I am very happy with this shop. I was in the city and needed an air conditioning hose replaced that day as I was leaving on a road trip, and I picked Mad Lab based on good reviews I found online. They were able to take my vehicle in right away, get the part, and get it fixed same day. So I left my kid's vehicle there to get a bunch of work done while we were away. Prices were reasonable and customer service was EXCELLENT. I am so grateful that they were able to accommodate my schedule (both the same day repair and getting the kid's vehicle fixed before I left the city when we got back). Very pleasant to deal with, and willing to answer all my questions. I don't know much about mechanics, so I ran all the estimates past assorted relatives who are knowledgeable (including a mechanic), and they didn't have any concerns. I have told my university kid to go back to Mad Lab if he needs a mechanic again. I feel confident that they will deal with him fairly and treat him well.

Hunter has become a friend. We have a VW LT28 that we imported from Europe to do the Panamerican road. We arrived in Edmonton when our vehicle died on the highway while driving. The first mechanic didn't find the problem and then we found Hunter. With a lot of patience he worked for several days to test and try all the engine parts, filters, spark plugs, etc... At first we thought the problem was the ECU because it had a bit of corrosion, but the final problem was the second injector, we ordered one from the UK and now thanks to it we have reached California. Hunter is the best mechanic we've ever met. He works on diesel and petrol engines and also works on the electrical part of the vehicle, in short, if you have a problem go to Mad Lab Automotive. Brought my Jeep here for a a radiator replacement. I already had the parts and Mad Lab gave me a decent price for the labour. As always, it's never just as easy as plug it in, and away we go. Hunter found a few other issues in my cooling system and performed the necessary tests to confirm any other related issues. Hunter repaired the related issues without hesitation, keeping in communication with me every step of the way. Aside from additional parts needed, Hunter kept the price relatively low, and on top of that, my Jeep was wiped down on the inside, washer fluid was topped up, and my tires were inflated to max PSI. I was very impressed with the 'above and beyond' attitude at this shop, and will highly recommend Mad Lab Automotive to my circle in the future.

They are really awesome. Reasonably priced. Competent. Honest. Friendly. Would definitely recommend. First job they did for me was replace the crossover pipe gaskets on my 02 Pathfinder. It's a tricky job, and takes forever, as it's wedged between the back of the engine and the fire wall. Not only were they the only shop that immediately knew what I was talking about, but they were the only ones who didn't try to gouge the heck out of my wallet. I'm picky when it comes to bringing my vehicles to a shop, but I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles to these guys.

I did initially get service for a Q7 Audi diesel due to an engine light issue, priorly 2 different mechanics recommended options from 3000$ to 8000$ . I was very fortunate to be recommended Mad lab that went out of their way providing impeccable service and wind up charging me such minor fees and figured out that my issue is to be covered under warranty . Since I’ve brought a second vehicle in with same results. Plainly so pleased and absolutely will refer and recommend this business. Thank you . rating on my scale it is a 19/20 . Not 4/5 obviously !

Mad Lab is an extremely reliable auto shop at a fair price. Hunter's a great guy to work with and you can see the pride he has in his business. He even takes the time to talk to you and walk you through your vehicles problems in a well explained fashion; that includes pictures for those of us non-car orientated folks. I found Mad Lab to be trustworthy and fair in their pricing. I really appreciate that they could find parts for my older SUV and help me keep it running at a reasonable cost. They are willing to go the extra mile to help solve problems that other shops would not bother with as well as warn me of issues that might occur in the future. They explain everything in detail. That is service excellence to me. I would highly recommend them.

If there were more stars to give I would. Great service, great owner and great prices. Hunter really goes above and beyond for his customers and he cares a lot about his team. In fact, I used to service these guys about a year ago and I see the products they have in stock and deal with in the back of the shop and they’re all pretty high quality. Nothing but good words for Hunter. Will be coming back for sure ;)

Hunter and Loretta are really friendly and kind people. Hunter showed me what needed to be repaired before he did the work on my car and the price for some unexpected repairs (serpentine belt was really worn and front passenger tire had hole in well) were really reasonably price. I really appreciated their customer service and will only be going to Mad Lab for repairs and maintenance in future!

Great, friendly service with fair pricing! Got an inspection done and Hunter promptly got me a service quote & booked in. Great communication throughout, I needed an additional repair and I was able to come back the next day and they had my car done in an hour. Definitely recommend and will be returning for future maintenance/ repairs.

Very happy with the timeliness and service overall. I needed a roadworthiness approval and we managed to get the work needed done quickly and well. Unfortunately the repair on the convertible top portion only lasted a few days before failing again but I have no issues recommending this shop for your everyday repairs and needs.

These guys do things right. Hunter is always helpful and keeps you in the loop. The staff are knowledgeable and they get the job done right. Always a pleasure to deal with this business. I took a vehicle in to get inspected at Mad lab auto and they exceeded my expectations. They took the extra time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and told me the good and the bad about it, making the purchasing process easy. Some of the best work anyone has ever done on my car, at a very reasonable price. They tracked down and repaired every issue on the vehicle, now it drives tight and the ride is awesome. Great spot. Support an honest local mechanic. He explained everything so I could understand and took me back showing ne the work he had to put in. Fixed all the problems. Better option than the dealership for sure.

It's a relatively small business, but the staffs are very honest and professional. Get the job done quickly at a reasonable price (compared to C****n Tire). Would definitely go there for my next maintenance!
