up the drill then take a coupon to the front to get the battery. I did exactly what it said but then the people told me to go back and find myself so I did start looking but then it was not available or I couldn't find it. And so then I asked a representative to help, but they didn't know how the whole system worked. I just gave up and left the store. Nobody seemed to want to help or resolve my problem. I'm not sure what the purpose is if you're trying to buy something and people don't help you buy the thing that you're trying to buy. What a waste of time

  • De W

Please! Can you please turn off the parking lot announcements after the store closes! Every hour 15, 30 & 45 announcements come one from 10pm to sunrise ALLL NIGHT and our entire community forum has complained to our own management about it. Your security devices should not be announcing unless movement is detected. One of your Managers lied and said SJPD owns them when truly it's a private company. If you live near by it's so disruptive and it echoes so badly. It's unnecessary. Thanks for the response be sure to mention it goes on at 2 and 3 in the morning as well as ALL THROUGH the day. Our community has had enough! Respectfully!

  • Michael Youssef

I used to match paint color at Homedepot, I get a chip of the paint and they use a machine to match the color. I recently moved and Lowe’s became closer to me than Homedepot. I went to match the color, it was way off, I had dark black and they gave me nearly gray, and told me it will get darker when it’s dry. This didn’t happen, it got lighter. After 3 trips, to try to fix the issue, they couldn’t even get close to the color. When I told them I used to do it easily at Homedepot, they told me “then go Homedepot”, and they didn’t refund any of the paint I bought which was much more expensive than Homedepot.

  • D E

Not very helpful at all when my recent delivery got messed up! Third party delivery service didn't come prepared to hook up my washing machine. They delivered it and then left. Didn't have extra hoses on the truck. I spent all day Monday trying to get it straightened out and got nowhere. Had to wait until the next day. On Tuesday the delivery service didn't even know what they were coming out to my house to do. I had to tell them. It stated right on the invoice service call to hook up washer. They need to be trained to read. What a joke. Never using them again for delivery and hook up.

  • Elaine Joice

I was going in for shelf clips. I asked at the customer service desk where I could find them. They told me the wrong aisle. When I got to the correct aisle they didn't have any there even though the website said they did, so I went home and ordered them for pick up at the same store and they magically had them. I went back at the store to pick them up and waited a considerable time for Customer Service while the cashier kept doing refund for several people that came after me. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to go home and order it and return an hour later to the same store to get the item.

  • Bette Hart

I went to the paint counter, where the clerk was. (I didn't see a name tag). He was helping an interior designer person with lots of small paint can requests. I waited 5-10 minutes, saw it would still be longer, went and cruised the garden area for a few minutes. Went back to paint counter, he was still helping the customer. After all that time I left my cart and walked out. You know why? Not once did he make eye contact, say hello, say he was busy helping, but would get time asap, nothing! It was like he was actually avoiding me. I went to Home Depot and was out in 15 minutes. Too bad

  • BIJAH L

Delia the self checkout employee is the rude lady you hate to interact with. I bought grill covers on clearance and she could not believe the price so she grabbed my merchandise without explanation and rechecked the price to make sure it was correct. I did not even ask her for a price check, she just grabbed my merchandise that I paid for and said it is her job. The price was exactly as the shelf advertised and she did not even give me a explanation, she just threw my merchandise back at me. Has to be the worst Lowes in the Bay Area. Stick with Home Depot, better customer service.

  • Sang Tran

I was looking for a seat/spring to repair my leaking faucet. Ask a Lowes employee to help me looking for the part. He said we don’t have that part in inventory. With a smirk and he asked me a question, “How old is that faucet? 100 years old 150 years old? Cheaper to buy a new faucet.” Then he walked away. I thought that was really rude, and very poor customer service. And by the way, my house is about 30 years old. Will not come back to the Lowes on Cottle again. I went over to Outdoor Supply Hardware (the old OSH), they have the part in stock, at $4.79. I bought 2.

  • Kendra Johnson

Today was the first positive experience I’ve had at Lowe’s. They need to hire more people and train them thoroughly not only in the products they sell but also customer service. Right across the parking lot is an In-n-out that an abundance of employees that seem happy! Lowe’s needs to take some hints from them. As another person posted, the employees seem to try and avoid customers and if you ask for help they act like you’re bothering them. That is something management should address and make sure the employees are confident in themselves and helping customers

  • Travis Armstrong

Buying lumber here is a struggle. Aisles are very cramped and hard to navigate. Only 1 register staffed so it was more than a 20 minute wait in line Half the items don't have barcodes so the cashier had to search for them. She didn't seem to know anything about the items that Lowes sells, struggling to even understand what plywood is, and that there are different thicknesses. They only have 1 rental truck and you can't make a reservation so you're better off renting a truck from a nearby Home Depot.

