Very negligently denied services they could actually do, it’s been 3 years and dealing with them, my license needed renewal I went a month before and they gave me a temporary and said on 29th of September will be last date and after that MPI will have to override my account, I followed up few weeks before my expiration and I get to hear yea we’ve to wait until MPI is open. And today all they said is yea since it’s on hold we can’t renew it and mpi will have to do and they’re on strike. So you can’t drive until then., very lazy to mentione there is emergency phone line which agents can call. I go to different insurance and they mentioned am late and it’s expiring tonight and can call mpi emergency but on Monday, now due to negligence and ignorance of these guys am without license for 2 days. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND DO SOME RESEARCH

I paid a ticket here in September 2022 when renewing my license, and I've recently been penalized by MPI and DoJ because I have apparently never paid that ticket. I tried speaking with someone at Maloway Insurance, and they seemed to have no interest in helping me figure this out. I would not recommend using this autopac for any services, common or not.

Very rude staff here, old building door does not work properly, the general over all look of the office is old and dirty. There is a lady that is very unprofessional, loud and will talk down to you like she is doing you a favor, In short this place is a UNPROFESSIONAL and there is a foul odor in the air like that old musty building smell.

By far, the friendliest and fastest service of all. The employees are very calm and friendly.. i go for all MPI stuff here and I’ve never spent more than 15mins inside getting my work done.

The lady I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude. She does not know good customer service. She behaved as if she wanted to hurry and get off the phone.
