I do not even know why I bother coming here anymore, Lowe's is across the street. I came in December to purchase a huge tool cabinet, and majority of them were beat to hell and even the one I bought had some damage, but not as much compared to the rest. Asked for help loading into the truck multiple times. Sat outside the front for 30 minutes. It's sad to say that a random stranger actually helped me and Home Depot employees would not even come out to help me even after I went inside and they told me FOUR times that they would send someone out. Today, after waiting 2 and a half WEEKS for the design team to help design our new kitchen, we paid for them to get the measurements, and they told us that they would have someone get back to us within a few days. NO ONE DID... We called for weeks and would get hung up on! Last week, the lady that was working on it stated that she would get back to us the next day and gave some bogus excuse. Today going in, they would not refund us for the measurements because it was a service they made us do for the kitchen design. They did not even want to hand over the measurements of the kitchen and it took complaining to them about the process that they have put us through for them to hand over the paperwork. Of course, they also did not apologize. Thank you Home Depot for the horrible experience and putting our full kitchen remodel back 2 weeks now. Feel free to leave me the manager's name and number so I can schedule a time to meet with them about the poor experience. This will allow me to put in a formal complaint and have their Human Resources department look further into the situation.

Had the weirdest argument with the man monitoring self check out. I was with my children at the check out area and looking for the line because it looked like there were three different lines. The man was a heavier set male with facial hair and earrings in a pink polo. He murmured something I couldn’t hear and another male in the same situation as myself were trying to figure out where to go. The line for assisted check out was small so we got in that line. The cashier didn’t say anything but the man monitoring self check out called us out to the self check out line saying they were one and the same. The man I was in line with and I said you could have said that during the whole time we were looking lost and he snapped at us saying that if we listened he had already said that. I said no you didn’t or you could have said it louder. The heavy set man with facial hair and earrings rolled his eyes at us and snapped that he already told us once. I just stopped and let it go so I could check out and leave with my children. The cashier was a sweetie and apologized for his behavior but she should not have had to. Rude and argumentative for no reason. As a veteran and customer I find that treatment childish and inappropriate.

I am thoroughly impressed with this Home Depot. I just relocated from Pennsylvania to San Antonio and I can tell you the difference in the store, stocked items, friendly, and very well staffed personnel is by far something that I am amazed at. I was recently there picking up some cinderblocks. My cart was overloaded and one fell out in the middle of the parking lot. After I put it back in my cart, a Home Depot worker approached me out of the blue and offered to not only walk me to my car and push my cart, but he also placed every single cinderblock in the back of my truck. I’ve been going to Home Depot for years and I have never had a worker in Pennsylvania, offer to do this. This is just one example of the friendly and courteous service I’ve received at this location and during a time of year where it’s extremely busy, I really appreciate the extra service that I received the other day. The only thing I am disappointed in is myself because I failed to get this workers name, and he should absolutely be commended on the type of service that he provided and with a smile!

I when shopping for flooring and went to many places but most of the sale person did not impress me because I had many question on vinyl wood flooring and to me it look like most of these sale persons were in a rush so my wife and I decided that I would not buy from theses establishment. I almost gave up and at the last minute I decided to stop by Home Depot and my prayers were answer we met Ms. Aneesa Hernandez and she was great I ask so many questions on vinyl wood flooring and she took her time and answer every question I ask. Ms. Hernandez was very nice and a professional took her time to make sure that we were satisfied she spent one hour with us at the end I purchase my flooring with home depot. I'm always like salesperson's that are courteous and professional my wife and I was very happy to make our purchase. If you need flooring at for Aneesa you will not go wrong.

I love it when useless rude women pave the way for the rest of us in a male dominated industry. It's okay if you're made for the sephora clearance counter but let the rest of us get to work. Poor customer service, and nevermind that the dude helping me before was awesome. It's too bad I missed him the second time around. I've had several misses at this location between someone not being able to answer my questions and just awful customer service. Yall need to hire useful if not experienced people. I need to add that the guy at the self checkout was super nice and cool but I noticed that another woman at the registers was trying to usurp his friendliness and caused traffic by moving people around with no strategy. Who are these ladies that are giving us a bad name?? Diversity hires should have some amount of qualifications that amount to more than just a chest

Worst customer experience in over 18 years!!! I was informed today that to get the military discount that we MUST download the Home Depot App on our phone. The employees told me that this policy was enacted back in January; however, when I bought items just LAST WEEK, this was never brought to my attention. They did not even work with me to give me the discount, instead they said "We will help you set it up on your phone and we cannot give the discount otherwise"; however, I do NOT always carry my phone, others may not have Smartphones and you do NOT dictate what we must use on our personal equipment. Due to the level of customer service I have experienced today, you guys have now lost me and my family as customers and I am sure more will continue to follow. Lowe's now has a loyal customer.

