These wonderful people having been servicing me ( :') )since 1997. My first experience of them was when a part on my car broke (knuckle?) and I was given a price by Mr Shaw Snr of almost £200. We had never met before this but later the same day, he called me to tell me that it wasn't as expensive as he thought it would be and he quoted me £100 less than earlier!! He could have quite easily have kept to his initial quote because I know Jack about cars and I needed to be kept mobile and therefore would have accepted any price quoted. Mr Shaw's Son is equally as honest and straigtforward and all of the staff strive to be as helpful as they possibly can be. It will be a cold day in hell before their like will ever be found again.

Mike and his team are one of the best mechanics around. They are very professional and honest. They won't try to get you to do work that doesn't need to be done. I bought in my car for a brake pad/disc issue and a fuel filter issue. The team sorted out the brake pad/disc issue for free and they advised me of a egr possible change, which I will get done at a later time as they could not do it now. I am very grateful for these guys as I know I can call them up and they will try to accommodate me when they can. Guys if you are reading these, I am utterly appreciative of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤

Disappointing. Had a wiper linkage problem which to be fair they fixed temporarily but charged £45 a whole linkage mechanism is £30 on Amazon! To fit I've now found out could be down in half hour to an hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful but feel the customer satisfaction just wasn't there. I would have continued to use this garage as it is near to where I work but after finding out the price of a whole new mechanism is cheaper than this temporary fix after the staff here told me it's something that would usually cost £220.

We use this family run company for our work and personal vehicles. Mike, Geoff and team are by far the best around! They will update you throughout so you know exactly what’s wrong and they talk you through it every step of the way! I can’t praise this company enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve recommended them to so many people who all use Marsh Lane Autos as a go to now! Such a rarity to find a genuine garage you can trust!

Cannot thank this garage enough. We had been mucked about by another garage but from the offset of recommendation about this garage they have helped no end. With a wealth of knowledge and a lovely friendly manner to boot. Incredibly hard work goes on here and regardless will do what they can to help you out in a timely manner. Had some minor repairs that needed doing following an MoT at Bristol St motors (who wanted to charge £45 before they knew what the problem was ). Called these guys who identified the problem over the phone. They let me drop my car off and in 10mins I was out free of charge. Would definitely recommend. A little honesty goes a long way in a market that usually tries to fleece customers.

I just popped off to ask a question and before I knew it my car was being looked at first time I have been there, but got the impression very knowledgeable and very efficient. Not sure they would be able to attend to a car immediately all the time due to prior bookings etc. however I will definitely feel confident in going there again should I need to.

Absolutely excellent - we had the check engine light come on yesterday, and Marsh fit us in this morning to run the diagnostics. They were quick and efficient, and explained everything to us really well. Brilliant customer service - we’ll be coming back here for any future MOTs/servicing needs. Highly recommend for professional, courteous service.

Staff are friendly , honest and reliable. Nothing is too much for them, they will explain the problems with you in a way you understand not in the usual flannel I get from the other places I have been to . I have also found them to be the cheapest around so I will definitely be using them in future and recommending them to friends and family .

First time was alright but next time different guy M. told me about repair costs, that I had to pay 300, when I tried to pick up my car he mentioned that they found and changed break pads and charged me another 100f for that. I checked my car and ABS and heater system was broken. Rather bad experience with them.
