Synergy Sauna and Spa is the BEST Spa in my opinion in Edmonton. The staff is incredibly friendly and right away make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with a genuine warm smile. The atmosphere is clean and has a calming energy. The owner is very friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable and will pamper you. The products she uses there is no match for it in my personal opinion. I have used many other products but non as great of a quality as what she uses. My skin and body has never looked and felt better. She really takes the time to make sure she uses the right product foR YOUR skin. You will leave there feeling like a bran new person. I strongly encourage you giving this place a try. You will love it and big addicted. There is a sense of belonging. I have met and made some amazing friends there not only with the staff but with some of the regulars there at the Sauna. They have THE best Sauna!!! I never wanna leave every time I'm there. Suzette

This place is an absolute heaven for your body and soul! The staff is super professional and caring! Facials with Nadia are a must for any lady that takes care of herself! My skin is getting plumped and glowing after each treatment! Osteopathy and massage with Anna became a staple care for my back and I feel so much better now! I got rid of migraines, back pains, balanced my hormones, thanks to Nadia's and Anna's magic hands and Sahar's acupuncture needles. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I see Anna for massages regularly. and had followed her from a previous spa. This highly educated and experienced RMT can fix any of your aches and pains. She's helped me through many injuries from being a full time RN. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I recently began seeing Nadia for my face as well, and I wish I had gone sooner! I have severe acne from these masks the past couple years, and in only 3 appointments, my face has cleared and I don't get any more pimples. Everyone I've met at this spa cares deeply for their clients. They individualize your care to meet your specific needs, and I truly feel like they are family in the way they provide. The staff are so nice and friendly! I went here with my siblings and we had such a fun time. The sauna was so hot and I thought my skin would go dry afterwards but no in reality it was too soft. The icy cooling water buckets were a refreshing way to cool down after sweating out all the bad toxins from the sauna itself. I thought it would be packed but you get your own neat private room!! They have amazing refreshments too as there is detox lemon water and a really strong tea, it isn't watery at all (but it's so strong you have to add water to it, it's definitely full of flavour). We enjoyed it so much I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to relax and just have a quiet spa night with some friends or even by yourself :))

I had a couple services done here now and a girls night in the sauna/steam room. This is my new favorite spa in Edmonton. I had one of the best facials in a very time here with Nadia. The blue light heated water bed you lay on getting the facial is amazing! I had the age treatment facial and my skin hasn't felt this good in years.The face massage that came with it to was awesome! I also seen Anna for a massage. I previously had a tingle/numbnes feeling in my right arm. I also had a headache for months it seemed like until Anna worked on me. Headache and numbness was gone next day. I couldn't believe how great I felt! These ladies are truly wonderful ❤️

I have seen Nadezhda a few times for skin care and massages, and it has always been a great experience. Her skills and knowledge as a RMT and a skin specialist with a medical background are just amazing, as is her friendliness! She has not only helped me with my back issue but she is always doing magic to my face. Yesterday I had an Absolute Pro-Age Complex by Academie and facial massage which left my skin bright, nourished and rejuvenated. I was so amazed by the result! My previous experiences with other spas ended with little or no results. I highly recommend Nadezhda and her beautiful and very clean facility with great energy!

Place is clean , nice calming atmosphere. The receptionist lady is unique personne. She was nice at first but when I wanted to pay with my visa , she changed her mood immediately. Asked me to go to the nearest bank and pay with the cash. Which I consider as a very weird joke and laugh. But she was serious lol. I paid with visa at the end. After, she gave me “eye roll” look and ask to bring cash next time. Excuse me? Next time?. Trying to support local business, but this experience was not okay. The message is for the owner. I attended multiple times different procedures and treatments such as facials treatment, body massage. acupuncture and reflexology. And of course, I had an amazing relaxing experience in well-maintained home-welcoming and cozy Russian sauna. The staff is all highly educated and very professional. What an amazing experience! Staff was so friendly and explained everything efficiently and thoroughly. The facility was the best I’ve ever seen. They are super clean and room was so spacious and very relaxing with your choice of music. They had a tea readily made for us and cold detox water prepared. They even offer a sweet cold bucket of water if you’d like after your session which was quite blissful after the sauna. Thank you so much! We will certainly be returning real soon!

Before we went with friends we had thought that opened an another sauna and how it turned out - no! I have not experienced such relaxation at russian banya for a long time: everything is very clean and tidy, the owners are wonderful people. I made sure once again that there are places in Edmonton where you can safely relax from the city. I've been going to Anna for massages for years she is definitely a miracle worker. Working as a mechanic and a truck driver for years my body definitely took a beating she has managed to straighten me out back to pretty much perfect. Also all the staff there is friendly and polite service is prompt and proper and the sauna steam room facilities are second to none would highly recomend giving them a try I do not regret a penny I've spent here.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves the recognition. My girlfriend and I reserved the Scandinavian sauna room and the experience was amazing; I felt relaxed, rested, and rejuvenated. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful, the area is clean and tidy, and we're provided with amenities like hot and delicious tea and detox water. Overall an amazing experience and I highly recommend anyone to at least try it out

I have been here a few times and Serena has given me a Massage. She took some time off so I booked a session with Nadia. They are both exceptional at their profession and I would highly recommend both of them if you are looking for a massage whether it is for relaxation or for medical reasons. Friendly staff! Insanely hot Sauna!!! Thats a good thing! Neat water buckets to cool down instantly. (Just pull the chain) Fun. Neat steam room in which the benches and walls get hot to warm you. (Different) Nice and private. Completely sterile. They even get you to step on sterilizing mats to clean your sandals before entering. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Wow! We came down to Edmonton for a short trip, they were able to accommodate our group booking few days prior to valentines and definitely will be back.
