Absolutely ridiculous. Sent a debt collector after me without sending me any bills or trying to contact me. I would have been 100% happy to pay what I owed if I maybe just had some for of communication? Maybe if they had sent me a letter saying that I owed them money, I wouldn’t be giving this review. I called them today asking why I have a debt collector on my ass and they said they had sent multiple letters to my current address, but I didn’t receive 1 of them. For reference I hit a car and the person was with lumley, so I don’t know what they’re like to be with, but they’re horrible to deal with if you get into an accident.