I came to grab 2 different products for the same issue I'm having. The website said that the 2 products I was actually looking for was I guess supposedly there. 1 in stock and the other one could be stocked up to 3hrs! If it's in the store why isn't it on the shelf? I need to use it pronto and a 3hr wait isn't possible. I get to the store and neither of the 2 products were there. Instead there was another brand that I knew about but hadn't looked into the specifics. I'll try this brand but I'm not happy about the time I've wasted. I did check the location when the product came online, which had Me going to an eagle pass location. I set it to a San Antonio location and the closest store was 3mi away. Made it there in no time but didn't have My preferred products

  • Deann Ortega

Very uneducated staff and managers do not have delivery from this location. Delivered our product and received a damaged door. Managers John Mitchell & Aldy wasn’t helpful and making our renovation process more stressful. Was still wanting us to return the product even though we paid for it be delivered since we have no vehicle for it and have the third party moving product company to still charge us for another delivery charge even though it was delivered damaged. Not even to mention the guy who delivered was by himself and was only able to leave the product by the drive way and not help us to unload to a closer location to the home. Overall horrible store staff and management. Wasn’t given a reasonable solution to help this problem resolved.

  • Mike O

Where to start. Let's see. They got tons of people working there and no one is available to help. You see all these employees rushing through the store to get away from customers. And when you manage to capture the elusive Home Depot employee it's never the one that works in the area you need them in. There should be a sign on the door that says "please google or YouTube your diy before entering and use the Hope Depot App to find what you need." Because at the end of they day that's what you end up doing. I need wood planks to repair a wood fence. And life would be a lot easier if Home Depot weeded out the badly twisted and rotted wood. Really! Where is there wood coming from that only 10% of a bundle is actually good enough for use!??

  • samuel hernandez

There ain't nothing worst then an older employee who thinks they are manager's, went to make a warranty exchange on a waterhose that Cleary says lifetime warranty on the label, this older cashier with curly hair an glasses made it seem as if u was asking for a home loan. I read the packing the water hose met the requirements for a clear exchange, but she took it upon her to make it difficult. Got another "older" employee involved. But in the end I was about to get store credit. Home depot really needs to get these "older" employee trained better with customer service skills an the way they speak with people.. an not be so aggressive ..if you shop here an make an exchange I'm sure you will deal with piticular employee. Buyer be ware.

OK for simple do it yourselfers.place is well orginized.especially if you use your home depot app.youll be able to locate any item in the search bar down to the isle and bin.you will not need to find an sales person.the products are ok.not really commercial grade.its where contractors go to buy cheap quality items .so they can make a higher profit.one good thing is how you can rent a truck.van tractor.tools or just about anything for a great reasonable rate.well worth it.cheaper than uhaul.the appliances are at great prices.even have open box sales in store.if you ask the manager.theyll major discount damaged or open items.check out is quick.they also carry holiday items.and the garden center is cool

I waited a long time to find someone to help me and had to go looking for someone to help me. I asked a worker if she could get someone to help me with a lawnmower. Another 10-15 min and I had to go ask again. There were 3 or 4 employees standing there talking. Finally someone came. They got me a lawnmower and told her it was the wrong one. She insisted it was the right one. I got to the register and knew it was the wrong one. I went back and found her, showed her the difference and she went to the bank and came back with the correct one. For the amount of wanted time I could have gotten a job there and helped other people. Lowe's is looking better and better.

  • Kenwyn Nelson

Never buy a lawn mower from Home Depot Bought a Honda HRN216 in April, used it once, second time I start it it surges. I do some research and go get some carburetor cleaner to start troubleshooting. I come back, try to start it and the pullstring does not rewind. I give up, go to home depot to exchange it and they tell me that gas powered equipment has 30 days to be returned and they wont do anything. Everywhere else online says 90 days and satisfaction sure wasn't guaranteed. I wouldnt be surprised if they sold defective products because they know by the time they break after 1 use, the return window will be up and it'll be out of their hands.

