"Hit or miss"
Today I had just an awful experience in Saks Fifth Avenue Brickell City Centre. I am a permanent customer of this store. But today a consultant treated me extremely unfriendly, and demonstratively counted the pieces of clothing chosen for fitting. I chose the shirt to buy and left the fitting room to go to the cashier desk. The same consultant met me on a half way to the cashier desk, got the shirt out of my hands and told me that the check out is in the fitting room space. Then she left the shirt in the room, went to the fitting room that I used, took the clothes and started to hang them slowly and calculate... All of this was so rude, that I changed my opinion to buy that shirt (I immediately invisioned my emotions every time when I would wear it). So I just left a fitting zone. I was still waiting for her, when she would come to me and invite to buy so I was staying near the fitting zone for a while and observed the new clothes on the hangers. And guess, what happened? She came to me, but with the announcement that I did not turn two pieces of clothing!!! She was not interested to sell me the shirt, she was interested to make the clothes considered "stolen" or disappeared. And the European customer, looking as a tourist, was an ideal person for this. I just regret, that I did not call to police and did not call for the administration. I was so amazed by all of this, that I simply showed the only bag I had with me to her and left the store. I am pretty sure, that today I became a victim of a malicious schema in Saks Fifth Avenue Brickell City Centre organised by local "consultants"! So please, be careful. And I hope to receive any feedback from the administration.
Shopping is supposed to be fun. It’s not at Saks fifth Ave. I never thought id say that. I typically don’t wear items I purchased right away. It’s summer so I’m starting to wear things like espadrilles. I wore these shoes once I was about to put them on a second time and realized they are coming apart. I did not save the receipt since everything is digital and Saks keeps a profile on each client. I thought no biggie I’ll take them back to see what options I have. As I arrived in the shoe department someone greeted me. I explained I needed to resolve an issue with a shoe I had purchased. The guys said he has to get a manager. Her approach was extremely argumentative without gathering any information. I said to her you don’t know anything about it. I had to FORCE her to print a receipt. She was ready to send me out the door without it because I didn’t have the credit card with me from the original purchase. ( I couldn’t believe she actually expected me to come back to the store with a cc so I could print the receipt) I had to tell YOUR manager there are other ways to print the receipt. She was reading the store policy to me asked me to leave and to send this email. This doesn’t seem in tow with the usual policy of the store. Just having to deal with this has been stressful and aggravating. I’m never spending time or money in this store again. I have great experience before at Saks. This doesn’t fit your mission statement about inspiring customer confidence. I have zero confidence in your brand. Please let me know what my options are with this shoe that is clearly not well made for the price I’ve paid.
Being a Native New Yorker and growing up with the proper ‘Saks Fifth Ave’ experience in their Flagship location on 5th and 49th and experiencing the luxury of having my own personal shopper, whom I adore in the Greenwich, CT location, shopping at Saks Brickell was horrific and anxiety ridden to say the least. Mustafa and his team, or lack there of, clearly need training in luxury brands and hospitality. Shopping at Saks is meant to be an ‘experience’ - Their Mission Statement is as follows: "To inspire customer confidence and style with every Saks shopping experience." My recent visit to the Brickell location removed any customer confidence I ever had in the brand and almost makes me want to fly back to NY to be catered to appropriately and experience the level of customer service Sak's prides themself on. A simple item exchange ended up being a 3 hour fiasco of unneeded stress, confusion and aggravation. The Manager is arrogant and completed useless - please go back to Marshall’s or whatever retail space you came from…Honestly, the management and floor team are a disgrace and have no idea what they are doing. I know it’s difficult to find proper workers in Miami, but common.’ —If you need, just import your team from NY so you don’t give all your clients panic attacks! Thanks for killing my vibe and wasting my time. At this point I will be calling the Greenwich, CT shop where they actually take care of their customers, build long lasting relationships and answer the phone. X
Gave 2 stars because I like Saks in general. I'm a fan of the designers and wear them quite often. I do however prefer to shop online in order to avoid the almost certain horrible customer service that seems to be the norm anywhere these days. I'm leaving this poor review because I went to the "online returns" counter to return something that I had purchased online. It's located right behind the women's clothing section on the 2nd floor. There were 3 girls in their early 20s working there, carrying on their own personal conversation. When I walked up, they just looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by interrupting their conversation! After a few seconds of them not greeting me but just looking at me, I said "Hi! I'd like to return this please!" as I smiled. It's unbelievable that Saks doesn't even train their staff to smile and greet a customer with a standard "Hi, welcome to Saks, how may I help you?" line. They basically rolled their eyes as one staff grumpily assisted me and then went back to their personal conversation. This is not the service one would expect at a Saks for the prices of the items sold there. This is a standard problem EVERYWHERE these days. TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY and have managers hold them accountable.
