I’m not one to review retail stores but I had to come in here and do it, simply because I’m in doing some last minute Christmas shopping and been to several Marshalls stores in the past few days and they were a total disaster…. Literally looking like a bomb went off in all of them with no employees tidying up or caring after their place of employment. Except this Downtown Miami location. This Marshalls is impeccable and the staff is in sight restocking, organizing and being friendly and accommodating. Although the checkout line was long, it still moved steadily. I knew I had to ask my friendly cashier (Walter) for the manager—Penny, because I wanted to compliment her store. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their job and works efficiently. I wish more of this type of retail stores had managers as caring and good at their job like Penny. This will be the only Marshalls I will ever come to from now on. Congratulations for an amazing job!

It is really nice to have a Marshalls walking distance from where you live and it's a bonus that this is a pretty organized one. This store is in downtown Miami in an indoor plaza and steps from Bayfront Park. There is no dedicated parking lot or garage for this store, although there are several paid garages surrounding it. The store, as I mentioned, is well organized and prices are low making it a popular tourist and crew destination from the port of Miami. Lines are sometime really long but this Marshalls store is well staffed and the line moves very quickly. I have come to depend on this store and shop a lot here for clothes often. I definitely recommend this store. You can't go wrong. And if you don't find what you came for, you can always try their competitor a block down.

Rude. I came today to return an item I bought online. First I was told I can not return it in the store ( even tho it sais on the web site I can return it in every store). Than the lady calls another coworker to help her out, that lady was so rude, asking me how much did I pay for that item, even tho She was holding the paper whit return information, where She could see the amount of money the item cost. When I gave her the box , after She issue refund , I was Like by the Way it is missing one part, That’s why I Am returning it. That’s where She turned to her coworker saying “She was waiting till now to tell me that”. So rude!!! She never even asked about reason I Am returning it. I will probably never come back to shop at this Location .

Horrible store I asked someone if they could open a register that unfortunately the only two registers that were open were opening up a credit card. The answer was sorry I don't have staff to open. I said but you have two more people behind the counter and they are not doing anything just chatting away. She said no sorry they ate not cashier until sonrone else complained the sane person that she said wasn't a cashier opened. Tired of people using the excuse I don't have staff. They have just the worse working ethics. The thing is when I tell her I thought she wasn't a cashier she tells me just because you don't want to wait I can't put someone on the register.. Thisi s the worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

What’s up with the fitting room employee asking to hang the items back after trying them on? The store is not even busy, I worked retail for many years we would not dare to ask a customer to do something that is our job. On top of that she gave me the the wrong number she can’t even count, and cut me off when I tried asking a question. Also tried retuning an item past the date, the cashier calls another person to inspect the item like if it’s worth 1k and I was going to get a lot of money back, wasted my time at the counter when they could simply say no, period. I was coming here weekly to spend around $100-$150 in random items I’ll definitely wont come back.

I used to love to go here, nowdays cashiers are getting really rude. The old cashiers are still nice and professional, but the new ones giving faces and attitude for no reason. If you don’t like the work , then don’t work then stay at home, but don’t ruin my day because you don’t like to work and don’t act like you own the store and create new rules because I’m coming here for 10 years like almost every day and then you don’t need to tell me what I can do , and what I cannot do because you were there for two weeks….MARSHALL ! Please! Get back the nice and friendly cashiers! ASAP! If not necessary why they are rude?

Hello I came to the store today and there is a shopping normally happy and everything but then when I was about to leave there was this lady who stopped me and told me that if I stole anything just accusing me without any proof I am very unhappy about this. I felt very uncomfortable about the fact that she literally came up to me and asked if I stole anything without any certain proof or anything.I always come here and I like this place and I never felt like this ever please something has to be done.

An associate there that saw my grandmother use the restroom saw that my grandmother's purse fell with her belongings all scattered on the floor... instead of being a decent person and returning ALL of her belongings back she stoled her wallet with cash and her info inside. .. we complained to management and all they could say is that they have a lost and found desposal where any items that are found are kept. No intent of checking cameras, nor a police report was made.. how disappointing..

Great clothing and accessories at reasonable prices, especially the home decor. If you see it, buy it. I guarantee you it will not be there when you get back! Lines are very long, so be prepared to wait for purchases. Also, the managers are not friendly and don't provide good customer service. I had two exact pairs of pants, same color but different sizes and a different amount. The manager wouldn't adjust the price so I left!! I will not be visiting this store again.

Marshalls is nice but their biggest problem is the fact that you have to ring the bell from downstairs to be able for somebody to send the elevator so you can go upstairs to Marshalls and you have to be standing there for a while before somebody could send the elevator down. I don't know who is the genius that came out with this one but they need to think of a better way.