  • Kal cali1

Was at this location earlier. Was about to purchase some of their clearance plants. They listed what the discount prices was from the original price. And crossed out the bar code. I got a few plants that looked "alive " enough. Even had a yellow price tag. The cashier charged full price. I even told her that these plants I got it at the clearance are at the back. She stated that she can ONLY SCAN THE BAR CODE. And whatever it ring up...that us tje price. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

  • Henry Pinheiro

I love how clean and organized everything is at this Lowe's The only problem I had was this guy who worked at the paint section would not acknowledge me even when I was 2 ft in front of him he would not help me at all. Definitely was the most rudest person I've ever came across he didn't have a name tag on him or I would have put it on here Lowes if you're reading this you may want to talk this gentleman who does not have a name tag probably the only one in your whole store

  • Maynor Mejia

No wonder why this place has 3 stars, I came with a big smile to ask about a store order update and an old lady with Lowe’s Vest her name “Kristine” with the worst attitude send me to the line when my turn Came Jason apologize like three times for her I told him he shouldn’t apologize for something he did not do. It’s sad that this people are at the front of the store. Thumbs down for Kristine! Thumbs up for Jason for being professional.

  • Kelly Combs

Wow!! What a difference from Home Depot!! We went to home depot 2x trying to make larger purchases but could never get any help. The store was a mess and chaotic! It was so refreshing to walk into Lowes where everything was tidy and easy to find. We also requested help and not just one but TWO employees showed up to assist. Shout out to Buddy who helped us!! He was polite and of great help. Lowes will be our go to home needs store from now on!!

  • Michael van der Bokke

I came to Lowes to get my water heater replacement. My current one has started leaking. They said that they will have a specialist call me and come out maybe tomorrow. He said they prioritize water heaters, since they are usually urgent, such as my one. The technician has not called yet, hopefully tomorrow. They never ended up calling, but I did find an email later. But, I ended up working with home Depot, since they had a number I could call.

  • Robyn Jimenez

The stock at this Lowe's is low. It's hard to find things even if they're supposed to be in stock according to the online website. The garden section is great, and they often have a lot of plants on clearance. They don't have too many staff, so it's difficult to get help out on the floor unless you're willing to wait awhile. We've ordered some big ticket items out of this store, and the order has always been delivered/installed/ordered wrong.

  • Rodrigo Tavares de Castro

I purchased a pressure washer through the website and expected receipt on Sunday. I had a job on Monday and my client canceled the job. The amount has already been deducted from my credit card of $1,070. I went to the store closest to my house to ask for help and the employee said he couldn't do anything. It was FedEx's responsibility. Lack of professionalism, respect for the customer, empathy. I left with the feeling that I was humiliated.

  • A M

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!! Save yourself time and energy and go to HOME DEPOT!!!! The store has the worst employees... actually they have NONE! Looking all over for help and nobody works here. Literally 2 employees and they’re all helping people at self checkout. Never knew a Lowe’s could be this horrible. Hoping this store gets SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. Those employees need to work at McDonald’s... actually McDonald’s has classier employees.

  • Albert Salcedo

The store is clean, brightly lit and the staff is friendly unlike Home Depot where the staff walks around with sour expressions all the time. Selection is hit or miss as is with any brick-and-mortar store nowadays as online has taken over, but its nice to have a place to pickup essential items. We tend to find nicer/trendier "finishing" options here rather than Home Depot which tend to be more generic contractor supplies.

  • Mickey S

This place is the worse place to shop, customer service does not exist. Cashier on phone texting and will not call for help. Later won't call manager either for complain. Ask another lady who was shopping on Amazon om the phone. She would not call manager either. She said she does not have the extension number. So I had to go to another to finally talk to some one. Go to another store or other company. This place sucks.

  • Duane Caldwell

I live very close to the Home Depot near Oakridge Mall, but I nearly always make the drive to this Lowe's on Cottle when I need something for home or garden. The selection of goods at Lowe's is much better, and the staff is actually present, easy to find, and able to answer questions while keeping the shelves stocked and organized. I'm not certain how the "other guys" stay in business compared to the services at Lowe's.

  • Bob Ivison

Looking for an item, I asked a couple of Lowe’s employees, they pointed me in the right direction and offered to take me there. When they realised I was walking slowly they suggested I wait at the registers and they’d bring my item. They did within minutes which made my day, brilliant customer service. One was the store manager, the other the section manager, my lucky day, thanks guys and keep up the great service.

  • vibhav lohani

Horrible experience with this store. The windows and doors sales person Sally Adame literally vanished with our money. Only half the order was delivered and installed, rest of it never came. Sally Adame never replied to emails, messages and phone calls. The store management didn't help with the situation even after calling and visiting the store multiple times. BEWARE!! Think twice before working with Sally Adame.

