Decided to choose these guys due to having a last minute cancellation from another removalist. I found them via the Muval website and tried to book them in for a move asap. They replied the next morning with a date and time which was great. (Their Sunday rate is high but fair, compared to other rates). Jaime & his co-worker arrived within the timeframe that was mentioned and were quick, efficient and knowledgeable with disassembling the furniture and appliances and handled them with care. The only issue was when they were pulling the washing machine on the trolley up a step and it fell on it’s side, which cracked and grazed one corner. However, we were getting rid of it so it wasn’t too much of a bother. Regardless of this issue, the guys at Magic Monster Removals did a great job & I recommend them.

I am very grateful to Jamie and his Team in Magic Monster Removals. I also want to thank Grant at Muval. Grant helped me find the best deal for my move. We moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast and I am more than grateful that I took the chance of trying Muval out. Jamie was very understanding and considerate of my personal circumstances. He was very accommodating of the load I had for the move. No complaints from him and his Team. The furnitures and appliances were delivered in good condition. Jamie was very punctual and responsive. I was worried as I have never used a removalist before let alone for an Interstate move, but with Magic Monster and Muval, I didn't have to worry anything. I recently had to move home due to domestic violence. Diego and David were very lovely, polite, professional and thorough. They let me know first thing in the morning what time they would be arriving. They were on time, which I was quite surprised about. Everything was wrapped and secured in the truck. They laid a blanket in my entrance to ensure they didn't tread mud or water into the house as it was raining. Upon arrival at the new property they took each item to the room where the items were required. They helped me to partially build my bed. I felt incredibly comfortable with Diego and David, at all times letting me know which rooms they were going to. Would highly recommend the company! 10/10!

Magic Monster removal service is very easy to work with! They were professional and only too happy to help disassemble furniture, remove the dryer from the wall, they had all the tools required! They then set it up for me! They were very polite and kind asking me along the way what I would like and how I would like my furniture protected after I told them about a piece of furniture that had been in the family for decades! They were efficient with time and affordable! I will certainly use them in the future if I need! They made moving easy! Thank you Magic Monster!!!

This company is great! I hired them to help my partner and I relocate across town as I changed companies within my career. They were very enthusiastic and helpful with the entire moving process as I hate moving places, but magic monster made it very easy and took away all stress. Magic Monster Removals came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Daniela was wonderful to deal with during the booking process ..... even though we could not give her a firm date in the initial stages. On moving day, Jamie and Oscar were efficient, energetic and careful of our furniture and possessions. They worked tirelessly over what turned out to be two truckloads and quite a few hours. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

Really easy move. Movers were well prepared and it took less than an hour to move everything even in the rain. Very professional as movers were able to find parking spaces near the building we were moving from/to. We were located in an area where parking was hard to find and their initiative to find one really offloaded a lot of stress on our end. Really satisfied with the service and will use their service in the future again! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Diego & David confirmed our booking ahead of time, and arrived on time. Both were friendly and focussed on their task. They handled our furniture and belongings with care. We moved from apartment to apartment (so lots of loading/unloading in lifts) they were clearly experienced in this type of move, and managed it with care and efficiency. No breakages. Especially grateful for them going the extra mile and helping me take things to my car, helping me take hard rubbish out & even levelling my fridge so it didn’t wobble. Such a great business that is providing quality removals with an affordable budget which is hard to find for removals. Our removalists took care with all of our furniture in good time and were so kind and helpful and very respectful. We were struggling to find removalists and running out of time and we were found a spot just in time. Totally recommend this removals company they are great.

Jaime and the team provided excellent service. Made light work of the bulk items from a three story townhouse. Also helped by removing and reattaching the front door to fit items through. I called them to check what time they will come on the following day and the guy said they are not sure whether they will be able to make it or not. Do not confirm job if you cannot do it. The worst thing is we are calling them, they are not considering its their responsibility to let us know before hand. Worst experience!!!!

Two men turned up and took my endless number of boxes and lots of furniture. They took it all to a storage facility. I will certainly ask them to move my gear to my new home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
