Highly Dissatisfied with product and help. We ordered a Brown Metal Rectangle Screened Gazebo with Steel Roof (Exterior: 12-ft x 10-ft) on 10/26/2021. The gazebo was delivered by Estes Delivery Company and the gazebo was damaged, bent, scratched and we refused delivery with the drivers. They were to return the gazebo, we contact Lowe's and have them reorder us a new one. We contacted Lowe's via customer service phone and they were to order us a new one due to the damage. The week of November 22, 2021 the same, damaged gazebo was delivered and put into our driveway while we were out of state. In fact, a copy of the paperwork signed by us stating decline delivery due to damage was even taped onto the same gazebo. We called customer service again about the issue and picking it up. The representative set up with this local store to pick up the damaged item and they would refund us our money. No one came to pick up the item and after multiple phones calls to the local store and in person trips, FINALLY it was picked up for return on 12/7/2021 and a new one was to be ordered they told us. We waited and waited with no response. Lowe's did not know where the returned gazebo was nor did the delivery company or where our replacement one was located either. Again after multiple phone calls and trips to the store we finally insisted on a cash refund so we could order a new gazebo for our backyard from another company. We are very disappointed this issue happened, it was not made right in a timely manner and that we could not get the gazebo we originally wanted at the price we were going to pay. We have ordered a new one from Home Depot and hoping our experience with them will be better than it was with Lowe's.

If I was able to give a zero star review, I would have. I have been waiting in appliances for over an hour waiting for an employee so I could buy a washer and dryer. I pushed the call button continuously and after 30 minutes, no one showed up. I found an employee in garden and told him I want to talk to a manager. He told me there are no managers on duty, so I asked for a supervisor, but he told me there are no supervisors on duty either. I find that impossible to believe. I went to the cashier and asked for a manager. She paged one, but after 15 minutes no one showed up so I returned to appliances and resumed my button pushing. I got on their computer but couldn't figure out how to order anything. Customers started coming up to me thinking I work here, but I told them Home Depot has better deals on what they were asking me to look up. The phone at the desk rang, so I answered it and had a long conversation with several customers telling them all about my woes and the poor service here. I found a paper with extensions on it and tried to call them, but it didn't work. Another customer waiting over 40 minutes with me finally went into the break room and asked for help. Two employees followed her out, but then hid. Chickens! A guy waiting with us drives forklifts for a living. I was encouraging him to go get s forklift and drive it over here to see if any employees would follow him. He was afraid to do it, but he did laugh. Ultimately, save yourself the frustration and go to Home Depot. To all the customers who came up to the appliances desk or the customers who called appliances when I answered the phone, thanks for being so friendly. You were the only bright spot in this saga.

Can’t give zero stars but if I could I would!!! I ordered a Samsung washer machine last week in person at this location and they called me yesterday to let me know that it was going to arrive today between 8am-12pm and after waiting I decided to call them at 1:15pm to see why they haven’t arrived and the lady who answered told me that they had an accident with the truck this morning. They don’t even bother to call you to let you know that they won’t be able to arrive because they crashed the truck. When it’s something as serious like that, they should call all the customers to let them know, rather than keeping us waiting!! I already took my washer outside like they instructed me to do. There’s no point in bringing it back in since it’s broken. Now I’m stuck with dirty laundry because my washer machine doesn’t work because I will never go to those ghetto laundry mats, specially with monkey pox going on. Now she says I have to wait until Tuesday but how am I suppose to know they aren’t lying since they don’t even alert you when they’re not going to arrive, plus she didn’t gave me an answer as to what time they’re going to arrive on Tuesday. Look I have places to be, so I cannot be stuck at home waiting to see if they arrive with my washer! Specially when the female worker has no clue if it’ll even arrive on Tuesday. Y’all seriously need to work on your communication skills because I’m not Edward Cullen!! I cannot read your mind and know that you crashed the truck!!! Also get workers who know how to drive for they don’t crash it

I went to that particular Lowe's bcuz I was trying to get my money refunded for some trimmer line that I purchased online way back in January. My regular Lowe's didn't have the weedeater that I wanted in stock, so if that ever happens to you, be advised that they send your ENTIRE online order to the nearest store that does have it. So I got the actual weedeater delivered to my house without any delays, but that particular store didn't have the 3-pack of extra weedeater string in stock. I don't normally even go over to that part of San Antonio, and I kept asking them about the missing string at my regular Lowe's. Finally one of the employees took the time to explain it to me in detail. He said that they cannot even SEE my purchase record in their computer system bcuz it was transferred to the other store across town, and I would have to go to that location to get my refund. So yesterday I had to go to the VA Hospital, and I knew that that Lowe's store wasn't very far from there. So when I was done at the VA I cruised over to that Lowe's, only to be told that their purchase records do not go back that far. They gave me an 800 number to call and see if they can find a record of my purchase of the replacement string on the main Lowe's computer system, but I have a bad feeling that I am NOT ever going to get my money back...

