Worst experience I have had with a removalist. They never told me they charge from the depot they started at 9 finished at 2:30 the house I moved to was only a 2 minute drive from my previous house I moved out from. And charged me $900 that’s with the $140 deposit fee. Once in the new home moving all my stuff in the older guy came in and demanded a drink, I didn’t even have my fridge or anything set up. Left my dryer upside down. Scratched my $150 unit, broke my tv unit door handle, they couldn’t even figure out how to put a queen bed together which I didn’t ask for cause I wasn’t paying extra for that. And once they were leaving the younger guy ran down the hall way and then got in the truck and both left. No goodbye no telling me that I will get some sort of receipt for the charge. I did this all on my own being a young girl when they told me I have to pay the $900 I bursted into tears I only had so much saved for the move they demanded they money and wouldn’t leave. They got on the phone to their boss then he told me it would be $812. My mum has tried to contact them for a receipt or the fuel receipt to see why it cost so much to move 2 minutes away but they do not answer. Yes I had stairs in my unit only 2 flats but they charged me for 3 and every step which I asked before booking and they said the stairs would be $35 so how could it be $900 I live alone hardly had any items most of the stuff I put it my car. They then shoved a promotion board in my hands and took my photo without my permission. I do not recommend this business they might have a lot of good reviews but I have spoken to a lot of people and they have said they same thing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND

So many good reviews, but I regret using this business. The communication and actual quoting system was terrible. I felt pressured into paying a deposit and booking, as well as being ball-busted for information, which was then not communicated to the actual removalists anyway. He didn't mention GST in the quote, added that on in later communication (when I had to request the actual quote in writing); and then on the invoice 'accidentally' charged 20% GST. Didn't communicate that they do not provide EFTPOS facilities. I felt sorry for the actual removalists who speak very little English, did a good job but do not look like their safety is considered (evidence of good lifting technique was lacking), and didn't understand when I refused to take business cards. When they eventually did understand, they apologised for their boss several times. Ultimately, this was a rip-off and a frustrating and disappointing experience. Beware!

After seeing positive reviews, I thought they would be the best suited. However, it ended up being the worst experience I have ever had. They were very late "on our way" ended up being hours, they were on the phone 90% of the time, spoke in their own language constantly, ignored me completely, refused to do a second trip and it gets worse. To add insult to injury they rang and asked me to get their pizza and pay for it! If they were on time, I wouldn't have had to worry about the potential of police being called to my storage location. They were so demanding that I pay them then and there and refused to leave till I did so. I said that I wasn't happy and said that I wanted to talk to their boss before paying which they refused, unwilling I had to pay. My storage unit was packed so badly that it is a safety issue. Don't forget the rip off price and hidden costs. Do not recommend these people at all!

This company onetouch removals are not good at all, I used them to move and they mentioned I'll get a 5Ton truck but only sent a 4.5Ton in hoping we'll need to do a second d or third trip, I also paid a deposit which was not showed on the invoice after complete of job in hoping I'll pay the extra, thr invoice was sent to there workers which they would not forword it to me, thr worker kept asking us to make a video and take photos to promote there business, we delined many times but they kept trying to force it onup to hold a banner, were not happy at al, i contacted the owner and asked him for a copy of tax invoice which i said to him i needed it but he will not reply, i beleive theyre teying to evade taxes, this company is very dishonest and I would not recommend anyone to use them, this is my true account that's happened

Pretty sure same rip off company as moovee, which keeps changing nanes due to bad reviews and consumer affairs investigating them.. They are complete scammers, quote one price then demand more money, or they won't let your stuff off the truck. Dont want to do heavy lifting while bringing in the house, don't carry tools with them. Late on arrival, or don't show up at all, like first booked. Disappear while your stuff is in transit to get pizza, mean while you are paying for there lunch break, no communication. Service is disgusting, also people that work in the office. Do not believe these other fake reviews, that's what they do to make themselves look good. Review left on behalf of my mum, because I was absolutely appalled by the way they treated her, and took advantage.

They are not upfront about costs. Ended up costing double due to the timer starting from when they leave “depot” and until they get back. Asked multiple times for invoice, showed me one on their phone after I said I wasn’t paying till I see one. Said no I want a copy emailed, finally sent it after I did not budge. They stood very close the whole time while “waiting for payment”. Wouldn’t leave until money was transferred. All the while they were on the phone to someone talking in another language. Then came rushing back in and forced me to leave a review, which there was high pressure to leave a 5 star review as they where staring at my phone the whole time. I have now come back and changed. Don’t recommend.

Based on online reviews we hired Onetouch removal to move the furniture from our 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom house in the same suburb. Sam and his team were both courteous, efficient and took great care with our possessions. They are also super strong as we had some very heavy furniture to move and they managed with minimal fuss. Its always a weird feeling letting strangers into your house to handle your possessions but I felt completely at ease with Sam and his team. Will 100% use them again for future moves and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable moving company

Today we moved our house properties using the One Touch removals and I’m satisfied with their service and highlighting their pros and cons below. Pros: 1. Shipment charges sounds reasonable 2. Vehicle was big enough for accomodating the maximum items 3. Boys really did their job neat and clean, all the items were handled properly Cons: 1. My only disappointment is on their punctuality, they showed up with 1hr late solidly and I did not receive prior or proper notification on this unless I called them twice. Hope better communication or notification on delays properly will further boost their service.

One touch removals moved me last week. Guys were punctual and polite. I did need to prompt them at times to work quicker, they were quite slow, one guy took a phone call the other one leaned on furniture waiting for him, I had to suggest he move some boxes to the loader so I could place them in the garage while his coworker was on the phone. Tried to over charge me by a good couple of hundred dollars, needed to remind them of quote and information I was sent via message.truck wasn’t big enough so offered a 2nd trip, I declined and had a friend finish it instead.

The best and smoothest move out of 3 recent moves. Having people like Sam who know how to move things rather than just rely on brute strength makes all the difference. The largest and heaviest pieces of furniture disappeared out of the house and into the truck before we knew it. They had the job done far quicker than the other 2 companies that I tried previously and this resulted in a much cheaper job at the end of the day.

I was a little nervous about the move, having some large furniture pieces but the boys were amazing, taking extra care and managing to manoeuvre items with extra care. The total cost came in at just over half the price of a competitor’s quote! Thanks to Sam too who was awesome on the phone and very helpful with information and answering questions! We were quoted for a 5 ton truck and two workers arrived with a 3 ton truck. Did not mention which depot they were located. They start charging from the time they leave their depot till they return.
