Incredibly poor service. I had let the employee know I was doing a return/exchange and asked if my parcel (with the receipt attached to the outside) could be kept behind the desk. She agreed and was really nice about it, and told me there would be no problem with the exchange. I shopped for about an hour and was ready to do the exchange when another employee told me they wouldn't process it as it was over the exchange/return timeframe. I was incredibly disappointed and I wish I was just told that from the start instead of wasting my time. Also, extremely un-inclusive sizing. Really disappointed as I wanted to support this small business. Will not return.

Just to let u know, I had to pick up something for my girlfriend for Christmas and true to the male reputation, I left everything to the last minute. Your staff were very Proffessional and also very helpful. There was lots that I liked and great price point as well. Jesse even wrapped the presents for me and hence hence, made me look good! The best part is that my girlfriend loved everything. Thankyou Mad about Style! Cheers!

Mad About Style is my favourite clothing store in Winnipeg. The staff go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and clothes. They are always friendly and offer great advice/opinions without being overly pushy, and they have super fun seasonal launch events. Good selection online and in-store. It's also really cool that they've started making their own custom designed pieces.

Cute items but nothing unique that can’t be found elsewhere. Prices seem a little high for mid level quality items. Return policy is short and extending to 14 days as opposed to 7 would be nice. I browse the store quite frequently but don’t often buy because of this. If you are looking for a dress for a special occasion they consistently carry many nice pieces so I would highly recommend in that case.

I would never forget my experience with the owner. It was spring time 3 years ago when they had a sale rack event outside their lot. I was browsing the racks when suddenly she and another woman just started shoveling/ re-arranging the clothes without saying Hello or Excuse Me to me. Maybe because I was too petite to be seen??!! I ended up buying a lot but never went back because of how I was treated.

In today to look around- I’ve been here before and have had the same experiences but thought to give them another try. As usual, very rude staff and visibly annoyed/cold when I asked to see some items. My friends/family have had similar experiences where they ignore you at all costs in the store and are rude when asking for some assistance. Disappointing

Been buying birthday and Christmas gifts for my wife here for years. This year two of the dresses didn't fit. Took them back. They said their exchange policy is within 14 days of purchase. They refused to refund or even swap one of the dresses for the larger size they had on the rack. You've lost a customer and future business forever over a $60 item.

Just make sure you call to see if they are actually open. Made a special trip in from out of town, the website and google said they were open but they were only open for appointments. When we called to double check, they said they posted it on Instagram… I guess if your not on social media 24/7 your just out of luck.

Would love to shop this place but I live elsewhere in Canada. Follow their instagram but the website has very little inventory. Will be happy to adjust my rating once the business is able to offer more selection on line …

This boutique has a selection of beautiful and elegant pieces. The collection is always well put together and store is beautiful and bright. This is always my first stop when I need an outfit for a special occasion!

The owner was terrible when it came to a return. Had the tags on and the debit receipt and it was within the 14 days, but was talked to in a condescending manner and it made me not want to shop there again.

Extremely helpful staff! Love this place! Great product no matter when you go! Always something I need want and have to have! No issues with the return policy, all major stores and boutiques have them.

Check out the Yoga Jeans... The amount of compliments I get on them is crazy and they're super comfortable. Staff is friendly and gives awesome style tips! Nadia is helpful and so sweet!

Employees are rude except for the one ethnic girl. The two other ones are lucky I didnt open my mouth. Sizing is only smalls and mediums. Wouldnt give the boutique a time of day again.