Well, let's see, 1st in the hardware dept. We wanted to purchase a craftsman tool set. They are all locked together or, they are supposed to be. We were looking at one that was not and the box that goes around its drawers was torn a little so it seemed to me it was possible that it might have been a recent return to stock that just had not been locked back up. This did not matter to us when we were looking at them, but when we decided to purchase the item, we asked for one that was secured. The salesperson came over and right at that moment. Another employee came and asked him a question, which he answered before addressing us, as if the customer was secondary to their importance. Next, after we explained, we just wanted a sealed, secured box because the other might have been opened and possibly missing items. He them proceeded to grab that box and start counting the 230 pieces. It was at this moment my husband lost it and just told the guy, hey you can do what you need to do with that box later, we would just like to get the new box NOW if you don't mind. Then we proceeded to the SELF CHECK OUT, where we CHECKED OURSELVES OUT. Overall, it was just disappointing. The salespeople seemed so much more interested in their daily tasks than what the customers might need.

This Lowes store has horrible management. (they all take lunch at the same time and/or wont come out to help customers) Twice I went to get online orders and twice they couldn't find it and the managers would not talk with me. The first time I waited an hour and the managers would walk everywhere but come to the front. The second time I did an online order (shame on me for using the same store), I get there, show them my email that my order is ready for pickup and they say oh you have to wait for us to call you to get your order - after they couldn't find the order. I asked for the manager, and no surprise, first comment " the manager is busy and will be there in a bit", so I waited...then "oh the managers are all at lunch". I said, what, all the managers are at lunch at the same time, what happens if there is a problem, the store just stops! Customers just have to wait until the managers return. The young man, says sorry. I say, You can't go back there and call one out...he said no, we can't. It was unbelievable. Never going back to that store or using online to ship to that store. The managers there need training and need to support their staff and not use them to cover up for them not doing their job.

Please do your selfs a favor and do not buy appliances here. They put your shipping with third party’s. They dropped my wash machine. And when they deliver they never set it up. Saying I need a kit for it. When I bought everything with them. And then made me go back to buy a stacking kit. They lies and said someone would come back to set it it. But when I call to set it up for them to come back. They hang up on my face after Waiteing for 30 min. This is not nice . And when I called for the 5th time they can’t have someone come back out u till a week later. A week with dirty clothes. And no clean cloths . I paid over $1600. And this is how they treat you. I don’t even know if they will work because they are all messed up now. And good luck whit talking to someone. Even when you go to the store to try to get help they tell me to call the third party delivery company they can’t help me. The frustration and agervation is all you are going to get. Please spend your hard earned money some where els. Where people will appreciate you and treat you right. You would thing you would be treated right here but it’s not true. I learned a hard valuable lesson with Lowe’s.

Found needed product online with quantity of 16 available in store. Went to specific location for that product asked three young men in the building materials department where product was located and they gave me an aisle number. Only styrofoam panel available was $17 higher than online price and different brand. I went back to boys and they rolled their eyes at me. A very nice cashier tried to help, and asked another employee from customer service to help me. The three boys told him the inventory is not accurate. Proceeded to buy the overpriced item of styrofoam, and 3 boys refused to cut it in half so it would easily fit in my vehicle. I borrowed a box cutter from nice customer, cut the board myself after attempting to do self-checkout by scanning a barcode that was improperly applied to board. Ended up the price was only $3 higher than online price. The product was not even placed in the correct section in the store. Usually Lowes is full of customers with very few employees. This time it was full of employees and no customers. I won’t be going back to this location.

Went to buy ceiling tile I had found on website. Found items stacked with some boxes open. Went to find help. Found the only employee for that department, helping a customer. Waited my turn. The young man,Alex, came to help me find what I wanted-he was very polite. I had a grocery cart ,of the store, as I wasn’t sure the size of the boxes. He plies the three boxes in the cart for me( he could have suggested another style of cart). I asked where to find the adhesive to install the tile and was told lane 2. Pushed heavy cart to lane 2. Finding a large assortment of products, I went to find help. Went to Customer service and waited as both employees were on the phone. I was told help would come. An employee came and it seemed I knew more than her. Another employee was called. Jacob came to help. He had already clocked out but came to help. This man was great. He answered my questions, was polite and he made my visit better. I tried to give my comments to the store manager, but he never showed after two pages. I loaded the car by myself as assistance was never offered.

Why does this Lowes store policies vary from other stores. They no longer will give you a store credit on a blue card if it was lurches here with cash and you don’t have receipt. If send my guys to buy something with cash instead of using my pro card when I later go and try return it this lowes will not take it back. Even though the sku is good and rings up in there system. Lowes in Aransas pass and corpus still do store credit. Best I can figure is this store manager makes there own policy? The other issue I have is when the sign on a bulk items like caulk say 9.99 each but when you buy a case at 8.99 and then I buy less of another item they won’t honor that price of the 8.99 on the case…a manager looked me in the eye tonight and verbally explained this to me “it has to be all the same item on one sale to get that price”. He also did not have his code to over ride the price. This lowes is bad news and I will def only shop here if I’m desperate because they are to difficult to deal with and really don’t seem to care.

Service at Lowes is hit and miss. Today was a miss at the I10 and Callaghan store. Yesterday was pretty much a miss, too. Today, I was looking for garage door openers and just needed a price for installation. Nobody was working in Millworks, and Nobody responded to two pages. Another customer found a young woman (front end manager) who came back to the Millworks area. She had a smug attitude and didn't say a word to me or the other customer but did get one of the store managers. She had an explanation but bottom line, nobody was working in millworks and she couldn't tell me how much installation would cost. To continue the lack of service, I needed help yesterday putting together a materials price list. After 15 minutes of trying to find someone, I finally asked a pro desk rep if he could help me. He said unless I had a pro account, someone else would have to help me. He did offer to send someone but that was another 10 minutes of waiting. Store is understaffed and employees are frustrated and overwhelmed.