I went during the week and middle of the day. Lots of aisles blocked. Egress is not easy due both to displays overlapping in main aisles and abandoned employee and customer carts. This is annoying when shopping for able bodied people, but more importantly, it is very unsafe, especially for people with limited mobility. How could they possibly get out quickly in case of an emergency? Some employees were clearly dodging customers, but two were wonderful. The female employee in the flooring department was great to get me a rug off of the display and the cashier was wonderful also. Just wish they would clear the aisles.

  • B K

I don’t even know why this Home Depot is open, there is NEVER anyone to help you in ANY department. We went to customer service and asked for help in appliances, we were told to head to the department and someone would be there. Thirty minutes later, NO ONE showed up. How are any of you justifying a paycheck. Most useless, ghetto Home Depot in San Antonio. Might as well be shut down 9 Nov 2021 addition: we ordered material that was to be delivered same day (7 Nov) never arrived. We received an email asking how our delivery went. When contacting Home Depot, they said it would be delivered on 8 Nov, it wasn’t .

  • Antonia Guevara

Poor poor service at Home Depot. Spoke to multiple people about a purchase and delivery, they just don't care of your needs. They promised to delivery by Sept 11 and due to there error was not delivered till Sept 25. I heard my lies and told I would get a call. Only one call and was told working on it. No other call was ever received. This is the last purchase I will ever make at Home Depot. I really should have canceled my order and given my purchase to some one else. But my family is more important than to make them wait any longer. Shame on you Home Depot!!! Just so that you know it was a refrigerator.

  • Gloria Vincent

Needed a new toilet seat. Really surprised by the numbers I had to choose from. Found a cover that closes quietly and slowly, yea !! Found the nails, plate hangers, hanging hooks, and the mop I've been looking for. Sales people are hard to find but just keep looking, you'll find what you need. Soo much Christmas. You can finish your Christmas list quickly. Speaking of Christmas, thinking you might want to get a new tree this year with lights? Well you definitely want to take a trip to Home Depot and check out their trees. They have a great selection of different types, sizes, colors, on display right now.

I just wanted to share my experience with Jessica at the 410/151 store in 5/14/20. I returned some drawers that I had ordered online but were the wrong size for my hutch she made my return easy, researched the correct size needed, ordered them for me on the spot and marked them down to the original price I had paid (savings of about 60$). Her professionalism was something that is rarely found these days especially as there were long lines for returns and customers not being as friendly as they could be! Thanks again Jessica, Home Depot is lucky to have you as an employer!

  • Elena Felan

I want to give a big thank you to Ashley y’all have a great employee. She helped me so much so polite and very patient. Thank you Ashley for all your help. I waited for 45 min 2 other employees walked by I asked for help they said “give me a minute” never came back to help. Ashley, she was walking bye and asked if I needed help I said yes, I was confused because I’ve never done a project like this before. It was scary but She made sure I had everything I needed for my project and even helped me order my fixtures I needed for my new bath . 20 STARS TO YOU ASHLEY.!!

  • Jo Ann Blosser

Well it was kind of sad that there was nobody to help us we were there to buy a gas water heater. But could not find anybody there to help my husband put it on a flatbed. then there was only one cash register open and there were lines. Then I was told by one of the associates to come over there and that I could get checked out I said I was not checking myself out that's not what I came here for and he said at that time that he would cash me out. I shouldn't have to do that I hope I don't have to go back to Home Depot anytime soon worst customer service ever.

  • Nano73

Nobody around when you need help. I asked an employee if she can call somebody to help and she looked at me like I was bothering her. She eventually did and I waited for over 20 mins and still no one came. If you know exactly what you need and if it's there and in the place it's suppose to be then, that is the store for you. But, if you need help or something is not there forget it. I went to Lowes and had a better experience there. Lot of employees there and they came up to me and asked if they could help. That is great customer service.

  • Ryan Bashor

It's a big home Depot, which I know most home depots are big, but this one just seemed bigger than what I'm used to and it's set up very differently from the ones in Denver. But they had everything we were looking for and more so we ended up spending a pretty penny, and we've been two or three times since coming to San Antonio. And I'm sure we will go again before we leave. The store always seems to be pretty busy but the shelves are well stocked you can always find someone to help you and the store is kept really clean.

