Well don't waist your money by phoning M&S for any reason what so ever.... after some VERY LONG messages they tell you they are not answering ANY calls and very impolitely cut you off!!!!!! Now that's not just any after care service...... that's your M&S after care service.....

Felt slightly guilty only dropping in for a bottle of milk. Mid afternoon so not the usual queues at the tills. Another M&S that you feel would benefit from a bit of refurbishment, and the introduction of self service tills. Nothing more annoying than standing in a queue with a couple of items.

Tracey and Martyn are so friendly and helpful. Tracey helped sort out an online return, she explained what I needed to do to access my money on the return. Martyn helped me find the camembert cheese Xmas special, he was polite and helpful. Brilliant both.

I’ve shopped at this store since it opened but the quality seems to have dropped lately. Last Friday I purchased a pack of White Flesh Peaches which were all mouldy and had to be thrown away, I also brought a pack of lamb leg steaks - 1

There were only two checkouts open even though there were customers waiting. It would also be so much better if the ladies on the checkouts paused occasionally when putting items through the till to enable customers pack their items

Always a good experience shopping in this store. Had to que to go in as social distanceing still applies here .. which is a plus point. Shelves always well stacked, quality of product excellent, staff polite and efficient.

They always have high quality food and quick turn around on celebration type cakes. Friendly and helpful staff and occasionally some awesome bargains to be had. Extra large oranges are a favourite.

Went to Marks & Spencer which is well stocked with good food, and plenty of choice on offer. Only just enough car parking for the size of the shopping though and that's getting in early.

I can't fault it. The food is delicious. The store is clean. The staff are professional and friendly. If I could change it I'd make it bigger. With the whole range of Mark's food.

Had to return 2 supposedly fresh vegetable items purchased within the same week. Suspect they had been over chilled in storage. This seems to be a common problem with this store.

Staff efficient, short waiting time, good produce. I wore a visor and gloves to protect myself as well as others but staff didn't seem to bother. Found this rather upseting.