I went to get a tire for my wheelbarrow and there were only wheels with tires already mounted in stock. I had seen online that they sold just the tires. I ask the associate working in that department after he was through helping another customer where I could find the tire I needed and he told me they quit selling just the tires and now I'd need to get the tire already mounted on the wheel which was more expensive. So I took the wheel with tire to the register and told the casheer that I only needed the tire and that I saw it online. He asked me to show him so I did. He proceeded to order me one. When I went to pick it up my email said it had already been picked up and there was no code to open the locker. Fortunately there was a very nice young lady that came up to me from behind after I had been standing first in line in the pick-up line for about 10+ minutes. She let me into the locker where the tire hadn't been picked up. Thank you young lady. We need more of you all over this world. God Bless You!

I bought a $500 grill with free delivery and free assembly. Lowes botched the delivery friday and didnt tell me anything until i called and asked for a status on the order. They rescheduled for Saturday and then attempted to deliver an incomplete and not fully assembled grill on Saturday. The grill was missing a thermometer and badge with serial number. The grill they tried to deliver looked suspiciously similar to the incomplete floor model we looked at in the store. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a resolution but they dont bother answering the phone. Lousy customer service, failed delivery, and they can't assemble a grill correctly. Update: It was quicker to drive to the store and pick up a new in box grill because they never answered the phone. The floor model was MISSING because they did try to deliver that one instead of assembling a new one! Dont blame the "third party assembly and delivery service" for this problem! Lowe's hired them and this is a Lowe's problem!

Thank you Lowe's! I'm retired, and working on a renovation to my office / man cave. Nestor, in your paint department, is without question my go to paint specialist. He's friendly and genuinely interested in making his / your customers happy. Kari, another one of your fine staff members. I stopped by to brose some supplies for my renovation, but left with only a bag of water softener salt. I checked out in the self-checkout line and Kari assured me that the scanner would reach the yellow water softener bags. She was right, and then proceeded to lift the 40 lbs. of salt into my basket. She didn't have to, and I wouldn't have minded helping her out in that respect, but she took it upon herself to do it anyway. I was so impressed, that I left my phone at the self-checkout station. As I was loading my salt into my truck, Kari shows up with my phone. Two exceptional employees, Kari and Nestor. Kudos to both of them for their exemplary customer service. Many thanks!

Establisment claims it does not accept mobile payments of any kind, despite having brand new pin pads capable of it (and being able to use my mobile wallet there in the past). Employee had to be reminded to give me back the cash half of my transaction, after trying to turn me away from their register in a huff. Employees are clearly uneducated / undereducated about the payment system: to the point that I was told to go to another company. Not willing to do so that day, I counted the change resting in my car to make the purchase. No receipt was issued and requests to speak to a manager were filibustered: nobody called ANYONE, just small talked me (while their hand was on the phone) and waited until I became frustrated and left the store. Save yourself the trouble: HOME DEPOT is only an exit or two away. At the end of the day their red mulch wasn't even red, anyway. (Not like I could return it though, for lack of receipt.)

This is the worst hardware store I've ever been to. I ordered vacuum cleaner belts item for curbside pickup. When I got home I pulled the bag out and realized the belts were not in there. It was just the cardboard in the bag. When I called management they happily replaced the item for me. However, I kept getting charged for the belts and then every fun would be put on my account and then another charge a couple weeks later. I had accidentally bought the wrong belts. Normally I went to return them because they were only $6 but I wanted these charges to stop to my credit card. When I went to return the item I I had to stand there for about 30 minutes because the cashier couldn't figure out how to return it. Apparently nobody had ever signed out my products so they had it like I hadn't ever gotten it. These people are awful! They don't know what they're doing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered machinery that was suppose to be assembled and delivered. The day of delivery nothing showed up because it was never assembled in the first place. Then the next day it wasn’t added to the manifest to be delivered. Then the 3rd day hoping I would get my delivery bc they promise me it would be shipped out.. the day comes and they say it will wasn’t added for delivery AGAIN !!!! For the 3rd straight day and I’ve taken the time out of work and personal life waiting for a delivery and still nothing. Poor communication.. long waits on the phone to get help. Very poor service and nothing to show after spending over $2500 No gift card or discount was mentioned for this inconvenience. Hope this helps anyone thinking of shopping and having anything delivered from this Lowe’s. -still waiting for this delivery btw

  • Justine Grier

Very disappointed with their customer service. We went this morning to get some paint. We waited at the paint counter for 10min, then asked an associate for help. He said he’ll get someone for us, we waited another 10min. We asked two more associates for help who again told us they will get someone for us. After over 30min of waiting we wanted to walk out, at the door one associate stopped us asking if we didn’t get any help. We said no one ever met us over there. He called the manager to the service counter. We went back to the service counter and waited for almost 10 more minutes. The manager didnt meet us over there. So we left. When we walked out we told the lady at the exit that we never received help and she just shook her head. Thank you to the nice gentleman working by the registers who was really trying to get someone to help us.