  • Gabriel Hernandez

Today Feb. 12, 2022 @ 11:45 a.m. Delivery driver who brought my shingles told me he could not place the pallet inside the garage due to liability. Ok fine. Told him to place it right on edge of garage. All he had to do was move it 2 ft forward so that my cars can fit in driveway. The hard headed guy ignored my request when it could've easily been done. The machine was no where near my garage so there was no danger in moving it 2 ft forward. Good company hiring lazy people with no customer skills.

  • lisa Kay

Went to buy 5 locks with only 3 on shelf. Asked employee guy in his forties, hispanic with black glasses and mustache to get me some from a upper shelf as they had 2 cases sitting there. He refused to do so. So I had to get their ladder and get them myself. As I am female 61 years old it was difficult. He walked away.. The employee was to busy texting on his phone I went to ask for a manager but nobody ever came. I will be shopping at Lowes from now on. These people are just plain rude and lazy.

  • Jose Ramos

It’s absolutely horrifying. I honestly don’t think this store knows or comprehends anything related to customer service. The workers are so rude that they don’t want to talk to you and the managers are nowhere to be found. I literally waited 45 minutes to speak to someone so I could return something & another 30 minutes waiting for an associate to help me find something on a aisle. Not to mention that the store is extremely dirty and everything is missed placed!

  • Michael Madrigal

Worst home improvement store in San Antonio. Went there because their online inventory said they had a mower blade I needed. Their mower blade section is a complete mess. Nothing was in the correct spot. Asked a nearby employee for help finding the model I needed, he was dismissive and said I just have to dig through the blades. The Lowe’s across 151 highway was the complete opposite. Not sure how this place stays in business with the Lowe’s nearby.

  • Glory be to our father

I usually go in and have no help with anything. I can stand there and request the help but it's the worst but today it was diffrent. I had an employee by the name of Anahei be very helpful. She explained everything to me about the installation of the tile and everything I will need. She even showed me other things available to beautify my shower. She puts alote of the employees there to shame. I hope they notice her work. Very good customer service.

  • Connor Haubrich

Horrible customer service. Staff is rude, and upset that they have to continue to scan the barcode they carry to give out a military discount. They want to force me to download an app on my phone when I rarely carry my phone. What about people that have flip phones? If this horrible customer service continues I WON'T BE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT ANYMORE! I will be taking my business elsewhere to places that don't treat veterans like they are stupid.

  • Emily Vela

I purchased a water heater only to have my plumber tell me it was defective. We went back to the store to exchange it and no one seemed interested on helping us. We finally exchange it for another one, same brand and all, and once it was installed, it started to leak as soon as the water was turned on again. I will be going back for a third time and hope they will be more helpful and not bring home yet another of their faulty products!!

  • SGJ James

I'm in Home Depot every day almost. Buy at least 100k in products here each year. This location is the absolute worst Home Depot on earth. Lazy workers, horrible management. Customer service is non existent. Stay away. Go somewhere else. Like 6 people will literally stand around doing nothing and then refuse to help you find anything or access a normal service, like cutting wood. When you speak to management, they are exactly the same.

  • Alfred Delgado

Kudos to Pete Ortiz in the paint department. I live in Helotes but I find myself always driving to this Home Depot to get what I need because they actually check their inventory here. The one on Culebra & 1604 and the one on Bandera & 1604 should get with Pete and ask him how he does it. Because they never have what it says they supposed to have. Makes the app useless. Can you transfer Ortiz to the one on Culebra & 1604?

  • Celeste Villegas

This is usually our go to place to shop for home goods .. You can buy in bulk and have it last. Staff are always willing to help and point you in the right direction. I recently ordered curbside. Big tubs to hold blankets etc… I have a Camry but the containers were to big to fit in the trunk. Alex was great and was able to figure out how to make them fit . Thanks to Alex I was able to do my packing with no issues.

  • Joey Pauga

I had to get some conduits and was in a bit if a rush. I walked in and an employee pointed me to where I could find them. Then another came by and helped me identify what I was looking for. When I was really lost, the same gentleman helped me find the couplings I needed. I was in and out in less that 10 and the help was awesome. The place was also clean and there was adequate help at 8 am on a Sunday morning.

