Worst policy very disappointed with M2K policy. Very local cinema they don't allow bags inside like other good cinemas and they don't even provide any facility to keep them. They say you can arrange your own we can't help you. Very bad behavior of entire staff. It is a worst place to go. I really would never recommend it. Now I understand why many people left bad comment because this is true what they mentioned in their comment because I have experienced it seriously guys don't go in this cinema these people in cinema will make your BP either low or high by their behaviour i felt very helpless And these people were literally laughing on my situation I don't even want to give them 1 star but I have to because without that I won't able to Post my comment

The worst cinema hall you can visit. Pop corns are bad. Also the staff and manager Nitin are way to egoistic and do not care about customer. Yesterday during my movie, they sold me a calendar which was a scam. Saying for 200 i will get a popcorn. I did get a pop corn but of a size of 5rupee lays. I asked them to take diffence and upgrade to which they denied. They also didn't give me a bill. Where as there was an image saying if no bill order is free To which i had to go to the pop corm stall 4times for bill. Now finally had to raise my voice and ask my money back. This was such a bad experience. Food is way to expensive and not worth it. Rather go pvr which is cheaper in food or atleast same price but better food.

Good place to watch movie with friends, family, kids. It's a place for all in m2k pitampura. There is wine shop for drink lovers, game parler for game lovers and kids, and on top of that mc Donald's is also there for everyone to have good food for all young, old and kids. Every one will love the place. For movie I will say the screen is good, sound is good, quality is good but staff is not managed in good way, they will stand you in lines for taking 3d gogels and they don't care that movie is going on they will need deposit and not having change money to manage people to give real cost... They can simply give and take it back before exit but I have seen a new line standing style to give 3d glasses.

Today I had a worst experience, I had a movie booking for 8.20 pm on October 23, 2023. I m writing this complaint at 10.00 pm stating that my entry was denied because of a bag i was carrying. They said you can arrange your own we can't help you. It is late night show, no other shops were open to take my bag. So please upgrade your customer services. What today happened, i cant forget. It is a worst place to go. I really would never recommend it.

Interiors is Quite Impressive. Toilets Are Very Clean. They do have few Shopping Stores. Cine Hall is Very Nice with Comfartable Seats and Huge Screen. Best Part for Me is McD. Yeah They do have McD and this McD offers you HappyMeal in Which You Can Get Surprise Gift. I Love This Thing A Lot. I Have Seen And Heard About This Thing Only on Internet But Never Seen Happy Meal in Any McD in North Region of India. Overall Nice Experience.

It is a good theatre, and servicing are too good no more crowd area... picture quality only good...Not too good ...And some restaurant available in ground floor and more thing available like game parlor and Mac D...Cheap cloth shop..And some shops for girls department...on 2nd floor is theatres room outside at M2K some cheap restaurant and Archie's shop...And BTW are also available in near by...I hope you can satisfied this place

I saw movie beauty and the beast 3D hindi in m2k cinema. M2k cinema is multi screen cinema. McDonald's and games parlour are here. Washroom also available with clean. 3D quality is normal or OK. Movie quality is good only for 2D movies. Not 3D and seats are comfortable. Tickets prices are very low like 100 , 125 and 200. It is good cinema for friends , family.

It's a good place in budget. Great for money lovers. Average ticket cost is around 175 that is too cheap considering the PVR like movie experience. In addition to that, the place is generally don't have much crowd that makes the experience hassle free. 4/5 on picture quality. 4/5 on sound quality. Overall nice experience. Went to watch Venom. Great experience.

M2K Pitam Pura is very nice place for 3D and 2D Movie. Picture quality is very nice and sound quality is very nice sits are very comfortable. Last time we assumed that momos quality are so worst but the poncorn quality is good. We are facing too much traffic in the market. I advice you taking 20 min extra from the reaching time.

Pros: 1) Just like NSP, it's a great place to visit with friends as it has a lot of options to eat around. Cons: 1) Need renovation...Screen has turned black and dull...it will feel like you're watching a pirated movie. And if it's a 3D movie...forget about 3D effects you'll see nothing but darkness all around

Love the place. Watched RRR movie and the hall is good.. spacious.. seating is comfortable. Have a lot of options to eat during intervals. Also has MacDonalds but outside cinema's. It's just parking is a Problem. Like they do have parking space but it's very congested. It's Rs.20 per hour for 4 wheelers.

The mall is although almost dead, but m2k still survives. Avoid very late night shows here because of the secluded mall, but over all good place to watch movies. Food service in. M2k is good, sound is also good. Can be visited again

Worst Cinema Ever. They don't allow bags ,guards will not even allow you to enter in the mall if you have bags. Parking charges are very high. I have visited in the best malls of Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida but this one is the worst.

Such a nice cinema hall in affordable price in Delhi. Quite cozy seats inside the hall with proper screen and sound system . You can enjoy the cinema like never before. Screening timings are also perfectly allotted. Awesome.