If 0 Stars was an option I'd be choosing that ! Horrible customer service coming from the SUPERVISOR! I tried explaining over the phone why my husband couldn't be added as an additional pick up person online but did have my card and ID with him since he knows very little English, and she refused to speak and listen to me. Just rolled her eyes and yelled from afar "If you don't have your ID No" Super unprofessional i don't know how someone like that can be hired as a supervisor. I couldn't even get her name since she refused to come to the phone and gave my husband her back, but is the supervisor at the store on Callaghan on 3/31/23 @ 9:50am. Once I was able to get ahold of my appliances we didn’t even get any help loading them! After spending thousands of dollars here in remodeling my house l'll definitely never make this mistake again!!

  • J Mimun

Purchased some pavers online and went to pick up my order when it was ready. I spoke with two employees at customer service, one of whom was in charge of that area. The first girl seemed new and a bit confused, which was no biggie because she was probably new. The other girl, a red head, who was in charge, seemed as if she hated her job and didn't want to be there. I received such horrible customer service from her. When I finally was able to sign my receipt, the red head told me she would have someone load up my truck, which was already in the loading area. I waited 10 minutes, and no one ever came out. I went back inside to see what the delay, red head never informed anyone to load up my truck. I finally pulled someone to do it. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. Helped me remember why I always go to Home Depot.

This Lowe's has the most pathetic employees ever. First of all they have zero customer skills very rude and all this reflects on the management I feel sorry for him or her. Second if you plan to call this Lowe's for information, well forget about it because they will never answer the phone. Not because they are busy but because they are lazy and most of these people don't wanna work. And when they do answer the phone like for five minutes ringing they put you on hold for like another 10 or 20 before the line hangs up. I don't know what's wrong with these employees rude, Lazy, ignorant, no experience whatsoever. It's a shame that this company hires people like this. Not shop in Lowe's I do not recommend it go to Home Depot instead

  • Morgan Ned

Ordered online ahead in the morning for items that were in stock and said I can pick up same day. Tried calling at 2:30 stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Finally went to store at 5:30pm to see order status. The guy at the front said it wasn’t ready I asked when it would be he said I would get a confirmation email. So I asked what the hold up was and if the items weren’t in stock he said they were in stock so I just said can I get the items myself? He said sure so I had to grab 6 large bags of mulch with no help even though I ordered for these items to be ready. This Lowe’s has horrible customer service, I suggest skip ordering online and just save time by going in and do self check out to avoid the horrible customer service

  • Joe Gomez

This was by far the worse experience. I've had bad customer service in the past at several Lowes. But this was by far the worse. We went in to buy a griddle and were assisted by a "front end hero" that could not ring up our order at customer service desk. This was after a 20 minute attempt. He then sent us to register 11where we waited in line behind awaiting customers for additional 10 minutes. When we got to the register, cashier had no idea what we were talking about saying no "front end hero" had spoken to her. I went back to customer service to look for him and asked him to be paged. He never responded or returned. I do expect a call from store manager within 24 hours or I will elevate my concern to corporate.

  • Ashlee Hammack

We purchased several appliances from Lowes. Everything was delivered next day except our washer. We spoke with several associates and were assured it would be delivered the next day. This happened a couple of times. We called and were transferred to countless individuals until we finally spoke with Monica in the Delivery dept at Lowes on Callahan (not even the store we made the original purchase). Monica took control of the call instantly. She looked into the order found out what happened. She personally went to see if the washer was in the store and made sure we could get it same day. She went above and beyond and we are so happy she answered the phone! Thank you Monica! You truly made our day!

It's my favorite Lowe's. Lots of parking, ease of access in and out of the parking lot once you're done. I have always found what l was looking for. I don't usually buy too much (just a few items at a time) but this store always seems to have what I need. The only caveat to this is that once you're ready to check out, they only have one lane open inside and it is self checkout, so if this place is busy then you will probably wait in line a bit. I try to visit at times when they would be less busy, and mostly l'm through the line pretty quickly. The garden center has someone at checkout, and the line can be long there. Either way, l like going here.

  • Julio godinez

This location is probably the worst lowes I have ever been to. The manager was extremely rude, I was suppose to get a washer and dryer delivered to my house and my window was from 9am-1pm and I waited all day, no call, no email, nothing, I tried to call the store and nobody picks up. Nevertheless I went to the store just to get my money back. I was already very upset but I didn't want to make it a big deal, when the manager came over she asked why I was returning it and I told because it was never delivered. Her answer was "well if we don't have the parts we can't deliver it." No apologies just straight up excuses.

  • Nanda Kishore

Alex was assisting us at the self check out. He needed an override and it took 30 minutes for a manger to get down. His name is Kevin. The products are choose based on price. If you have wrong pricing it’s a waste of customers time picking up a product. We almost spend an hour picking the product based on our budget. We had to wait 30 minutes for a manager override and he says the product is not labeled right and he can do 1 box for $0.79/tile. We needed 4 boxes. Respect customers time and money. Thumbs down to Lowes and there employees for there inefficiency.