I was here yesterday and I was able to buy a pair of shoes and they are really really nice. They have really nice shoes and many designs to choose from and that's what I love most about this place, it's all about their shoes and I just can't help loving shoes although they also have nice clothes, bags, and everything you wanted even kitchenwares and every housewares.

I really like doing to this store as everything seems to be organized and well arranged. Been here for quite a few times though it's a bit far from my place when you get to visit this place and your house is quite far like mine, the time you enter the establishment you will then realize that it's all worth it. You will for sure had a great time shopping here.

I work downtown, and this location is convenient for a quick lunchtime shopping trip. The shelves are well stocked and pretty well organized. The line is usualy long, but thus far there have been enough cashiers on shift to move the line rapidly. The prices are reasonable and if you know where to point there are always good sales to be found.

This is your typical downtown Marshalls. Its hit or miss if this place is going to be organized, clean, or stocked with what your looking for. It's like an Easter egg hunt where you have a fifty-fifty chance of finding eggs and a fifty-fifty chance you'll find something in those eggs. The formula equates to disappointment.

The downtown Marshalls store is a heavily frequented location with the same deals and prices you would find anywhere else except the store has a few items you may only find at th Downtown Marshalls. Also THE AREA IS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION as of 05/2021 and the area is closed off so time save on parking.

The prior time I visited this location it was closed and I had assumed they had relocated. I was therefore surprised to find it open and updated. I shopped for a few items on impulse and found a good selection at decent prices. I find it useful spot for certain items. Staff are friendly and helpful.

on Sunday only two cashiers open 30 people waiting to pay on the long line Short of staf must be the excuse i took me my more than 30 min to be pay what not to install self service pay o hire more people .It is all about profit and the clients pay wasting their time for the bad customer service

You can find good deals.... but brace yourself for a good fight with unhelpful staff, tones of worthless clothes, totally obselet sportive gear, absolutely lack of design for the different shop sections, and more and more things which will make the shopping experience a cheap awfull one....

A lot of stuff you can find but sometimes limited to design and items if you come late. Affordable, however you need more time and patience to find a good items like clothes or any designer products you need. I always go to Marshall to find new stuff that I can afford to buy.

They don't work full hours . They should open at 9:30 am but the manager said they always open at 10 . I checked in Google and it says 9:30 am and the shop must be open ! Now they let me wait half hour outside and here are a lot of people waiting. Not nice Marshalls !

Was having a really difficult time trying to exchange a gift that was giving to us for our baby shower , but thankfully the Manger Alicia S. Was very helpful and nice and understood and allowed us to exchange our babyshower gift which we had 3 of the same kinds

i buy nikon 1 j3 model and staff was kind and friendly. but when i opened it in my room, battery was missing. i think it wasn't his fault but it make me upset. thinking of walking to there with camra box in hot weather. others ware great just battery!!

They've really done a lot of work at this Marshall's. It's wonderful to shop here. They've been keeping things extremely organized and staff is very friendly. No fitting rooms because covid-19, but it's really come a long way from 3 years ago.

BIG Store, GREAT FINDS but slow cashiers! You look around long enough you will find deals for sure. I recommend walking 8 minutes down the street and hitting ROSS also. Always check out the clearance section and you'll love it.

I like Marshalls for the feeling they you never know what you'll find. They often have Cole haan shoes at really good prices. I have bought some polos slacks or a thermos. Avoid the electronics . It's often of very low quality

A little tricky to find with contrustrucion. Standard layout familiar to marshalls customers and great prices on everyday items. They also have clotheshangers in stock & are close to Brickell. 2 huge plusses.

It is a smaller version of the Marshalls that I have been to. Pretty standard for a Marshall’s but nothing special about this one. It’s not particularly clean, and the escalator was out of order when I went.

The set up of the store made it easy to find what I was looking for. It was clean and easy to navigate through the store. The customer service person who helped me when cashing out was very nice and helpful.

Extremely clean and organized place where the health rules are rigorously carried out. However, there was a long line due to public demand. Yet, the line did move fast given the number of individuals in line

The access road is under construction and it is very uncomfortable to enter the store. And the exit is gloomy. But inside the store, all very well, excellent merchandise.

Great deals and variety of clothing, shoes and other hosehold items. This Marshalls is very popular, so be prepared to stand in a long but always moving checkout line.

Large, standard fare for this location. Store was clean and fairly neatened racks and shelves. If you have been to one Marshall's...you've been to them all.

You will always find something you need. I entered to buy a luggage tag, and left with shirt, candy, hand cream, soap, fossil shades and a screen cover.

Good prices, but no special brands. One doesn't really get like good brands at discounted prices but more like basic stuff at a down to earth price.
