Mende Town Hall is just an event center, suitable for all forms of (owambes). It has 100 sitting capacity or so but you need to bring in your chairs and tables. While the parking space can take up to 20 cars or up to 13 SUV'S. U may also want to use D compound as part of event by not letting cars parked in the compound.

It's a neighbourhood town hall and can be an impediment to sanity of the neighbours when there is an event. It's OK but there is no parking facility, neighbours are in constant altercation with visitors or security agents during events.

The Mende Town Hall I can say it's located at the center of Mende. The Hall has reasonable sitting space, however, the packing space is not large . Sometimes you just have to pack your vehicle outside the compound.

It's an okay venue for the neighbourhood. However parking usually is a big problem whenever an event is holding as it would usually disturb residents in the area.

Nothing special to say about the place, I heard they rent the place out for events. It should be suitable for an event of less than 200 guests

I think the place is cool for a town hall event or meeting. If you have a more larger guest list, you should consider an event hall.