  • Steven Smeltzer

I went to this Lowes because to replace a storm door. I just needed an appointment for measurement. They told me that the could not help me and said the installed guy will not be there today. Everything is already in the Lowes system before I went to the store. They also said I should talk to appliances. Appliances was extremely busy. I wasted my time and I had to take off work to do this. There should not be any reason why I could not get an appointment time. I also saw three employees just talking among themselves when I left and not helping customers.

  • Ian Fernandez

Don't shoo here, horribly managed. Been here three times and something is always wrong. Ordered a fridge and scheduled a delivery the next week. On the delivery date the fridge never arrived. Called the store numerous times to ask about it, but each time a different employee claimed to not know what happened, refusing to help. Went in person only to find that the fridge I ordered was sold to another person. The next two times I visited there to buy a few items all self checkouts were out of order with only one cashier to serve the entire store.

I always hate going on to a DIY place cause 9 out of 10 I don't know where the things are in looking for. Found a man, Darius, who helped me, he was new to Lowe's, he apologized that he was not knowledgeable yet in the parts I needed but called someone. When no one came he said well let's figure this out and ended up finding what I needed, but was unsure and called his manager Frank. Between the 2 of them I left with the tools my brother sent me to get and with the info my brother needed to proceed. Very nice experience!!

  • James Kane

Horrible customer service. Only self checkout lanes open with a "cashier" assisting who either was just plain slow or did not know what she was doing. Customer Service department was dismissive and completely useless. Manager was even worse. I will go someplace else and pay a little more or go on base and actually real appreciation for my service shown instead of the bland, meaningless, and useless thanks I get from a company that can't even hire cashiers. I am completely disgusted with this company. Negative stars.

  • Michael Hall

The last two visits to this store have been frustrating. Both times, I've waited for more than 30 minutes for assistance with getting in-stock items from a high shelf or locked case, only to leave empty handed. That's after roaming the store to find an employee. While I've had great experiences with some staff, Mike from the Millworks department seemed to go out of his way to be disrespectful. I'm not sure why service at this location has gone downhill, but I'll be going to the Home Depot up the street from now on.

  • Fiesta Pressure Washing

PAINT PRICES ARE MISLEADING! 10$ more for any finishes added MATHEW the manager, was too comfortable saying no to honor the already ridiculous price of 39.99 a gallon. But, they will mark the container for 15$ as OOPS paint and sell it the next day. I hope Mathews mother and father get the same treatment as he gives his customers. Mathew you have fallen victim to retail greed. You are still young and don't have to feed your ego every second of every day. Make a change with your position and help the customers.

  • Obed_rodrig

Horrible customer service. The store is filled with empty kiosks in every department. Employees seem to just walk around aimlessly. I’ve had hour long wait times to have someone help. I’ll ask an employee and they’ll refer me to someone else or hear it over the intercom a few times. In one instance, I waited for an associate to finish helping a customer and then they walked off and abandoned their position in flooring never to be seen again. It’s incredible. Don’t waste your time. Go to Home Depot.

  • B Tello

I’ve been coming to this location for years & never had a bad experience. But today the elderly woman cashier Beverly was very rude & refused to look up an item because it didn’t have a price tag, acted like she was going to call someone for a price check then yanked the rose bush from the counter and put it on the floor for restock. I asked politely if there was anyway to look it up or something of the nature because they’ve done it before, but she was determined I was in the wrong..

the appliance manager jose (joe) is really exceptional very humane and professional, no matter how busy he , he solves the root problems, an admirable attention that he provided us took 3 hours to solve our problem and he always with a smile never left us until he solved it. He is a great example for many other managers who do not have the whole package that he has, A PERSON LIKE HIM SHOULD BE THE STORE MANAGER ..with attention like that of course I will continue coming back to Lowe’s

  • Belinda McGinnis

Came to get some flooring (not even 5 minutes ago) because the Lowes at the Rim did not have enough of the particular flooring i was looking for available but were extremely helpful in letting us know that the Callaghan location had some in stock. Anyway while checking out the price rung up $1.94 instead of the advertised in store price of $1.30. After much debate I walked out. Terrible customer service. I even took a picture showing the cashier what the price was IN THEIR STORE.

  • Scott Cummings

Terrible experience. Purchased several tools and replacement batteries. One of batteries wouldn’t charge and I needed it exchanged. I originally went to the store I purchased at and they were happy to help. However they were out of the battery in question and said this location had several. I drove across town to exchange battery. They were very rude and unwilling to exchange saying. “We don’t exchange batteries. You need to talk to manufacturer.”

  • Jacob Heinrich

I’m a new resident in the area, and I’ve visited this location at least a half dozen times now. They always have what I need, and the order online store pickup is super convenient. Huge shoutout to the employee Marcus who has gone way above and beyond to help me with some home project recommendations and services. Would highly recommend this store for any local for their project needs. Thanks for everything Marcus! Lowes, give this man a raise!

  • Brandy Boyer

The associate was pleasant , however, the Lowes customer service team was unhappy they canceled my card as I was making the transaction . I still have no clue if my washer I purchased the night before will even be delivered on Monday. Lowes these were my first major purchases and I feel I have been defeated by your over = seas customer service team. They were more unhelpful than helpful. Makes me not want to even do business with your store.