  • OkayRichay

If you're renting tools save your money and go somewhere else. They don't check reservations until the day of and then cancel on you at the last second leaving you with nothing the day off. The manager doesn't care nor does she know what's going on in your own store. Her excuse was that she has no idea that they don't check their emails or reservations. You're better off renting somewhere else

  • Marie Meyers

WA really disappointed about going to get a John Deere riding mower S140. We had called to make sure they had and they claimed they had one ready to go. But when we went that mower was so dirty, had no oil and it was already used. It still has grass on its blades...it was not a new open. That is the third time we have gone to get that particular mower. 3 different store 3 disappointments....

  • Stacie Gutierrez

The WORST Home Depot you could ever go too! At least in San Antonio I make multiple trips a week with our remodel and I would rather drive an extra 20 mins out than go to this store! They never have any material ready even if you order a day ahead im ALWAYS waiting curbside more than 45 mins. The staff is useless when I have to go inside and need assistance. I would avoid if at all possible.

  • Yasmin Melgarejo

Very bad employees. I had an incident at this Home Depot. A honest accident and a associate started yelling at me to pick up after the tile fell on top of my head, I was crying and he humiliated me in front of my mother.I tried to do complains but they don’t want to help me out. It’s discrimination at it’s highest!! I’ve been a customer for many years. This is just so disappointing and sad!

  • Ian J. Evans

I find it sad, yet somewhat comical to see how two employee's couldn't seem to understand that I wanted a refund from merchandise I no longer wished to purchase. As the proclaimed "self check out" is anything but time saving. It was only after a presumed "head cashier/supervisor" arrived and after some time explaining it to them VERY slowly did they finally understand my request for refund.

  • Deana Prescott

Accidentally broke off garden faucet trying to fix a leak. I dreaded having to leave the water off & wasn't looking forward to any issues getting the new pieces to fix the problem. Fortunately an employee named Dylan was in the plumbing isle & he quickly & correctly got me what I needed! I was on my way fast with less stress & got my water back on in no time. Thks Dylan

  • stacie DeLaFuente

I had a trencher rental scheduled, I live in New Braunfels. I called in the morning to confirm my pickup drove 50 miles to this location to find out the trencher had a broken belt. Nobody inspected it before I got there to double check. Asked if they could make it right to throw in a trailer rental for my trouble and they said they couldn’t. Waste of gas and my time.

  • Victor Dominguez

Very busy store but they’re handling the traffic like champs. Just bought a house so a lot of painting and remodeling to do. JR at the paint counter was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Got what I needed and was able to check out within 5 minutes, which is VERY helpful when you’ve got a bored/tired 9 yr old in tow. Lol. Great job Team. Thank you!

  • YeongMin Ha

Came here for a pair of fluorescent bulbs for the kitchen. Clean and freakin' huge. Entered and couldn't see a sign for light bulbs. Walked all the way to the end and went down an isle. Looked and saw the sign - at the other end of the store...by the entrance...where I was. Found my bulbs. Hint: they are to the right when you enter. Thank you.

  • J. Flores

Called with custom order questions, was mis-routed 4 times by associates. Disconnected 3 times by retransfers. Manager began to assist me but could not work the phone system and disconnected the call. Total number of times i had to call to get my information: 7 times. Customer service sucks at this location; total disservice to the west side.

  • Lynda Brown

It's like pulling teeth to ever get help. I only go here if I fi no d it anywhere else. I have written letters for years about some program that they offer to help veterans but I've yet to get a response so that lets me know that no one is listening nor they care, even when I do my surveys on my receipt. That's why the service is so bad there

  • James Johnson

They have almost everything imaginable for home repairs, gardens and the Do it yourself person. The Staff is sometimes very busy but they are willing to assist you with any questions you might have and locating items that you are looking for. The restrooms are always clean. There is wheelchair access. They even have a Military Discount.

  • Raven Becker

Asked a woman for help to find something and she couldn’t be bothered to look up from her phone screen or stand from her seat to help me. She pointed down a row and said she thinks it’s a couple down and then returned to her screen. Then the man overseeing self checkout was so rude for no reason. But the cashier was very kind

  • Jill House

The employees at this store are so helpful and friendly. The store has always had what I needed in stock. The loss of the star comes from how long I always have to wait at customer service or for someone to answer the phone. The store is always busy. Eleazar in the cabinet department was very helpful with my special order.

