I know it's difficult to be in court for the myriad of different cases, with some as in my case with a disappointing outcome. That aside and the reason I have left this review is to review the staff and facilities. Every member of staff I came into contact with over the 24 months were wonderful, polite, professional and at times when I was upset, extremely comforting. The security always made entering the court as easy as possible, reception and postal staff were ever helpful, the canteen staff and Chef were lovely, and the ushers I encountered during my 4-day trial were amazing. The cleaning staff worked hard and the ladies bathrooms were always clean. The whole building is always clean and I personally love the architecture and design of it. It is a contemporary building with lots of light with an air of corporate excellence. The conference rooms offered in advance or if one was free were comfortable and soundproof. The one and only complaint I have about the Court is the lift didn't have mirrors on the walls which helps with claustrophobia and why many lifts do have them. So if someone from the Court reads this, please fit mirrors to take that enclosed feeling away and so that I can check out my hair and make-up en route! Bless you Manchester Civil Justice Centre, your staff are amazing and deserve credit for their service to the public.

Hi got a call saying my NI num will be suspended a guy picked up when I pressed 1 he asked for my personal information also NI. When I said I won't give any info he asked why I clearly told him it's just not right to tell anyone over to phone NI. He hanged up. Clearly scam He did not even introduce him self!!!

They have have just contacted my phone, I had to inform them they had just dialled a government issued mobile and could I speak to their manager, line went dead

Just received a SCAM call from this number. Apparently there is an arrest warrant out for me for tax evasion. Anyhow, please have a wonderful day

This has been reported to police but they do not do anything to stop it. Sadly some people will fall for this dangerous scam

I've also had a call from this number. Clearly a scam. I immediately blocked the number; everyone else should do so too.

Just be carful is legit number calling you but number has been cloned by scammers from India
