I used to go for facials at Luv Spa before it was sold and always loved the services and professionalism. I booked a massage with Hanna, got to my appointment on time 1pm. I waited 10 minutes before came Hanna brought me in, very bright room, no dimmed light, no introduction… just “lay on the table, I will be back”… came back 5-7 min later, I honestly thought she forgot me. I am not too picky but when it comes to someone that touches me, I appreciate someone cleaned… she was wearing ripped pants, no shoes with dirty socks… didn’t washed her hands and started right away by pouring, what felt a full bottle of oil. Right away I wasn’t comfortable but I gave her a chance… every 5 minutes she was saying “you have to come for a massage every week”… I politely said I come for a massage whenever I feel like I want one. Still with the brightest lights, feels like a caferia… definitely not relaxing at all, she decided to sit down while massaging, I could barely feel anything, I lift my head, she was scrolling on her phone. And suddenly she said, “ok all done”. What… I paid for a 60min massage that last about 35 minutes. The owner wasn’t there so I didn’t say anything, paid and left… I will never go back there. There are so many other options in Summerside for massage, don’t waste your money and energy. Hanna has to go… this is unacceptable.

Went in there for a full body massage, normally I go in for a facial but thought I give the massage a try. I was given rmt Hanna, honestly I have never experienced such a horrible, unwillingness, lazy and unhygienic massage therapist in my life. She was basically just touching my skin. Skipped so many parts of the body especially when I mentioned my trouble areas. She kept on yawning and sneezing which was so gross because then she just touched me without washing or sanitizing her hands. As a customer I pay for this service and I got zero service. My insurance was charged for this massage but I will bring this up with the insurance not to pay this place. I’m not at all happy especially when I was looking forward to a massage and get treated like this. I’m beyond appalled and do not recommend this place to anyone. As well Hanna has no professionalism in speaking to her clients.,

I recently moved to Edmonton from Toronto and LuvMediSpa has become my go to place. The owner, Noreen and all her staff are so welcoming and customer service is outstanding. Its one stop for all your spa services. I come here for massages, eyebrow threading, manicures, pedicures, facials and more and for all I’ve received fantastic spa service. Jennifer N is my go to girl who has amazing creativity skills and very detail-oriented. When I go to Jennifer for my manicure and pedicure, I can show a picture and she goes above and beyond with her work. I’ve always got compliments both in Alberta and Ontario about my nails and all credits goes to Jennifer N. This spa makes me feel comfortable and now it just feels like home. I highly recommend this spa as you will feel welcomed and relaxed.

This place is now my go to Spa! So far have had my eyebrows threaded and tinted twice by Mandeep. Had a pedicure with a half hour foot massage. Was in heaven! Best pedicure ever. First pedicure where a month later I have no ingrown nail pain and my feet still look great. Today had a microabrasion facial by Maria. She was so gentle and the massage of my face, neck and shoulders was so relaxing I fell asleep! First time ever. My face skin feels and looks great. Loved it so much booked another same facial in 4 weeks. Highly recommend this place. The staff are so friendly and kind and it is apparent they love their jobs! I enjoy going here!!

Absolutely loved my experience at Luv Medi Spa in Edmonton, Alberta! The gel overlay manicure and pedicure were both exceptional. Jennifer and Namrata were amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The attention to detail during the nail treatments was impressive, and the end result was stunning. The spa itself had a relaxing ambiance that added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I left with beautifully manicured nails and feet, feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I started coming here after my nail tech Jennifer started working here. I will follow her anywhere she goes. She is flexible with my crazy schedule and always makes sure my nails are well done and taken care of. If you want perfect nails every time, I suggest you come see Jennifer - you won’t regret it. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and the salon/spa is always clean. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Priti and she is an absolute gem who truly cares about all of her customers.

The medispa is under new management and the vibe is inviting, upbeat and friendly! I first got a shellac manicure by Natasha. She pays attention to detail and they look great! I also recieved a full leg wax and a microdermabrasion facial-soooo refreshing!! The following day a co-worker (who had no knowledge I received one) commented how radiant my skin looked. I'm currently writing this review one week after recieving these services and my skin still feels silky smooth :)

We've been trying to find an affordable but good place for Mani and pedis in Edmonton. This place is it! A really nice environment inside. Looking forward to coming back and trying out more services. The esthetician did a fantastic job. She also recommended a new (to us) restaurant to try out. Will provide an update once we've tried out a few other services. These 5 stars are solely based on the Mani and Pedi experience.

It was a great experience Recently I was there to get a facial done, massage, mani and pedi as well Hana did my massage and Nammy did my facial. Great team, neat and tidy place, overall good experience, everyone is very experienced And also I loved the nail service, their nail technician Maria does a great job doing gel nails, and Mandeep did my pedicure. 100% recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I went in for pedicures, his first! The ladies did such a great job. He was very impressed. I didn't catch her name but his esthetician clearly takes pride in her work. She was gentle, thorough and did an amazing job! I think this is the best pedicure I have ever had! Oh, and the sandlas they have you put.on at the door are super comfy! We will definitely be back!

I've been going to Jennifer N for pedicures for years, I highly recommend her! She does an amazing job, she is always kind, welcoming, & friendly. She has great advise when I'm being indecisive (which happens often lol). I've never experienced a better pedicure, I've gone to others, had over the top expensive & hands down Jennifer N beats them all!

We recently tried the Deep tissue massage at Luv Spa with Massage therapist Preeti. She was amazing with wealth of knowledge. I play various sports and Preeti was able to help me mitigate some of the muscle stiffness and bring back my form. My family has started booking massage treatments at Luv Spa as well. Today was my first time visiting the Luv Medispa and Massage. The staff was absolutely lovely and the services were very professional. I enjoyed a 60 mins massage and after a microdermabrasion facial. Both were very relaxing which is exactly what you need when you have 3 children under the age of 4 I will definitely be returning again soon!

Amazing manicure. I couldn’t get polish that day as I didn’t have time but Natasha did such a good job shining my nails, everyone thought I had nail polish on! I also got a deep tissue massage and this is the best deep tissue I’ve ever had (and I get a lot of massages), if you have a spot that really needs to be worked out then see Hana.

Book Father’s Day special. Hana is the worst massage therapist she doesn’t know what she is doing. Mandrel is very good and know what she is doing. She did facial and then the pedicure lady is also good. I would have no star but just for Mandeep and pedicure lady I gave 3 star. If you are booking for massage please don’t book with Hana.

No problems here. Got my girlfriend a pedicure here and she came home two hours later because she had such a great practitioner who was very sociable and was very happy with the end results. The place was clean and very nice (looked brand new) and like I said the staff were very accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

I went with my wife for pedicures for her birthday. I had never had one before, but we both agreed we really enjoyed the service here. They took their time and did a great job.
