Functional, has a postal agency and a restaurant. Town hall hosts Christ Embassy satellite church on Sundays. You can arrange to have your mail delivered to you for a fee.

I did not get to the town hall today but will be there on Thursday. Will let you know my feelings then. By Nigerian standard, it should a nice place to visit.

I was never at the town hall, I was just somewhere around there, a friend's place. I'll just give a two-star base on the fact that the area was peaceful.