Hit or miss. Many of the employees are incredibly lazy, and refuse to assist you in your shopping endeavors, hoping to collect a commission for standing in place. The fashion is generally top notch although I do find quite a bit of "Whats Hot" guady. When you get a good associate, hold onto them with everything you got cause they will make your everyday shopping a breeze. I've been told numerous times it is not possible to walk in and out of a Saks with a new outfit in 5 minutes or less; yet somehow I keep defying the laws of motion and physics. I think some of the employees here are asked by management to underperform in order to make the customer work harder. I found it incredibly rude that I was trying to buy something and asking for assistance, only to have employees walk away aimlessly while expecting the customer to do their job for them. It is clear the top brass does not visit, or maintain this location like they do others. Will continue to shop here for clothing when I am in the mood but wish that there was some sort of standard of doing business that was followed by all associates instead of a crapshoot of if the representitive is in a rude or is eager to assist.
The gentleman who helped us was great but the manager and the service that Saks itself provided was below what I receive at Neiman Marcus. My Prada shoe, that I bought about a month ago at Saks, broke after my second time wearing it! The heel itself just popped off as I was walking on Brickell. I had to walk barefoot (!!!!) to Saks and they wouldn’t do anything. I just wanted an exchange so I can continue walking downtown. The manager was so unsympathetic and cold. Never apologized or anything. Basically they’ll repair it (I had to pay shipping!!) and no discount or anything on a new pair of shoes that I was not expecting to have to buy! A small token discount or free shipping, would’ve made us feel appreciated as a Saks returning customer. I mean when something like this happens you just want to feel like they care and will do what they can to make you feel that they have your back. I’ve been a faithful Neiman Marcus customer for over 10 years and just recently started shopping at Saks when we rented an apartment on Brickell. But I’m switching back to just Neiman. They would’ve never done that to us, that I can guarantee!
I’ve generally had a great experience at the Saks but today, I got that 5 star treatment. I dropped in looking to buy some new black jeans and I kinda knew what I wanted. I’m generally pretty standoffish when I shop since I’m pretty knowledgeable about what works for me. I was approached by a new employee, Anthony or Antwan or something like that (I’m really bad with names). He made it a point to let me know what I’m looking for might be in the back. I continued to browse and he approached me again to check. Generally, I’m not a fan of this but he was so open and friendly, I engaged. Once I finished looking around the mens department, I found him, asked for a couple of things to try. He was transparent, and let me know he was new but he’s try to find me what I was looking for. He came back shortly and brought me exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a brand new pair of black Ksubi jeans at full price which I hardly ever do! We exchanged numbers so I’ll make sure I reach out to him when I need some new hot ish to rock! Thanks again!
On December 17/22 I purchased a pair of Hight heels direct from your store at dadeland mall florida. That was my wife Christmas gift. I must said the sales person was great and very helpful. The shoes were not available at the store and I was ok to paid for shipment within 3 days accordingly with the sales person . Never arrived !! I was in contact with the sales person and she was doing the follow up . I called the 1888 number and the operator wasn’t able to fix the issue due an unknown cause!! My order was canceled without explanation . I spoke with the store manager and no answers . This situation was handled very poorly from every end . As a customer I was expecting more . Customer service is about fixing the issue . If you did not have the product don’t continue selling something you don’t have . Don’t make customer upset ! How you can explain that 4 people involved and not one person with a solution . I rather buy direct from the brand owner and not deal with this nightmare . Never again .
