I wouldn’t hesitate to say that Magic Men Aus has the worst customer service and experience I have ever encountered in my life. Girls weekend paid and planned. 4 nights out the show time and venue changed which would mean I would need to try and reorganise plans for childcare. Disappointing but still excited for the event. Queried the changes and was given a unrequested and unwanted cancellation and refund of my ticket (this refund will take 10 days to clear). Ruined the weekend for the girls. Contacted customer number and got through to Jason T - initially super pleasant and so helpful made me feel less stressed and reassured me we could still attend & he would sort it out. Following from that he emails to say I need to repurchase my tickets meaning I would be $320 out of pocket while waiting for the refund. Which doesn’t seem fair given I never requested my tickets to be cancelled. Jason could not comprehend this. I called to express this - I was told to “make everyone’s life easier and just don’t come” and abruptly hung up on. My mum called to question why I was treated this way and Jason labelled me “entitled and difficult and reiterated he could refuse entry to people who are difficult. I am still utterly gobsmacked. I then took to instagram to hopefully get an apology and acknowledgment of what happened and instead both Will Parfitt and magic Men Australia viewed the stories and didn’t respond. I call MMA head office - and 3 times once I said I had a bad experience with customer service and was hopeful someone would help with my situation I was hung up on. Literally disgraceful. I can’t believe they are in business.

Went to the show at Northern Beaches Bowls Club Mackay. I think a better venue or a higher stage would of been much better.. We couldn’t see anything unless they were standing up & dancing. So all the other choreography was missed. We paid for deluxe priority seating & were boxed in with tiny rows of seats & ladies moving chairs to sit with friends, which then blocked the guys coming down the sides or visiting our row. Half way through we decided to go stand at the back to see better. Still couldn’t see much at all. We mentioned it to staff & one of the MM, but they didn’t seem to care lol.. So we created our own fun dancing at the back. Shame though..felt disappointed! *Photo is of me standing up to take it!!!

All I can say, watch it for those who never been to the show yet (Tip: Buy VIP ticket - Recommended especially if you are gonna watch in Emerald)! It was a really really fun experience for us, we purchased VIP tickets, def worth every penny! Good job and thank you to all the performers for giving us such a fun evening, and especially Sean for the unique and exciting experience on the stage! (Was offered to go on stage btw, and was kinda nervous and scared tbh, but luckily Sean was really sweet and gave clear instructions so at least I didn't embarrassed myself). Will def watch another Magic Men show again next time!

Jared and Matty were topless waiters at my birthday party which was a mix of young and old, females and males, gay, straight, lesbian and trans. People were saying just how perfect they were. Smiling, helpful, respectful, engaging, funny, amazing bodies and cute looking. If you are looking for guys with no attitude who fit into any situation, look no further!

Spent my bestie's birthday at the Magic Men show at Birdees and definitely one for the books! Planned this event sooo last minute and our night was still MAGICal. Great show, every performance was amazing. Loved the food and drinks. 100% coming back for more!!!!

Great show and vibe. The men are absolutely lush and so talented. Went there in a hens night and it really made it.

took my bestie out to see magic men had a blast annoyed there wasnt alot of chair or primo tickets avalible only 30 tickets avalible for seating sucked the boys were amazing going back better get primo

This is our new favourite place for a girls night out and I would highly recommend doing their hens night package for a bride to be!! Guys are very engaging for the crowd.

Had a great night out seeing the magic Mike boys. The show was amazing! The boys were amazing! The PIT was an amazing venue. Will definitely see them again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
