Terrible experience! My wife bought me jeans for Christmas and they were to short. She misplaced the receipt but I figured they may help me out with a straight exchange for a longer size. Mark's told me that without a receipt they would only give me the lowest price they were in the last 12 months. I asked if this was right even for a straight exchange for the same pair but longer. They replied that sorry it's the policy. I understand for a return but for a straight exchange!?!? My wife paid 80 and they gave me back 60. I had to pay them a extra 20 bucks to get a longer size. Shame on you Mark's. That is taking advantage of your customers. I won't be shopping there again.

Very spacious location with a wide variety of casual and professional clothing. Plenty of changing rooms to try on clothes. Sale racks are dispersed throughout the store, despite there seeming to be a designated clearance section behind the change rooms. Have to take away 1 star because the flow of the store is a little off (women's clothing seems to be thrown in to a corner of the store and mens wear flows nicely through the other half of the store), and the last few times I've been in, their selection has been running low.

Called today to ask if I could get into the store to buy winter work clothes which is in my opinion something pretty essential. Was told I need a business voucher to come in. Asked if there was any way they could let me in anyways because I really needed the clothes.. they would not let me in so I guess I'll just freeze to death or take my money somewhere else.. seriously this Covid thing is getting out of hand.. priorities are not at the right places and people are getting neglected

Well I shopped for Xmas this week I returned two items that I forgot that we had the Items had there origin al packages the sales clerk said I had to get a gift card as it was over "the specific time frame,,why i ask had the original receipt also the items bad there original packs they could be put back on the shelf for resale why couldn't I have received the money back on my debit it was $33 dollars, so now I think I wil not shop at marks again.

I love the place, the inventory but always have the same problem when trying to leave. A dozen people in line waiting and the line moves very slowly. Cashiers are too friendly and discussed current world affairs instead of getting the people out of the door. I nearly left my entire cart full of items because I couldn't take it anymore. When you're in a rush the last thing you want to hear someone laughing and really taking their time.

Visited at 1230 on a Monday, store was not busy, was able to walk through it in its entirety, go look for boots myself, unable to locate a salesperson, 2 then walked by as I continued to look for sizes myself, when I tried to approach them they stated they were busy, alright, but I then watched them talk to each other. I left without buying something. Sad though, used to love Marks, now I'll take my money elsewhere.

An enjoyable experience after such a long time of quarantine and closed stores. The store was really clean and organized, which I appreciated given the pandemic-near-post-apocalyptic nature that many stores have gone through during this time - not that I blame them lols. It was cool for a while, but, it's nice to see fresh organization for the sake of my slight-obsession with organization haha

I went to this location today and it was not yet closed. There were still 7 minutes remaining for the closing time but an employee working there direct said that we are closed in a rude behaviour. That was totally unexpected as I have been shopping from Mark’s most of the time but this time they really ruined it! Would not prefer going there anymore. Need to improve customer service.

I've been to this store a few times now. It's usually pretty difficult to get a staff member to help you. Today was no exception. I did run into an older gentleman who was very helpful. I found a good pair of boots that are comfortable, stylish, and (as far as I can tell) rugged enough to last. I do find that 25% is not that great of a deal for boxing day/week.

I was there today with my husband and the lady at foot wear said to us "I'm sorry I don't anything of this section my boss put me here because he doesn't like me and thoses boots are the same ". So my husband went to cash and talked to a lovely lady who was there and she got us some help which was very helpful and the gentleman was kind funny and very helpful.

Today, Matt was quite helpful. He took the ladder to find some work boots for my husband and realized that there was none in stock. He suggested that, to get the sale price, he should order online and have it delivered at home or in-store. Thank you Matt for the EXCELLENT work! Your outstanding customer service was most appreciated!!

This location is understaffed!! I spent 20 minutes in line while the lady in front of me was trying to add her email to her account, the young lady behind the cash seemed to think it was fine not to call for another attendant. I ended up leaving my purchase and walking out because my lunch break was over...

Too expensive for the quality of apparel. You can bring back your $300 pair of footwear back if you're not 100% satisfied...as long as you have not worn them. I KID YOU NOT!! Good thing my work pays for this stuff, I would not! NOTE; I think they are looking at other avenues...