While I was waiting for my associate to arrive to her shift, I decided to look around to make some time. I asked LISSANDRA for the price of a handbag. And she told me. When the person who takes care of me arrived, I was showing her the bag I wanted and Lissandra touched her arm and told her that I was with her, which is a lie. I asked her to please respect our conversation and she replied demanding that I should have told her that she was attended by another person. After all this show she kept telling others bad things about everyone there BECAUSE I HEARD IT. First of all, I am a client who deserves respect and second she should not demand anything from anyone. And much less wasting time speaking bad things of her coworkers. Terrible attitude, I recommended to lissandra to take classes of customer service and in addition to how to work as a team and respect others. I can’t believe that I can’t even ask for a price because this person is going to make a show in front of everyone? Why?
While this store isn't for everyone (let's be honest, they prefer people with big money and a certain look), there are some gorgeous things to browse through. I may not be willing to lay out $1000 and upwards for shoes or a dress, I do love looking. The cosmetics and fragrance counters are always fun, but it's clear the staff are on commission as they pester you to try this and smell that. And no matter what you think of the service or prices, they sure know how to get their interior looking sharp. It's a beautiful interior that makes hanging out in here more pleasant. If you can find a chair inside one of the departments, it's fun to sit for a while and people watch. Overall, Saks is more like an ocular nirvana to me. There's not a lot in my price range here, or in my style seeing as I like to be a bit more casual on weekends. If you're looking to window shop only, I recommend browsing around. It's always fun seeing what I might buy if I win the lottery one day (fingers crossed).
I just had the absolute worst experience dealing with Saks fifth. I purchased a polo bucket hat online. They sent me a different item than the one pictured. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone being that it was a sale item and was not eligible for returns. I had to dispute this and wait on hold for a very long time. Now I have to go to the store print out a new shipping label. Return the item wait until they receive the item and then wait 15 days from my money back? And I was told that in order to get the shipping refunded I’m going to have to call back after they receive the item after I just waited that long on hold to deal with this in the first place. This is inconvenient and unacceptable and I would never purchase another item from this store ever again. Horrible customer service experience. It’s not my fault that you shipped me the wrong item. I will not shop here ever again based off of the experience I just had. This company should do way better than this.
Had a really lovely experience with a beauty sales associate, Lisandra. I purchased a very expensive LED mask online several months back. It suddenly stopped working and I experienced an exhausting couple of months with online customer support service. It was sent back several times after return center didn't read the notes on the case about accepting it back. I first encountered a sales associated named Elizabeth who was incredibly unhelpful and unkind. I tried one more time before exiting the store and was rewarded by meeting Lisandra. She actually took the time to listen and understand the situation. She tested the device and could immediately see that it was faulty. She then took the appropriate measures to return the device and do the right thing. She is a treasure and Saks is lucky to have her. I wish more people took the time to really listen and try to help.
They should just officially turn the men’s department into an automatic self service store, because to actually get help in this store is a joke. Staff is too busy on their phones, I assume texting their friends memes and jokes about getting paid to do nothing, because that is what it feels like when you walk around. This past weekend, May 13 to be exact, was trying to get help on sizing, and when asked the nearest person around if they could help, was told by her, that she had two customers so NO, could not help. At first I wasn’t sure if she was playing around as I looked around and saw no one in sight. She proceeded to go back to her phone for another 20 minutes while I endlessly walked around. The only positive side about my experience that I was able to reach my step goal for the day, walking around to find someone to help.
Under trained associates. For the prices of items sold, the service is no where near acceptable. We usually shop exclusively at Nordstroms for their consistent service. Started well, then the associate decides to take on new customers (same race as herself) while we were trying on the shoes she brought, then ignores us. I figured I'd just go to another associate who was available to check us out, but wanted to give her credit for the sale. At Nordstroms the associates at the check out always ask if someone had helped if it wasn't them in order to give that person credit for the sale, as they may have gone on break or ended their shift, etc. So, I tried to get her attention to ask for her name, at which time she apologizes to the other clients for having them wait, then checks us out grudgingly and full of annoyance.