  • Joann Miera

Posted an item on the internet, which my daughter bought, and went to pick it up totally different color.employee mentioned it was a false advertisement and spoke with the customer service manager, which was totally rude and wouldn't accommodate us for a second thermal cup for the inconvenience of their mistake.ordered a second time and exact same thing happened as first..not the correct color!!!

  • gen p

Completely DISGUSTED with this store today I saw two employees gang up in an elderly man who was clearly not only a veteran but having issues with self checkout. All because he was wearing a political hat. I have seen and heard many complaints about this store and the rude customer service they provide through several media outlets . I even tried calling to speak with a manager and they leave me on hold and never come back to the phone .

  • never to late

First, Ana the supervisor gives a nasty customer service specially over the phone. They lie in order to make a sale on delivery time, I bought stove and fridge and they told me that they have it in warehouse, was a lie. They deliver stove and dump it on hallway and no fridge. I end up returning everything. But when I went to store of course Ana and manager didn’t show up, they send a cashier jimmy to take care of the problem. Cowers

  • Morrine Croy

Nesroz from paint department help me he was so kind didn't rush me took his time you didn't have what I was looking for so he told me I had to order it so he took me up to service center and rung up what I needed and told me if I got a Lowe's credit card it would be cheaper so I got one and he also explain how the credit card would benefit me in other purchases. He really took his time and made sure I had everything I needed.

  • Martin Kroesche

Why is it that they are busy and obviously selling lots of product but there is never anyone to help? And when you ask it’s like they are doing you a favor ? I tried to call the store for a Simple question(info not available on line) , and after 30 min gave up trying to get someone to answer the phone. Customer Service is non- existent which is why I quit shopping at Home Depot. Now they are the same. Next ?

  • Carlos

Don't use curbside pickup here. Went to get a paint sample that we ordered and got notification it was ready. It wasn't ready and took an hour for them to get it. Lumber is horrible here with low stock and nothing labeled and unorganized. Have to run after employees to get help. The app will say something is in stock and it isn't. Also always have half the self checkouts closed defeating the whole purpose.

  • L “K.K.” Pat

System said Lowe's had item I needed in stock..in fact it said there were a few...even took my money...30 minutes later informed there were no items in stock...Really when customer service rep called...he even showed more items in stock then I was shown.. Bad for business..will not order via on line again...now 3-5 days to get a refund when my funds were immediately withdrawn...only in America!!!

  • Curtis Valence

They want you to work for them while you are spending money I am handicapped and am not going to check myself out the last time I was there the lady standing there not doing anything would not check me out flat refused said it wasn't her jobwe have spent close to 10000 in the last few months remodeling our kitchen it had a water leak I would expect better customer service out of your lazy cashier's

  • alyssa oliveira

This specific lowes never answers the phone. I drove to the store after being on hold for an hour and asked them to answer the phone just to see if I had the right number. 3 associates were sitting behind the counter just chatting away. They picked up and it connected to my call. Doesn’t matter how much you address it. I am currently on hold waiting for a response for an online order 30+ minutes. .

  • Me

Just make sure you check your items numbers and make sure they match with what you purchase especially when it comes to appliances because these kids at this location have not once but twice send me the downgraded versions of appliances that I didnt purchased in the past and again it just happen yesterday. This place is clearly not your Profesional hardware store to attend to, good luck !

  • Les Holmes

Store employee lied to me to convince me to buy a more expensive fridge, he assured me there was a rebate attached to this fridge and that I would be getting up to 15% of my purchase back. All lies. He didnt disclose that you had to purchase 3 ADDITIONAL appliances as well to qualify for the rebate. What a waste of money. I would have bought a cheaper fridge if he hadn't lied to me.

  • sreekanth choudry

Update: it was taken care of immediately, (found the item, got a call and handed over) bumping to 4 stars ------------------------------ I get a mail saying order is ready for pickup and they make you wait for an hour, only to say it’s not found… get another mail after 2 days, says ready for pickup and the same thing… we are looking for your item in the back, dudes are unbelievable

  • Crissy Escamilla

Waiting for customer service in the paint section when the employee walked to the register like she was just coming in to work, with loud voice telling me my another customer that she's the only one and we had to wait, that's it's not her fault. Then pointed to the front counter saying, I'll only help you if you stand there. This used to be one of my favorite stores. No longer true

  • Gary Bryant

Super! Store was clean, items displayed neatly with prices marked. Checkout went quick and smooth, store staff were helpful and courteous. Covid19 rules, like 6ft spacing at checkout clearly marked. Update....4.23 store is open and no more Covid19 stuff going on. Staff never said a word to me other than checking out in self-service staff member verification of my veteran discount.

  • Derrick Bonner

Ive had so so experiences here before. Today was not good. Employee who is on the clock had a few items on sale in a cart. I don't mind her having them if she was going to actually check out but she put them in the back for herself for later while another lady and I wanted to buy right then. I could have saved 45 dollars but she is keeping for herself. Just not acceptable.

  • J.J. TORRES

I went to buy a lawnmower and I was having problems getting it off the rack. A young employee (Saeed) at the Lowe's on Callahan helped me unload it and walked it over to the check out and processed my transaction. He then helped me load it up in my truck - all with a joyful, helpful demeanor. Employees like Saeed is a great reason why I'll continue to patronize Lowe's.