  • candy saucedo

Many employees who know nothing and could care less and a very few who are trying their best to make up for that. Most questions I ask get conflicting answers depending on who you're talking to. Most answers send you on a wild goose chase and many are just downright wrong. Lots more customer service training needed.

  • Zuritachi

Awesome place, literally the only one closest to me. One of the staff was able to help right away, we didn't get asked if we needed help but I think it was for the best, we were just browsing but ended up leaving with some appliances. Recommend for some good products, won't recommend for the prices obviously. :)

  • Tina L

Amazing customer service from Tuli and Veronica!!! I had an issue with an appliance I had ordered and they went above and beyond to help me! I was so shocked when I received a phone from Tuli to make sure everything was resolved! Thank you Tuli and Veronica for all your help and prompt service!!

  • Vickie LeGrande

I just bought our bedroom flooring and underlay! It's beautiful and a pretty good price for this quality of vinyl plank flooring. Allure Teak Resilient Plank. The customer service was excellent and the helpers loading into our truck were appreciated! Thank you, Steve! A very helpful employee!

  • Denise Lynn

Their web site wouldn't let me do pick up at store for my order had to call to get it done. Tried to call store to get accessories for my purchase before pickup. Never could get the dept to answer. Got transfered back 5 times. Curbside help was excellent, fast, friendly and competent.

  • Wend-kuni Yameogo

This is a great place to shop. I went there couldn't find a certain screw. One associate EV (Evian) came to my help. He was professional. This guy was a genius, he found all the screws I was needed, at once. I did value my shopping experience. Thanks to you all. Thanks EV.

  • Brooke Joachin

Zero stars. We were very excited for our APPOINTMENT to design our new kitchen. Guy showed up 30 minutes late and told us we had to schedule another appointment. On our way to Lowes with our $20,000+ kitchen remodel dreams. Home Depot the Walmart of home improvement.

  • Marcus

The employees in the garden center were very helpful. They stopped and loaded my cart full of the rocks that I needed. There are a wide variety of different things to choose from in the garden center that can help you make your yard perfect. Take a look for yourself.

  • J T

Customer service at lumber department absolutely sucks. I asked one of their employees to cut some lumber for me and made me wait and wait. I just left the store without what I needed to buy from them. Hopefully they keep losing more customers, they sure deserve it.

  • inteltech100

Worst store location in San Antonio, the staff at the customers service desk are very disrespectful to customers, a color lady took my order but she was rude and showed no respect, I am a contractor and this is the last time I purchases anything from this location.

  • Gabriel Donias

Horrible Customer Service. Horrible experience. If you need to get blinds cut then make sure you have lots of time to wait. I have asked for assistance twice from the same employee and still nothing while I see other employees just walking around doing nothing.

  • Devid Lay

The store was well stocked. I picked up a circuit breaker, pressure washer, pw accessories and wood stain. Assistance was available when needed and the checkout was quick. This store isn't close to our home but it has definitely become our preferred store.

  • Tony Alvarez

If you haven't been to home depot, you probably never owned a home or own place. These stores have pretty much everything you could possibly need to fix or build homes. Everything in this store appeared to be in order and the one employee helped promptly.

  • Abel Reyes

Team members always willing to help. Awsome! This is my choice for a home improvement store. Esther who checked my and and I was so kind and offered other items we completely forgot about. If she hadn't we would've returned again. She saved us a trip.

  • Cedric Salas

I gave this store one star because I had requested some assistance in the lumber department. I waited nearly 40 minutes and still no one came to assist me. It was getting late so I took matters into my own hands and sawed the door trimming myself.

  • Dial Young, Jr.

Usually a good place to get what you need however, this time they didn’t have what was needed such as, almond caulk in a small tube and, GE Refrigerator water filter. The associates are always helping someone and be right back but never do.

  • Laural Jeskey

POOR SERVICE! Ordered an appliance online from this location, waited 2 weeks for deliver which was to be today. The delivery driver called and left me a message, said he was 30 minutes out. Two hours later I called customer service to find

They hire kids that do not know what they are doing, went to go pick and they harassed my dad for parking in the pick zone, which was what we were doing picking up a tub and sheet rock and etc. the young man was trying to tell my dad move

  • Christine K

Sandy, Linda, and Lupe were ROCK STARS!!! The work table i needed wasn't available so they helped make things right. They went above and beyond their job description. Lots of respect! Business was professional, smooth, and cost effective.