I got a gift card for my bday but has been a nightmare trying to buy merchandise over the internet, I just couldn’t. I had to call and place an order over the phone, SF took the order but instead of using the gift card # I gave them, they used my SF credit card. I noticed the charge in my statement . I called to solve this Issue and a very dry and rude gentleman told me that the only solution was to return the item and buy at the store with the gift card. Are you kidding me? I already used my Nuface, it was my not fault online orders didn’t use my gift card. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me I will need to be on hold for an hour!! Lol I’m other words He will never connect me with anybody. What a horrible shopping experience.
BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This company has horrendous customer service. You CAN NOT reach the store by calling. EVERY number takes you back to the online customer service line who can't help you with an in store purchase. Even the corporate number for HBC (parent company) I was given has an automated message to email them that's too fast to even catch the first time and then hangs up. Bottom line, if you are going to continue to have physical stores you need to have a support system for customers besides going back to that store. It's unacceptable, I won't shop here anymore and I wouldn't advise you to either.
Had such a great experience here— Fabiana was so helpful from the moment I picked a dress off the rack. She even brought me a pair of heels so that I could see the variety of dresses I tried on with something better than my (poorly planned) fuzzy slides. I bought a dress on the spot! After we left, we realized my boyfriend had accidentally left his wallet. We went back, and Fabiana was back to help immediately. We had almost given up hope, and she found it! Her service even after making the sale really made such a difference, and I will definitely be back.
This location is a waste of space!! Beautiful store with absolutely NOTHING in it!!! They don't have anything like no need to waste your time coming here you can take a trip to Bal Harbour if that's the case. Their handbags department is the biggest joke even Nordstrom has a much better selection even in their shoes department save your time and go TO Nordstrom Aventura or Bal harbor there isn't nothing to buy at this Saks and the poor staff looks so bored!! As there is no traffic in the store. The Saks is beauty and no product what a joke!!
This scent is unisex and I Love it!! Purchased my favorite perfume from Saks and fell deep because of the alluring, unique and gorgeous scent that only comes from The Scent of Peace. This is the real deal folks this is the best! I went back in my pictures to find my purchase from last year. Not sure what recently happened with recent sales of my beloved but I wished so badly you had this available when I made my purchase over the pond and received something not like this. Thanks for this wonderful fragrance by Bond No. 9. It’s beautiful!!!
What a joke of a luxury experience. The employees there don't care about anything but their relaxing, leisure time. Being in the hospitality industry, I know that you can never judge someone at first glance but it's seems this is all they can do. Not once in going from 3 floors of departments did anyone offer to assist with a shoe size, glasses fitting or service of any kind.N wonder these type of facilities go out of business first. I'll take my business to the retailers directly before ever giving my time and money here.
I wanted to compliment the associates working in the cosmetics department this past Sunday, 7/17. All three of them were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist me with fragrances for a birthday present. Once we found the right one, Zary, from Dior went out of her way to box it and make it presentable for gifting. While I waited, Gaby walked me through the counter, introduced me to the line, and even provided me with a sample of foundation. I will be touch with Gaby soon for replenishing of my skin care.
I’m a regular at Saks Dadeland and Bal Harbour. First time trying Brickell and I will never be back. The staff is so rude and don’t want to help. They are all upset at who knows what. I needed help with shoes and Aldo gave me a look that looked like he just wanted to go home. It was so unpleasant. Aldo was very rude and did not help me at all. He then walked away…Will never come back to this location. Go to Dadeland or Bal Harbor they’re a lot nicer there and can always order for you what’s not in stock.
Lux Handbag Dept Not sure where to send this review but I had an issue with a bag I purchased and was worried about the time lapse until I found a free afternoon to go an exchange it. Lisandra greeted me with a smile, listened and was sympathetic to my bags clasp breaking. After just one Use! She probably got her manager, Elizabethwho resolved the issue Immediately. I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a smile on my face and relieved they were so kind, understanding, and willing to help me out.
Worst SAKS that could exist super racist super judgmental they never have anything they never have enough inventory they don’t even carry what Bar Harbor carries Barbara gives you way better service The employees at work at Balharbour don’t act like they own the store and they’re not races here at Brickell city center they’re racist and they provide the worst customer service especially the two managers that work there they’re horrible horrible Jennifer and Joanna shouldn’t even be managers at all
We ate in the restaurant. Food was OK, service not good. My husband's pasta came out 20min. before my pizza. I hate that. The point of going to eat with someone is to "eat" together. Also a huge negative is they add the tip (18% not 15% - really!) for you. The tip should always reflect 2 things - your satisfaction with your service (and food) and your pocket. Being that I am not a cheap person this practice that some restaurants do offends me. I know why they do it but I don't have to like it.
