1. Waiting Time is way too much. I suggest don't select this center even if it's nearby. They ask you to be seated in a space which has no fresh air. It's very bad to wait in there. *You have to wait here. 2. I was charged for filter, which was not changed. 3. Maruti suzuki system shows wrong reward points Don't fall for it 4. They will loot you, they don't have fixed charges. Manager will add any charge. Then he will say everything will be done. Later when you check it will surely not be done. 5. To make up for all this, they will assign you a staff, you have to break your head to get undone things. You have to check everything. 6. I don't recommend this place at all. I would highly recommend the manager to please communicate things properly while making the estimation. They say rough estimate and addon any charges later. Be more transparent in terms of your services and charges. Would like to know if all maruti suzuki authorised centers are doing cheating or only this center. I would rather prefer a local service center over an authorised center unfortunate experience. Sharing my bad experience so that nobody else falls for this sort of cheating and also the team here, improves their service in future.

Even if they do it for Free, please dont give your car for servicing here. When my car returned from service, it started wobbling and giving me bumps and jerks while driving. I dont know what they did there. Shock absorbs or wheel alignment - they themselves dont know. It was fine before I gave the car to them. When I gave the car back to them to fix it, they are trying to justify by doing video calls and showing me the car. Why do you want to do that rather than solving the problem ? I am not technical at this to understand all that. Its plain and simple, they want to mint money from you by causing issues in your car. And then multiple people call to understand the same problem. no internal co-ordination. they use up all your petrol as well. Forgive me @Automotive- my mistake to give my valued car to you and you creating multiple issues in it. Pathetic experience.

Problem in Car After service. 1) Gear not moving freely 2) Tak Tak Noice when breaks applied 3) Average Issues 4) Back Number Plate not tightened 5) Not satisfied with Overall service cleaning 6) Lot of noice in Back portion and Front left side 7) Left door closing issues Was charged Rs 1000 for sanitisation when they had already sanitised my car when I went there.... Very poor quality work...

1st thing Maruti should understand that they should not put anyone on record that a representative will get back to us then no 1 gets back this is the 2nd t8ne I am experiencing ...That someone on record says that our representative will get back to us and none of them gets back ..

Spacious service centre. You can get your vehicle serviced without an appointment But it is recommended to book an prior appointment for servicing. They have spacious customer lounge. Staff is cooperative. Good service provided.

Not good experince. Visited bcuse its near to me, but work not done on first visit. Promise to call after three days but no update. When i called them no proper update on phone.Better if avoid such service centres. JC 23007267.

Friendly place. Due to the pandemic most of their staff is not present. But the service was excellent.

No space available here for spare parts truck . Mostly truck drivers unhappy …