  • carlos jimenez

Basically cottle location & east ridder location have the extremely worst customer service, an the reason is, they NEVER, an i mean never answer there phones. You can NOT talk to any kind of customer service person for help or questions !!! It's deeply frustrating & stressful. So i advise you not to bother or even make the effort to try and call. It's useless. I don't even know why they even have a phone number.

  • Karin Barend (Jubatajuno Noyes)

One of the few Lowe's in the South Bay area that has a working pipe cutter and threader machine. They cut and thread your pipes for free, which is a huge plus if you plan to build things out of pipes and wood. Dusty was really helpful and cut all my pipes to my needed specifications. It also has a really nice garden department. Call ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock.

  • John Frahm

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Issue was I ordered my stuff the day before and was told it was ready. Nothing was ready when I got there. Had to go back and pull stock with the associate because it was heavy and I did not want to wait longer while he tried to wrangle some help. Large sheets of Hardie board. Management needs to work on staging orders better. Time is money!

  • Salim Ali Khan

Quick stop to pick up some shelves ( ordered them before hand) and brackets. Amazing hosts at the pickup desks that make the task quick and efficient right from checking in to picking up the ordered items. An in-depth review awaits once I make it to the store for a detailed visit though I would absolutely recommend the store. Shoutout to Paola for helping me out with the order!!!

  • Jeff Daucher

This place was great! The food was excellent.....with one exception. Ok, two. Make the curly fries spicy. Also, set an a la cart price for a hot dog that i can add to my burger and fries meal. That way I don't have to pay $8 for the dog. Atmosphere was fun. All kinds of people out on Friday evening. Service was fantastic. Great place and dinner with friends.

  • Adam R

Needed simple supplies for a project, they had the supplies but the 1 aisle that had majority of stuff I needed was closed with 1 guy on a fork lift going back and forth in the aisle for approximately 30 minutes then I decided to leave since I was gonna be able to get my stuff any time soon. Seemed like these guys were trying to look busy while goofing off.

  • Pedro Yáñez Gonzalez

Just had one of the rudest experiences I've ever had in retail with an employee here. (PM Returns supervisor Allison)was absolutely rude and unhelpful, and yelled at me for their washer machines not working properly, like it was my fault. Will never come to this location again. Couldn’t obtain store credit or exchange it for a new one. I lost $1095

  • Cinthia Romo Fydrych

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and it happened 3 different times in a 16 day period so it wasn’t just 1 bad day. Our washer dryer broke and they were to deliver on Saturday (NS) then Tues. am (NS) than for sure on Fri. we called in am for a time and they said “we can only bring washer, we sold dryer last night”! Horrible

  • jaswinder sidhu

it’s bad service , I waited 45 minutes to help on blinds , after 30 minutes when person came to us for help was very rude, and helpless. he even told us go to home depot, when I ask his name customer service clerk said Diego not sure if that’s his right name. we end up to return the blinds after wait for 45 minutes because no can help us the cut.

  • Rohit

Went to Lowes after my nearest HD burned down. I used to enjoy going to HD to pick stuff up and I am used to a certain level of friendliness and helpfulness. I needed some lumber for a hobby project. I spoke to 4 associates who were almost equally unhelpful. Finally, I had to come back empty handed. I am going to take my business elsewhere.

  • Page Larkin

We can’t help ourselves. Every time we drive by Lowe’s we have to swing by the garden department and see what’s new. Everything is pretty pristine, healthy and well priced. So many Temptations…so little time. We learn the hard way. It’s really important to get a Christmas tree early! The staff really knows their stuff. Favorite of ours

  • Lucille Gaska

I like Lowe’s but it’s a bit pricy. They have a wide variety of each item. Rarely anyone on the floor if you have questions. Check out is fast and usually friendly. Usually no problems on return or exchanges. Store is kept neat and stocked. Great plant nursery but again no one on the floor to ask questions. Overall it’s a good store.

They always have they're spray paint unlocked which is such a relief, finding associates and then having them just act like your wasting their time while you choose a color is just annoying !! I get the theft aspect but control it some other way haha! Thanks Lowes! I now have double the amount in the picture:) and they sell Krylon!

No customer assistance for an item we needed on an overhead shelf. Waited over 20 min. after an employee in a different department made multiple calls. They also refused to price match a product that we were planning to go to Costco for. We dropped all our items and left. Costco has many helpful employees and best prices.

