I driving to Ottawa from Toronto, I had an unfortunate situation where my 2017 Honda CRV wouldn't start after filling up. I went inside to explain my predicament, the manager did everything she could to help, including buying me coffee. She and the owner Jeff, allowed me to leave my CRV in a very inconvenient area of this gas station for two days. The folks at this gas station is very customer focused. It's worth going of your way to support companies like these. I can't say enough about McEwen. Thank you

The pump was pumping air for a while and we got no gas but had to pay $12 for the gas. When we told the owner that there is a problem with the pump, they just told us that it is impossible for the pump to pump air or have any issues without checking the pump himself. He also told us we are doing this because we are trying to get gas without paying. I don't know if they are aware of the issue and is trying their best to make each customer pay more or they just have a very bad customer service.

Regular gas station, traditionally well managed. Quite often competitive gas prices and small store inside. Friendly staff and clean washroom. I wish there was a car wash in this location. Overall very satisfied with customer service, pricing and the way this gas station is maintained.

No Diesel at pumps three weeks in a row (Fridays) That place decided to install speedpass pumps (computer reboot problems) on a Friday afternoon. What the techs can't work at night or diesel can't be delivered at night too. Great staff bad planning or just weird ways of doing business.

This is a great place to get get gas because it posts prices close to that of the nearby Costco. But it is also a great place for snacks. Lots of variety from different brands and whenever I pass by I always try to pop in for their sandwiches, cold drinks and or flavoured coffee.

This MacEwen's station is brand new, super clean all the time, and always has the best price for fuel in the vicinity. Great selection of goods in the store as well. Staff are cordial and they don't try to upsell you at every opportunity, which is annoying AF IMHO.

Avoid this gas station at all costs. There’s an extremely large pothole at the entrance of the gas station. Hit it with my car at night and caused 6,000$ worth of damages to my car. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE if you can literally go to any other gas station.

There is a woman who works here, I see her nearly every time I come in. She is excellent, I hope her employers treat her well because she always delivers great customer service. The food is great, the combination of the two keep me coming back.

I go there very often, usually in the morning and the staff is great, service is fast and washrooms always clean. They also have a good variety of drinks and food. Great place for workers!

We dropped in to their washroom, it is very clean. The staff is friendly and the store has a lot of items you may need on the road. The gas price is much cheaper then in Ottawa.

Your Average good quality gas station. Gas and Diesel available with oversized vehicule pumps. The store is also very large with great hot food for when you are on the road.

Cleanest station I've been to so far in Ottawa and probably in South East Ontario. The coffee is always fresh and delicious. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful.

Prices are good here. It's a convenient location for me when I'm heading towards Kingston or Toronto (leaving from Kanata). They don't accept American Express credit cards.

Well lit, friendly, modern, plenty of room on the forecourt to park and move about. Truck card lock in the back and truck parking. NO overnight truck parking.

Staff are courteous and attentive. The storefront and forecourt are always clean. Ample parking for commercial vehicles as well as cars and light trucks.

They were closed at 11:30PM and I was so close to empty. Thankfully I made it up the road to the McDonald's connected to the gas station. 24 hours?

This place has always got a very good competitive price for gas Costco's not that far away so they're good and competitive compared to most places

Amazingly clean toilets, lots of snacks and food and good gas prices. Must visit if you need a quick break on the road or to fill the tank.