I was in Miami for vacation and went to Saks Brickell last saturday. I have been approached by a rude lady who did not speak English !! I understand this is Miami folklore and all that, but come on, this is a store receiving international customers and I did not feel comfortable. I left the store right away. Management, please, this is unacceptable that your employees don't speak English !! Other than that, the store is very clean and pleasant and the mall is pretty nice.
Came to exchange a pair of shoes here. Staff brought me the wrong size twice while I waited patiently. After wasting my time, I was told I could not exchange them because the bottom wasn’t pristine. There are no crevices in the shoes and it is obvious I hadn’t worn them. I began to show them the other boxed shoes they had brought me to try on and the bottoms were exactly the same. Paid for $6 of parking and accomplished nothing.
Worst Saks in the business, having been to several nationwide. Employees on the men's floor are rude and don't pay attention to customers, and argue about commission in front of customers. Selection lacks suits, formal wear and dress shoes, mainly gaudy designer shoes and clothing. Many employees and customers don't wear mask around other customers, even when in close contact which was uncomfortable.
Searching for heels and no one offered to help me. I had to hound Latin male associate to help. Not very helpful after I asked him to help me find a specific pair heels. He just gave up without notifying me. I had to come up to him again and he told “We don’t have those shoes here “ .. very uppity. Smh Nordstrom customer service is way better. I will not be visiting this store again.
First time post. The absolute worst customer service. Benito and Johanna could not have been more obnoxious, condescending, argumentative, and flat out rude. I was sold a defective product and they will not allow for an exchange (not a refund...an exchange). Saks appears to be more than comfortable stealing your money and selling the consumer literal trash. Absolutely disgusting.
They sent me the wrong item and I have been dealing with this issue back and forward for 4 months already and I do not get a final refund. I spent thousand of dollar in this store and now even when they delivered the item in question for the last time ( they were not supposed to sent it back again) on the wrong place they do not want to give the refund. Very bad experience .
Horrible service. Worst service of any Saks store I've ever been in anywhere in the country. They never answer the phone, they leave you hanging when you're standing in the store for long periods of time before returning to you. I absolutely would go anywhere else possible before going here. Horrendously managed. If they don't change, I predict it will go out of business
There is nothing I like better to do is to shop at Saks Fifth Avenue. They have been around for years putting smiles on customers's faces. The quality of their products is the finest money can buy. You can appreciate good quality products that are very reasonable to purchase. Shop at Saks Fifth Avenue you will not be disappointed. The experience is very rewarding
Greeted with friendly knowledgeable associates in perfumes and was kindly directed to the handbags and eye wears on the 2nd floor and was informed that the men's section was on the 3rd floor. Sampled some Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris 724, a beautiful scent, and modeled some Tom Fords and Gucci shades A wonderful day at Saks Fifth Avenue in Brickell City Centre!
While I love the store. No one seemed to want to give me any assistance. So next I visited the Dadeland store. I will shop there. Great service. I have never been to an empty Saks where I was not approach for service. I had several 3 salesman who just walking around not even brother to assist. I’m used to service at Saks this is big disappointment.
This place is so elegant and they have all the well-known brands that everyone will surely love. The place is so luxurious with very nice architectural designs. The prices are quite expensive but I know they are all worth it as their items are made with very good materials. I love their shoes, bags, and dresses they all look very elegant and nice.
I came in today to see what type of feet I have since I've been wearing out my running shoes too much. Tory helped me gain insights into my feet and the type of shoes I should have been buying all these years! He was no pressure guy and very knowledgeable. They will keep my info on file so I can return and get the right shoes all the time.
My sister and I visited this location on Saturday October 16, 2021. This store did not disappoint. They actually had inventory, unlike some stores we've noticed lately. Ask for Gary, in men's shoes. He was so helpful and accommodating, was able to help us throughout the entire store. I prefer to work with one person when I'm shopping.