For hardware I actually didn't mind tagging along with my friend..I found stuff I never seen and could use. The staff was laid back but busy and helpful.. they gave you the space to browse and buy instead of hovering over you trying to get in your business ..appreciate that because it was waters I didn't usually tread

Standard Lowe's store, well maintained and stocked up. Went specifically for orchids food and was able to find 3 kinds of packaging and at their usual location. All live plants were fresh and just watered. The store had a few holiday specials, there was no waiting in line and the friendly cashier greeted me warmly.

So impressed - seeking a replacement Whirlpool Duet Wash Machine and was conncectd to the PRO Desk where I encountered the nicest, most courteous and helpful man. While he was based in one Dept - he went out of his way to help. He was polite, smart and very helpful. I love Lowe's - and love it even more now!

I also didn’t experience great customer service before especially in cashier lines, but today I shopped for the new washer. Ms Martha really helped us well nicely and everything was fast and efficient. There are good workers there and electric products are quite nice comparing other stores. Will go again.

Horrible service at this store. Failed to deliver stove range after 3 scheduled dates! After spending 3+ hours trying to sort out the problem, the manager, Joaquin, refused to allow another Lowe's store to deliver my stove. He made me wait another 30 mins in line for a refund instead of doing it himself!

I prefer Lowes over Home Depot I think in general there a little cheaper fir the things that I buy, but I did notice they removed the clearance racks which always had good things for really good low prices been there 3 times in a month and still havnt seen it I will ask about it next time around.....

Typical big-box store. Tons of new stuff, but not the one part I was looking for. I'd give them an extra star if they actually had a 277V F35U6 ballast... Also their plumbing supplies are pretty slim. I was looking for a brass 1/2" to 3/8" reducer and all they had was galvanized and black steel.

Lowes is a great home improvement store. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I hope they expand a little in exotic wood. The gardening department is great. My wife and I collect exotic flowers and they have a good selection! Lowes is my 'go to" store for my home projects.

The phone system that these larger companies are starting to use promote not using them. I’ve tried for three days to make a phone call because I lost my license in the garden department. No one wants to pick up the phone it just promotes poor customer service. Not everything can be automated.

Gus in the plumbing department was very helpful. Exchanged the tank section of Kohler toilet that kept leaking. When you call, costumer service takes forever to answer the phone then you get hung up. Clueless…won’t let me post his picture…had a platinum service 25 service ⭐️ …

Great service! Walked in and went to the paint counter and within seconds someone came to help us! I believe her name was Madeline? Super attentive and helped us find the right primer, paint, and if we needed extras like scratch resistance. Love this place so much more than Home Depot.

My HD help came from an informative guy named Gus! The best, most patient and the most helpful with my purchases. He asked if I had an Acct. I said nope! So he took my huge cart and myself to the front of the store. Thank You Gus for your patience and caring about my concerns! Cathy

Great experience with Online Order pickup! Got my item only 1 day after I ordered it. The Pickup Lockers just inside the entrance are really convenient-- just scan the barcode on your phone screen for access and you've got your item. Quick and easy-- thank you!!

Lowe's is a great place. I'm a DIYer, and they always seem to have what I need when I need it, and their staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and can always point me in the right direction when I can't find what I need once again outstanding customer service

Had to wait for almost an hour to get a sheet of plywood cut. Their panel saw tor up my $52 sheet of plywood. They need to have a plywood blade instead of a rip blade. Luckily I don't need all the edging to be perfect. But come on guys let's be professional.

Enjoy a bubbly, strawberry, lemonade drink with your meal. I had scrambled eggs, with cheddar cheese on top, bacon and vegetables. Oh! I almost forgot my French toast that came with the meal. "It's the number 7 combo meal". Cheers to another wonderful meal!!

Paid for gutter extensions and left a piece of my gutter attached. All lost in pick up! Every call gets disconnected! Can’t reach the store manager. Too many employees milking around cash registers that have no knowledge of processes. DON’T SHOP HERE!

  • Wei Dai

Do not return plants, lowes kills whatever got returned. Lowes, you need to change that stupid policy. Other than that, staff is super friendly. The bad rating is for the stupid policy. I will continue to shop there but will never return their plants

  • Motts Zilla

Went this store to get some lights and electrical wire. Assistance was excellent. Helped me on the spot. They were not acting busy and avoiding customers like at sunnyvale store Got what I needed and was out in less than 15 minutes.

  • Scott Riddle

The store does not pick up the phone. I ordered an expensive item and it said it was delivered last Saturday. It’s been a week of trying to figure out what happened after repeatedly being disconnected or no answer! Poor management = a mess.

  • J. Tran

My wife love this place. Closet to home. But the service or advisor is no help, they have no clues of where, what the items in store. Don’t wastes times ask for help. Bad CS. Cashier in the garden is nice but limit to cashier, nothing else.
