Very disorganized and rude staff. Especially the woman who works the dressing rooms. She gets mad for no reason, like ok we get it, you hate your job.Apparently the dressing room I took was for elderly people but there was no sign anywhere? Simply telling me to hurry up and get out without explaining first just seems rude. I did have to try on like 4 things so it was gonna take me some time. The beauty section is probably the messiest section. Things are clearly opened with some of the product missing. The cashiers are so slow and spend more time talking then getting the long line to move. At least pretend to like your job. It’s not like you’re in food service, which is definitely worse than retail. This specific Marshall’s is not special, to be honest. All of them are managed like this.

This Marshall store is pretty nice. Items are always all over the place and floor or maybe it is during the times i choose to go. One night 2 hours before closing i watched a guy get a carry on bag off the shelf and fill it up with men's items. He walked to the door and the alarm goes off, Sales associates are right there, manager behind the counter along with cashiers and they all look but tell him " It's okay just go" Unbelievable !!! When told he shop lifted and other shoppers spoke up that saw him they just shrugged their shoulders saying "oh okay well he gone now ". Also the long wait on line to pay for items is ridiculous and consistent. Haven't went back since.

Great discount prices. But this marshalls the cashiers are not friendly and not accommodating.. and I don't like the way that they just assume that you want your receipt to be sent to your email address without confirming with you first. She did not gave me an option. She just took my email address and told.me that she emailed my receipt without my knowledge. Maybe I wanted a paper receipt. And she never sent my receipt like she said. So now I have to return and don't have a receipt. I am not happy about that. They need to give their customers options when it come to their receipt. They staff also need some customer service skills.

This store is the best. I got 2 cart-ful of stuffs. Very affordable high end labels almost for nothing. And they have a layaway department; can u beat that? The fitting room attendant was amazing, the lawayay dept lady was quite nice too, but some other staff on ground wasn't helpful at all (i didnt let it spoil my shopping experience): will get all their names and post them soon as I do. The aisles were a bit cramped, but what do u expect with all d lovely goodies they carry... In all, this store deserves 9 stars. Would hv bn 10 but for that one lady who wasn't very nice.

This store is very very trashy and raggedy. most of the employees seems to be very angry and hostile for some reason and the managers are the same way. I made a purchase with my card and was charged twice!!two unknowledgeable associates lied about how to resolve the matter. So I returned the next day and the manager was even worse. So I called customer service to try to resolve this problem of getting my money back from the store And They were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. But This is a very unpleasant marshalls to shop for me. Not comfortable at all

Oooh, Marshalls was a hot mess, I was so disappointed. The place was total chaos. The store was sloppy and messy, I could find no one to assist me so I decided to purchase a few items I found, then proceeded to the ridiculously long line. I must say though that the items I did get were very nice, the long line moved along pretty quickly and the young lady at the register was very nice and professional so I guess I'll take the good with the bad. Customer service surely outweighed the messy store. If they organize and straighten up, they would get more stars.

Although their selection of shoes and plus size clothes is great, they lack the ability to keep the store (especially shoe department) in some type of order. I don't blame the staff but more so the customers who frequent that location. They leave messes wherever they like and don't put items back. I wish this Marshalls would have more staff on-site to help with this as it really deters people from coming. Some of the staff are pleasant while others aren't and also can everyone be notified that the customer bathroom is out of service.

It was an okay experience,they had what I needed. However, since the store itself is small, there was not a wide range of products to look for. I was looking for a purse that was in my price range of $40, but there were literally only Michael Kors bags. Only Michael Kors, no Tommy Hillfiger purse or other brands. But, I found something good. I recommend going to a large Marshall's, but it is a wonderful place to shop.

Marshalls always has a surprise for you, and the best prices of the market. But this store has two serious problems: 1. Most of the merchandise are desorganidezed, and rarely you found a clerk to help you out. 2. The restrooms. They have only one, always closed, and you have to go from clerk to clerk asking for the code to open it, to get a no for an answer! So, if you are planning to go, be prepared for that!

The cashiers are super rude!!! They always seem to have a snide remark when you come there. And I'm not just talking for return. I'm talking just to do their job. How pleasantly say hello and somebody will literally act like they didn't hear me, keep bringing me up and then put the item in my hand and not offer me a bag. It's also extremely messy and disorganized. It appears there's a shortage of floor staff.

Great Prices but the customers have the place in a mess. As a customer I have seen several customers that makes the place look unorganized when the staff is trying very heard to keep it organize!!! SHAME ON YOU customers just throwing items all over, knocking things off the shelves & leaving it on the floor, eating items you did not pay for & leaving the garbage on the shelves!!!

This particular Marshall's location is very well stocked with the name brands most would like.However,sizes and very long wait times can be an annoyance. Customer service was helpful and seemed exhausted. The issue with this store is sizes may be limited. So,the best idea is to try to shop on inventory day .Not sure when that is ,but good luck!