Horrible service. When I finally found someone to help with a size, the lady was extremely rude and refused to attend me and told me to find someone else for assistance. Definitely was a very embarrassing situation as the person who ended up helping me even asked this attendant if she wasn’t going to help me and she simply said no.
I have always wanted the Nude So Kate Christian Louboutin pumps. Being a single mother, spending has been an issue. I paid a lot less compared to what some of my friends paid when they bought their So Kate's a few years ago. I absolutely love my new shoes! Sorry, but I bought the last size 36 (at least at the time of this writing).
I ordered a shirt that was sold out online from their store. They had me put it on a gift card first before hand due to “system issues”. The shirt was never never sent over and it took 3 months and 4 times of going back to the store in order for me to get a refund. Didn’t even offer anything to compensate. Avoid at all cost.
The best place to shop! High end Beautiful environment Great variety Lots of sales Art of dressing mixed with art of gorgeous things Definitely on your higher end of spending but then again if you want that unique high quality memorable piece come here, also shoes department has the most qualified helpful staff.
Saks is Saks. City Center is an upscale (overpriced) mall, from parking to anything that you can buy here. A few good restaurants, nice elegant crowd usually at Casa Tua. Good selection of stores, but as i said, nothing is cheap here. Location of the Miami Apple Store as well and a good Dine In Movie Theater.
Excellent experience. Johanna Rosenberg is the kind of player you want on your team, especially at high end retail. Professional and on the mark. She did not miss a beat in assuring me with an issue that could have been made more difficult by less experienced or lazy employees. I applaud whoever hired her.
Terrrrrible customer service. I made a return - the man just handed the receipt and said by. Didn’t even attempt to find the correct size shoe. Typical- Miami service - go to Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables. Saks need To do a training seminar on customer service. It’s very cold and inpersonal. Order online .
This is how your 3k bag is handled & stocked. My bf bought me a bag from here. It was in terrible condition and they were giving me problems when I asked to exchange it, accusing me of wearing it. Are you sure it’s not your back room that is the problem and you guys are selling to unsuspecting buyers?
Gorgeous store, with beautiful interior design, nice luxury products and a great environment to make your purchases in the middle of the core of Miami, the upper side of the city, Brickell. I love to go every time I’m around. Visit and explore all the levels, specially the second floor.
It's Saks Fifth Avenue. Way too pricey, and most of the stuff isn't that nice either. Staff seem bored and frustrated. I really like some of the shoes, but they're priced in the 500s to the thousands... Even if I have it, I can't justify spending that much on one pair of shoes …
SAKS.COM What a bad experience I’m very disappointed with this costumer service and the way that they work with online services. They literally steal my money. I bought an item that I never received but fedex said that was delivered and that all. No further action. Shame of you !!!!
Rather shop elsewhere. No one ever helps me when I come to this specific store/location, they're too busy relaxing and talking amongst themselves. I will never visit this saks at this location ever again. Go for Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus. They have much more helpful associates.
I have visited quite a few sacks stores in my day, this one wowed me. I'm more than thrilled with the level of professionalism and service that I received when I came to this sex location. If you're looking for some retail therapy you want to try it out here in Miami
Love going to Saks even if I am not in New York. The merchandise is always of high quality and the staff is very attentive. Just be mindful that Saks is not cheap but you get what you pay for. We picked up some high end purses and men's clothing for great prices.
Saks Fifth Avenue store (doesn't matter where) should stop selling Aquazzura sandals. They have the worst quality. I've bought my pair ir NYC and they broke when I've got back home in Brazil. I wrote Saks Costumer Service but they never gave me a proper answer.
I visited Saks at City Centre and my experience with the sales person (Aldo) was so poor. He didn’t take care of me at all. I’m pretty sure he judge me because of outfit, but I end up buying a 1000 dollar shoe. That was nasty. The store should work on his reps.
Just wanted to thank you for the incredible service I receive in your Miami Brickell store this week your associate OLGA could not have been more kind , helpful and professional Will definitely see her again Thank you for the phenomenal service .