Friendly folks in the garden center. Masks are optional at this time. They have lovely Ukrainian tile. I would recommend downloading the app so you can be directed to what you want. The tile options here are better than the local Lowe's.

Not one of the best Home Depots. The store is played out bad and messy. Employees were less than helpful. Kept just staring at use as we were trying to find something. When I did ask for help it was just a little bit of help and ran

  • Victor Ramos

Very good store great prices I shop here mostly lot of items available for contractor or Diy projects clean store friendly and curtious employees lot of parking! This is what I made for my wife with Home depot material and tools!

  • C R

check your product: purchased 5lbs 3-1/2 10 ga deck screws. used a good amount of screws already an accidently knocked over the box. found a bunch of small screws in the box. not sure if that was used to tip the scale for 5lbs.

Took 45 minutes for someone who was paged 4 times to meet me at the shelving aisle. Took another 30 minutes for them to lower some shelves with a forklift as they are apparently unable to keep the bottom few shelves stocked.

  • Megan McCracken

Nice workers. Clean store. Always fully stocked. Only issue is the new layout hasn't yet been updated on the app fully, so it's frustrating a bit to look for items. Christine, greeter, sweet woman! Always very friendly.

  • Taye Moore (BIG BANC)

If you need various equipment or materials for your upcoming project, it is a great chance it is here!!! Also, if you're an active duty service member or retired military, enjoy a 10% discount on eligible purchases!!!

Eh, can’t say a lot of ‘good’ for this place. Prices were decent. Service was terrible. The redeeming quality was the lumber guy that actually helped so I could cut the plywood so it would fit in my car.

  • Barb

Employees friendly and willing to help you find and get what you need.. Management not so much, when I asked them for help they acted like they couldn't be bothered. You just lost another customer.

  • Angie

I can usually find what I need anytime I go there, but as usual with every Home Depot I have ever been to it is very hard to find someone to help you if you do need assistance or have a question.

  • Robert smith

Absolutely abysmal. Super long lines and only self check out available. Whoever runs this company is the cheapest A-hole they won’t even hire a couple more people to speed up check out times.

  • Donna fischer

Was looking for panels for a wall. Not many helpful workers. The panels g we did find wasn't very good. Many marks on them (from moving) I have no idea. We walked out without purchasing.

  • Jonathan Garcia

Poor service, their “pro” team had no idea what they were talking about. Poor return policies and none of the appliances were turned on to be able to get a feel for what you are buying.

  • Beau Campbell

I've always had great service at Home Depot. When I've had to return something, it's always been easy. No fussing, no cussing! It's always been easy to do business at Home Depot.

  • Maria Ahedo

The HD employee was helpful in answering my questions and what he didn't know, He called someone else to get me the answers. The purchase of the Tuff Shed was easy.

  • James Parra

No stars(fat zero),Customer svc fast to take my money, now over an hour get even load. They are loading people that have waited, the most fifteen minutes. Dammit!

  • Henry Arias

In the electrical area there is never anyone you talk to them and they keep you waiting for more than an hour and no one ever arrives, terrible service there

  • mabel torres

Our Self Checkout cashier Jake was really amazing. Was super patient and helpful with matching the price we had seen on the shelf. Really great attitude.

  • Danny Spaide

Had everything I needed to do my little project. Just wish more people were checking people out as waiting to get out of the store was the worst part.

  • Ricardo Cuadros

Trash store with trash customer service. No employees can be bothered to help anyone. Do yourself a favor and go to lowes across the highway instead.

  • Brandon Daniel

Project lovers paradise I always walk in and feel my creative mind light up knowing there's something I might wanna install or gadget I wanna use .

  • Elisa Butler

Had what I wanted but no pregnancy test. A joke with my husband! Recommended after a date we went after dinner and got stuff for a new project!

  • Edward Castillo

Very good place . I thank Ruben Hernandez for taking the time to help my family evertime I go in and having trouble picking an item or not...

  • Adam Moreno

Terrible and filthy… all the rows were barricaded off so you literally have to leave a cart 7-8 rows up to reach cedar boards. Ridiculous

  • Emmi Moya

I had a great experience here with cashier Veronica. She was lovely helpful and help me get deals and signed me up for a credit card.

  • Javier Dunn

Everything you need for your home. It can be a little like shopping at Walmart. You walk in for one thing and walk out with 20.