I love shopping at Marshalls and have been to all of different locations.. surprisingly this store was very very neat.. I hate going to a store where everything is on the floor and unorganized. I guess I just found my new go to spot. Shoe dept. Is very big and staff is very helpful. Great location also. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

I literally LOVE Marshall all the deals!!!!! love that place, obviously not the most organized place but I think the deals make up for it! This one has some pretty good stuff most of the time(at least when I go) and I always find something I want! You just have to make sure you buy it when you see it because there might not a next time

Very large selection of home products and clothing for very cheap prices. The customer service from the staff was great as well, willing to assist customers in need of help. Tiffany the cashier was also very courteous and professional with many smiles given at the check out register. Keep up the good work Marshall's!

This store is always a hot mess and if it wasn't so close I would NEVER come here. There was an inappropriate conversation between two male employees while kids and customers were present. There is a time and place for everything. Every one looks miserable so I say if you don't like your job then you should quit.

It was as expected for an outlet store. Lots of clothes to choose from but limited options when it comes to sizing. While nobody approached us to offer assistance, the cashier was really nice. 4 stars because it was messy. I believe they are understaffed. Hire more people guys! Then the place will look spotless.

This marshalls have a problem with cleanliness. Clothes and stuff be anywhere and every where including the floors. They have a nice selection of stuff its just a matter of walking over clothes if not tripping over them and the lines are looong so do have patience because its not a in and out kind of store.

Love Marshalls great designer clothing at half the price, so many great linens housewares, makeup always new exciting stuff. But after searching so diligently the line at the cashier is so long....and the bathroom u need a code to get in and when u do its mostly disgusting

The quality of the goods is fine, the place is poorly maintained, management has the place looking like a thrift shop. The salvation army store is kept better. Love the prices,and the quality of the goods,nice variety,just junkie looking needs better aesthetic look.

Can find really good products here as any Marshalls or TJ Maxx group, but this particular location is very very bad when it comes to waiting in line literally there’s no one at the registers very frustrating so you’ll be waiting for the longest to get checked out

Its a good place to shop for ordinary people. But for people that love to dress real giggly I go to other clothing store like; VIP, or Models. Marshall's are for just ordinary kind of people. But it's a good clothing store and the prices are affordable too.

The price is right, cashiers are courteous and polite but there's always a long line to cash out. Also there's a Guyanese sales woman on the floor who's so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thumps up to her. She always greets you.

The store is well stocked with amazing merchandise and it's fairly clean but...the restroom is very dirty and unsanitary... if it is EVER in service. For such a big establishment they should accommodate their customers better with restroom services.

They have really nice things in there ... some ppl open things and mess it up for others.. but i notice they have new staff that are fixing these little thing, so everyone could have a good shopping experience. And the products are nice things.

When in the area, I'll sometimes walk through & find something to purchase. Often shoes when I find a pair I like. I do this because of the public restroom. Saw a pair, bathroom cut off to customers. No longer worth the long wait to checkout.

Its hard to find a product in another size considering the mess. The lotions are always opened and messy. And it seems like they no longer have anything good. On the other hand, the staff is very nice and helpful and the prices are very good.

This is the worst store, I bought some tennis shoes and when I went to put them on I realized it was the same foot, I went to the store so they could look for the corresponding one and because I didn't have the invoice they didn't help me,

Decent prices, lots of options. But, I can never find what I'm looking for. They rarely ever have my size in shoes and my sons size in shoes. I almost always end up leaving to go look elsewhere. But I still shop here nonetheless. I'm loyal.

This Marshall's store on Jamaica Ave was well stocked. . my only complaint and the reason I give it a 4 out of 5 stars is the long lines at checkout. Otherwise it's worth checking out what they have.. Designer clothes at discounted prices.

Could be better. Marshall's has a reputation of having a lack of quantity of items in stock especially desirable clothes in average sizes. Marshall's should seek to obtain better merchandise and to keep the store organized and tidy.

This Marshall's is always so messy and disorganized. I go here sometimes because it's not too far for me but you never can find anything. I've gone early in the morning and that doesn't make a difference in how disorganized it is.

Great bargains when you can get them. At times very busy and super long check out lines. Parking not so good. Extremely busy Jamaica Ave location. But very accessible to the MTA buses and train. Deli and Dunkin Donuts very close.

Marshals have a lot of cool stuff. They have stuff that you will not find anywhere else. The price is always good. The line was about a mile long though so I ended up leaving my cool stuff. Totally going back on a slower day.

Dont apply for their credit card. They gives very low credit line. Wasted hard inquiry and negative impact on ur credit score. And customer service needs to improved. Wait time in the line is a lot to checkout only 2 items.

Needs better customer service and an Express line….there’s no reason people with 1 or 2 items should have to wait on a line wrapping around the store for one thing. You’re losing customers and potential revenue that way.

Definitely amazing but you want to avoid going around 3pm and 5-6pm. The store gets pack and the lines are really long. For a cashier a wait can be 30-40 mins mind you we still in Covid and all. Overall it a great store.

Good prices, name brand and a variety of products. This one has gotten much better as far as keeping inventory. Metered parking however there is a pay parking lot on the next block. Public transportation is available.

Place is a super hot mess. Especially toys sections. Toys are everywhere thrown and open. Got blamed for it when I was checking around and some slime I found was open. So not good.

This shop does not have parking but u have to use free parking space. However price and products is better then many other shops. Basic or regular products collection is reach...

Very clean, good price, and a lot of nice clothes. The lady who helped me in the dressing room, Mrs. Lee, was really attentive and kind. The line was long but went quick.