Si, most likely I can't afford much of their brands, but I like to see it's there. Good stuff!! However, it's not a location that you can tell it's pretty, actually lacks glamor and design. Too plain for my taste; don't call me minimalist. Lol
Ordered shoes from the salesperson online, when got the box there was only one shoe in the box. Called/emailed and no response. They refused to refund me. Sent the box to the store while spending more money on shipping and still no response.
My experience with Saks was incredibly frustrating. I accidentally purchased the wrong size Eton dress shirts at the Saks store while on vacation in Miami on June 22nd. I then ordered the correct size through the Saks online store on June
The employees there act like you don’t have enough money to buy in this store, the customer service is terrible, been there twice and it’s always the same. Never going back again This employee was extremely rude. …
So It was my second time coming into this location and I was looking for Aneta Horodyska because she helped last time with a big purchase of mine. Since she was not there hopefully someone else would help me, but NO I stood around for
Incredible bad service. Yesenia was extremely rude in the woman’s shoe section. Bought a pair of shoes from her today, made me dislike the experience so much if it were not because I lived close by I would not come here again!
I had the most wonderful experience with Lama El-Haj she is a fragrance advisor and helped me shop for myself and for a gift for my boyfriend and also made me feel welcomed. She’s amazing I’d recommend her a MILLION times
I had a wonderful experience with Jonathan at the beauty department. He works at the Tom Ford makeup counter, and he's very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend to see Jonathan for your beauty and makeup needs :)
The sales associate Hope definitely gave me hope. She was so informative and helpful. She was amazing she help me make a decision between two fragrances I was looking at and made the shopping experience an absolute joy.
Jaquclin with red hair working in the men’s section… she was the worst sales associate I’ve ever experienced. We live in a penthouse across the st and shop here every weekend . NEVER AGAIN. She was so racist and rude .
Love Saks and Off 5th outlets. This Saks in Brickell Center City is the ultimate of high end stores with a great selection of men's and women's wear, colognes and accessories. My go to shopping in Miami
Worst customer service of any saks I visited . Illiterate unprofessional and un knowledgeable staff that thinks are better that the actual paying customers. Just another lovely Miami experience: (
Love it because they allow dogs, and my Luka loves to roll over the top of the carpet in the store also is great that they're have AC while there's isn't AC in the hallways of the mall. …
I was in Bond perfume Department in Saks fifth Avenue brickell . Some blond hair lady was really unprofesional and rude ever Horrendous. I ask for some perfume name to her
Easy fast service. Staff are happy to help people. Parking is a hassle and can add up at the Brickell city center but under 30 minutes is free. I come here every half year
Beautiful store. Excellent Male Fashions Department on 2nd floor. Very attentive staff. Would love to shop there if I had that kind of money. Haha! I belong to the 99%.
very nice place with many prestigious shop, brand, quality products, and if you like beautiful things, quality clothes, do not hesitate to come here. that's wonderful
Lovely set up and helpful staff. They had a rack with discount shoes, and the shoe sizes were not limited. There's also a nice area to sit down and try on shoes.
Top class store. Went for a pair of sunglasses and the attendant was a confused on locating the price of the article. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
Good experience shopping here, but feels like the associates should get a better training in customer service to assist customers in a professional way.
I love the quality of all of the products, however it's very hard to get in touch with someone on the phone, especially the women's shoe department!
Lukita in women’s is amazing! Even helped us in other departments, and went above and beyond when we thought part of online order was missing!!!!!
Overall good experience. Although some workers just stood there and didn't help m one lady finally came and helped me. She was nice.
Sharon at Dior in the Brickell Centre was exceptional at helping me with selecting a cologne. I will definitely shop with her again
The staff are warm and welcoming and have a great deal of knowledge to help you find the perfect gift for your loved ones.
Really great Saks a lot of really unique pieces and a lot of stuff on hand to help answer questions.
Customer service over the phone sucks!! Never answer and impossible for someone to answer the phone
Friendly staff and quick service. The store held the purchases til we finished dinner in the area.
my favorite store with a lot of quality things! …
Awesome experience. Great atmosphere and sales personnel are friendly.
Way overpriced. Wonderful air conditioning on a hot day!
A great store with good name brands.
Saks is always worth a visit
The best place for shopping