Have to say I went there couple weeks ago and I had a great experience because there was a gentleman who was down to earth and very funny also he helped me at BB. Then my friend called this week about her riding boots and he answered and he was very helpful.

I was there 3 weeks ago and their was a gentleman that helped me in the industrial section and to find shoes/boots very helpful gentleman and I went there this week someone has told he quit. I must say I'll miss him all I remember is 84487 from his name tag

I know we are in a pandemic situation but this store did not even help a young person with finding steel toed boots. Just pointed to back of store and said you have 15 minutes. Garbage store with uncaring staff. Look for other stores, avoid Mark's!

Mark's has always sold me very durable and excellent quality clothing & footwear. I've visited 2 stores in Ottawa lately, with friendly staff and usually good selection. Stock can be a little too low on some items, sometimes limiting selection.

They used to sell quality. Now they got rid of all the competition and replaced really nice work boots with their Dakota knock off versions. Used to be a great store for construction clothing. Now their adds are only missing Derek Zoolander

The product is excellent at very affordable prices. I want to acknowledge everyone at this location as they sanitize the countertop and debit machines after each customer. I don't see this taken places at other retailers or grocery stores.

Great “newly” built Mark’s. I find the store to be bigger than most. Probably size of the train yards location. Large variety of working men footwear , lots of clothing space and accessories . Very friendly staff every time we go

All the items in Mark's store are very well placed and always in order. The design and quality of products have been thought well by the engineers. The people who work there keep Mark's store super clean and well displayed.

I love shopping here! I needed a winter coat and they had some on sale! The workers are amazing and they are patient and friendly. I would definitely come back! The store is clean and people respected the 2 meter rule!

I bought two pairs of the same boots, about a year ago (different colours). One pair had the stitching let go on the toe, the young lady saw the defect and replaced the boots. No muss, no fuss, top customer service.

My store I'm not big on shopping for men's clothing. This said, I feel totally at home when shopping at Mark's. The cloths are of good quality and are a good fit. In all, I recommend this store without hesitation.

Went to find a casual pair of shorts and was pleasantly surprised by the color selection of shorts. Even better was a sales discount and paid almost half. Now if I can only find a XXXL Jean jacket …

Had to do an exchange & the staff were very accommodating. Great selection of clothes, shoes, sneakers and work clothes right at Place de Orleans mall & is the reason I travel 25 km to go to this store.

I ordered a pair of Sketchers go walk through the website, it took two days fient order to be processed. I was advised when I could pick them up (curbside) and the information that I required for same.

The staff here was very friendly and always willing to help. The store was kept very clean and tidy. They seemed short staffed, especially around the change room area but shopping was still manageable.

Large clothing and work clothes store in Orleans mall. Store is very clean and tidy with a large selection of clothing to look at. Prices seem to be affordable with many items on sale or on clearance.

Went for mens slippers and staff approached us rather than having to hunt down someone. Good selection in a nice clean store. Staff at the counter were very pleasant, but they always have been.

Did curb side pick. Except for no designated curbside parking spot (days after limited store reopening); the 2 staff that helped were great. I find over 90% of Mark's staff great to deal with.

I've always liked the product lines that Mark's carries. The staff are helpful and friendly. You might pay a bit more than other places, but the quality of the product is there and will last.

Love this place, whatever cloth you need for your work place and environment they have it all. They have an awesome customer service, they make your shopping fast convenient and easy!

Mark's has a wide assortment of well-made clothing, and boots, gloves etc. Too much to list here. We have been there many times to purchase items, it's a great chain of stores!

Mark's is so hit and miss with stock. For those who like to browse stores this may work, but not for me. On the plus side if you find what you want it is usually good quality.

Almost too many options! I found something I liked but they didnt have a 2nd pair of it. Staff were polite and checked the back for me. Beware at checkout, they don't do bags!

Like any other marks. Has most things in stock. Prices are quite affordable and are of good quality. Great for business/casual clothing that is functional.

This is the best store for durations of the clothes. Especially for the working-class. And it is the biggest Mark's Well Wear in estern Ontario.