  • Francisco Rodriguez

The worse help for customers ever! I got a generator last week and before purchase i specifically ask the kid what is the rules on returns for the generator because i found a better price and bigger unit he gladly tells me to just bring it back, well that wasn't the case so now i have to call craftsman to return. Do you job!!! Teach these kids your tules and policies

  • RCCR

Nestor was very, very helpful when we were looking at flooring. He was willing to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they had in stock and helped us find the best deal. He was genuinely interested in helping us and we left feeling very good about our purchase. Don't see many employees like that anymore, it was very refreshing.

  • William G. Jones. III

Always hard to find someone that acts like they want to help you. Asked a stranger in the electrical section he was a wonderful delight very helpful. Asked an employee about commercial door closures said he didnt have em reason I went there cause on line it said they had 3. The cashiers at the lumber exit were great employees very knowledgeable and professional

  • Ricardo Galindo

I just want to commend the customer service in this location. I had to call in today because of a purchase for a contractor that I couldn't attend in person. A representative named Amanda helped me out very kindly. She really assessed the problem and presented me with the options of how to solve it. Really got me out of a pickle. 10 out of 10

  • Joe Sanchez

My biggest problem was trying to checkout the computers were going down left and right the poor Elderly Lady was trying to get help the IT tech just looked and walked away she finally said for everyone to checkout a service center She tried but not trained properly. Please train n your employees properly and keep some registers available .

  • Ferdinandus Schouten

Miserable experience, 10-15 minutes waiting for help because receipt printer printed a blank receipt in self checkout, when no manager would show up ended up getting in line at customer service and just getting a refund. Funny part, when telling the customer service person I wanted to return the items he said "do you have a receipt?" Smdh

  • Blue Cruz

Oh em gee. I went in for air filters and it took long to checkout. I was trying to use my credit card and the systems kept crashing. I waited in line and the person had a problem with pricing. Like seriously. Went back to self checkout and they don’t take my credit cards. Skipping the stress and just going to Home depot next time.

  • Catherine Lee

On June 13 2023, I bought an evaporative cooler. Just want to congratulate you on the quality of the associates you hire in your store. The name of the person who helped me is Saaeb. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made my visit an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Saaeb.

  • Adolfo Alaniz

I gave it three stars for the helpful assistance of one particular worker that was all.over the store assisting customer and he had helpful and honest answer. Missing two for two reasons other workers seems less interested or excited about helping customers and Lowes adjusted their military discount to exclude all appliances.

  • Les Shigley

Today is the 1st positive experience that I have had at this Lowe’s. I spent 45 in tools on Sunday looking for a specific tool on aisle 69. Helped 3 other customers find what they were looking for. 3 separate attempts to get assistance, on person nonchalantly pointed in a different direction. Got what I needed at Home Depot

  • Lauren Kurhajec

This Lowe’s still has not delivered our refrigerator or installed any of the appliances we bought from them after rescheduling 7 times and calling multiple times/spending multiple hours on the phone with them. They tell you they will call you back about an issue and never do. I have never been so unimpressed in my life.

  • Ron Baumann

Another great experience! This location is marginally closer to my house than the location I went to a couple days ago. I'll say it again, Home Depot has been my go-to for years, but not anymore. Friendly and actually helpful staff. Just a completely different experience than what I've gotten used to at Home Depot.

  • Matatela Palma

We had the best experience. Anthony in appliances was friendly, helpful and courteous. He gave us an extra 10% off for military discount. He was detailed oriented and explained well about the warranty. If you buy a warranty and never use it, Lowe's reimburses you 30% back. Not a bad deal to have peace of mind

  • Alex Vale

Received the wrong 2-3 prong plug adapter on a pickup order and had to circle back, when getting back discovered they were out of stock on the correct adapter. Found one a different color and the store refused to honor the original price and instead charged me a difference. Great service, but bad experience.

  • Patrick Svitek

This store is always such a massive disappointment. People don’t pick up the phone, and it’s impossible to find someone to help you in-store. I was working with someone on a project and they literally stopped working at Lowe’s and no one told me. I’m currently waiting 15 minutes in line for a simple return.

  • Shane Kibbey

I have the worst experience trying to get a delivery correct with this store. I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer. The refrigerator was damaged, they left the wrong dryer, and didn’t bring the washer! In addition to that, the install people bent the pipe in the wall where the dryer hose attaches.

  • sasha constancia

Lowe's has everything you need. But sometimes you have to look for somebody to help you in a different department. And I bought a washer and dryer but the guy didn't explain what kind of cord was included. I found out later on and had to call an electrician to install the right outlet in my home.

  • Rafael Mireles

I went looking for a shed... And what they had on display is a embarrassment to Lowe's. Doors falling off, rusted, trash inside, I'm pretty sure someone was living in one of them. The pictures speak for themselves... Take some pride in your products Lowe's! I'll be buying from a competitor...

  • Mario Gonzalez

Well for one. I didn't have to look around for help their was a gentleman who actually came and ask me if i needed any help. I was was surprise. What usually happens is me walking around the store finding someone on their self phone busy and totally ignoring my presents. Thank you Lowes

  • Rodney Frantzen

We bought a plastic garbage can and a metal trellis. The trellis was $20. The small wooden trellises at Rainbow gardens were $30 & $40 which we thought was ridiculous. I knocked off one star because the mountain laurels they had were $40. I am looking for one in a 1 gallon bucket.

