This review is coming from someone who usually never write reviews unless its a great service and so happened at this gas station. I was getting home from work on last Tuesday and stopped at the gas station where the gentleman Hasib was behind the cash. The smile was very welcoming which is so unusual in most of the gas station, he saw I was tired and struck a conversation to make me smile too! I never use any rewards card but he got me one so smartly I was surprisingly impressed :) Thanks Hasib for the candies, your service. I will surely be back and spread the word about this well stocked, clean and friendly gas station!!

I went to get a car wash and as I was leaving/ drying my car. The door to the wash started to close on my car despite having 35 seconds according to the machine. It didn't detect my car either so I had to backup quick or it would have hit my hood. I was stuck in the car wash, so I got out and went to the emergency exit. The exit was super hard to open and I'm a big guy. If someone smaller was there they would not have been able to open that door. I was eventually let out but I didn't get a refund and my car is still wet. This machine is a danger. Last time I go there.

Ultramar (in my experienced) already offer a bonus of a clean, open and accessible gas station... My experience was improved by staff signing me into the Journie gas rewards program... It took 2 minutes via app, so i can earn points to save 7¢/L (!!!) PLUS I received 2x confectionary items for signup. The ultramar staff (Rahim and Asim) were rockstars - welcoming, helpful and excited for me. corporate motivation aside, this was genuinely my most memorable experience. A new bar has been set for getting gas....

I visit this gas station very often and don't usually write reviews for gas stations but I must say this place is by far one the most stocked and busy place with amazing and friendly staff. Recently one of the staff named Hasib helped me set my account making sure I understood how it works while it was busy at station. I'm impressed by his cheerful and helpful customer service even while it gets a little busy. Thanks guys keep up the great work!!

I have a really good experience almost every time I go to this gas station location. One of the workers named Rachid helped me sign up for their reward program since he realized I frequent this gas station a lot. He took time out of his day to help me set up my account and make sure I was receiving points. Overall, the customer service here has exceeded my expectations and I recommend anyone in the area to visit this location.

Fed up with the payment machines that always are slow or fail or get frozen. Best avoided if you are in a rush! 3 months later.... Went back today, first time since I wrote review above.. Same machine problems. Tried 3 gas pumps, machines all fr9ze and don't work. Everyone having to go inside. The worst thing is when you go inside, the dude pretends they are working. Highly offensive. AVOID THIS ULTRAMAR!!!!

I go this gas station all the time to fill my gas and for car wash the workers gave me excellent customer service. And also the store is very organized and clean. The out side also clean and the worker also told me to get a point card for collecting points when i purchues gas, those workers are very friendly and helpful and thank you for excellent customer service.

Clean, well kept, moderate and competitive pricing. I have to say also that their car wash is the best there is around (in my personal opinion). They don't skimp on detergents like other places which is always an issue for me with esso car washes, or they never manage to get the soap off your car 100% like this car wash does. The gentleman Rachid who works over there has a good moral and good way to promote the business and always welcome the customers and help them to fill-up the application for the points card. The Company is very lucky to have him with their team All the best.

This place is great, the owner is amazing. It 's minus on million degrees today and we have flowers at every pump and cool tropical music playing outside. This owner took the time to put a little ray of sunshine in my day today and I am very grateful.

Our car got stuck at Ultramar #41511 and the owner graciously helped us shovel out. A local towing service (also a regular customer of this Ultramar) happened to drive by and also gave us a hand by towing our car out. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Renovated and relatively new gas station... it has a good convenience store as well a new air pump if u had a flat tire... all in all not too shabby and the price of gas is usually 1 or 2 cents cheaper than some other gas stations in the area.

This gas station is the best I have been too, I don't usually give reviews online, but the staff and the building was so organized, helpful, and cheerful. The management and employees are very nice people. Always getting my gas from here!!!!

Prices are lower than most in Orleans and you can collect Optimum Points for the equivalent of 3 cents a litre, which you can redeem at the pump or at any Loblaws group of stores. No frills, independent, superstore or shopper's drug mart.

Never coming back, I parked wrong and it was my bad but I just finished a 10 hour shift and was straving the guy that works in the afternoon yelled so loud and so much I apologized and asked him to stop yelling but he didn't so I left

Big station. I bought gas here when a lot of other service stations were closed due to power outages, so it was very busy at the time, but due to its large size and good layout, it was a pleasant trip. They also have an ATM inside.

This station is rarely busy if you're driving by after regular business hours. The best choice if you're exiting the Queensway at Hunt Club, as the price doesn't typically vary from the other stations in the immediate area.

Everything is going good no matter where I go. I have enjoyed my shopping experience at this place. People are friendly and everything is easy to get to. So I enjoy my experiences that I have had at this store. Thank you

Very friendly staff who helped me sign up for the Journie Rewards program. The clerk who served me was friendly, and very knowledgable about the program. Never tried to push anything onto me but instead was helpful.

Stopped to grab a Lottery ticket and left with a smile, a reward card and two chocolate bars. It is also known to me as the “chanting bird” gas station. What an excellent customer service! Well done guys!

It's gas, do you really need a review? I guess if you are looking for fine dining, you won't find it here, but they have majority of the essentials and a country style coffee shop which is a nice plus.

Car wash been broken all winter. And no warning of this before you waste money pumping fuel. when I asked about it the dumb clerk looked at me like I was stupid trying to wash my car in the winter.

You get charge for 28 + - litres when you only take 25 litres. Do the test with a 25 litres gas tank and stop on the 25 litres mark and you will see.

Get there on a Saturday morning at 5am hoping for a fresh coffee, but the employee is sleeping on the counter. And the coffee is absolute garbage.

Asked for tampons. Was told they were on the turnstile at the front near the cash. Negative, no tampons to be found. Re-stock SVP. Geez.

Usually a good experience, good quality gas, service isn’t horrible, car wash drying cycle is a bit short if you have a larger vehicle.