  • Gator Chris

Clean store with friendly staff. I shop here because of the great service, lots of stores and material on hand, and they offer a 10% Veteran discount. If your a veteran sign up today, and if you own a business as a Veteran add it to your Pro Account for amazing perks.

  • Janel Martin

Worse Lowe’s ever!!!! Had to buy appliances lawnmower grill carpet was told no one to help us til 3’clock WTH you have idiots working!!!! Going to Home Depot where you get great customer service!!!! You lost out on 10,000 dollars!!! Would of given a zero if allowed

  • Eva Voorhis

Clean store, well stocked, fantastic staff, prices higher than Home Depot by a small margin but the tradeoff is the shopping experience is much better. Their selection of garden and outdoor products is really extensive, too. The flowers actually look healthy!

  • Kathy Owsley

Had to make a return but lost the receipt so wasn't sure if I would be able to return the item. They said if I used a credit card they could look it up and put it back on the card. Which they did with no problem. Lumber department thank you for your help.

  • Lee Warden

It's Lowes. Has all the things you need for DIY projects. I found everything I was looking for and even got some help from an associate who was passing by. This trip was for some ac cleaning supplies & tools; next trip will be for my back patio garden.

  • Drea Chapa

This a convenient place for us to come to. They always have everything we need. Today, Marquis at the front end self check out section, gave my husband & I wonderful customer service. He was kind, patient, & friendly. Give that man a raise! …

  • Roberto

Service was horrible I went to the garden section and the lady at the register named Jackie was one of the rudest persons I ever encountered at Lowe's she gave both attitude me and the customer behind me she didn't even want to get up from the chair

  • Jimmy Moore

Hard to find simple things there. Asked for help, but sent me in the wrong place. I asked again. she sent me to the right place, but they moved everything in aisle. Something that should took me less than five minutes to find, took me 25 minutes.

  • Leo Villa

Some of the employees have great customer service skills some they need more training. Some of their inventory personal need to have a better knowledge of the ordering system in order to have the regular inventory in stock and with good quality.

  • Patrick Willingham

Always well stocked. Good quality merchandise. About 80% of what I buy there is for the shop. Consumables like saw blades, drills ,welding rods. I find I get name brand long-lasting replacements . At a price compatible with the Chinese outlets.

  • Juan Peña Jr.

Staff is very helpful have any questions about an item or price. They go the extra mile to make sure you get the right price or part. A place of no profile how you look when you walk in unlike Home Depot. Now that's my one stop shop when I need

  • Moises Martir

Friday September 16, 2022 at 3:45 pm register #1 , that lady was so rude n unprofessional, they are just there to do the 8 hours, she wanted me to pay for some 2x8x16 block at the garden section when that block was here at register #1… just

  • Liz Cuellar

I really like Lowe's. I was so glad when they came to San Antonio. When I was building my house there wasn't a Lowe's in San Antonio and I was sad because the other store who shall remain nameless...didn't have much of a variety like Lowe's.

  • Laura Doyal

Very poor service from cashier, Gerson. He allowed people to interrupt checking out of customers. They would get on the internet and research products, prices, etc. for about 15 minutes with a line of people waiting to check out. 2 days in

  • April Lopez

Horrible, rude and lazy employees starting with the curbside up to the managers. I ordered something online it was suppose to come in on a specific date but it came in 2 weeks later. When I showed up to get it no one can find my items but

  • Barb Gerwitz

Whether I order online for pickup or go inside the garden center, everyone is so helpful and friendly. If I need information or ask where to find something, the associates are eager to help. They'll take me to the product I'm looking for

  • Donna McCausland

I've been to multiple Lowes and at this location, I have to say there was a standout employee that went above and beyond. A gentleman named Francis helped my dad out and I was blown away by his efforts. He really gave us that old school

  • Jamie Perez

This is a pretty good Lowes to shop at. They have some simple home decor and furniture as well as mattresses in a box if you need that. I liked a few of the pictures they have, though truth be told I prefer to support local artists and

  • kyle grothues

Completely incompetent delivery team. Got a text that they were at my house, funny because I was working in the yard and they never showed up. Then their driver lied and said I wasn’t home and was forced to reschedule for a week later.

  • Mike Villa Jr

Long wait to pick up an online order that was ready. Waited 40 minutes. Staff was nice. I was befuddled that the lumber yard said they couldn't cut our wood for us. Not good customer service. Especially since they do not explain why.

  • Vito Vité

nice store, hard to find what you looking for and the employees are hard to find or they do not know ( classic for lowes, home depot and walmart ) other than that, nice store and prices a little bit high that walmart ( same items )

  • Joe Pappassi

This is one of the worse places to shop. They never have a register open and they only have two self checks open. Most people that go to hardware stores have projects to do and want to get in and out. Go to Home Depot it's great.

  • Andrew Villasenor

Is the great store with very good customer service and an amazing selection of items. I highly recommend this store, it was not crowded and employees went out of their way to assist you with whatever it is you need it here

  • Santos Carrillo (santos_motuverse)

Most of the staff know what their doing. A few dumb dumbs can be annoying. But all in all, a knowledgeable staff. This location always has what I'm looking for. Plus it's close to where I'm at off 410 and Vance Jackson.
