This is to the comment below. I just want to say that as a former massage therapist that communication with the therapist is KEY! If the wife and mother in law requested for lighter pressure and it was not light enough then they need to speak up again until it is to their satisfaction. It is not our aim to hurt someone and if the wife was indeed in tears then SAY SOMETHING, it is your time after all, and it is your money.. MT's only want the best for their clients, to be relaxed and have an enjoyable time. Secondly I've been a member at this location for quite sometime and I've only ever had wonderful experiences with both the front desk and mts. Great customer service, they are friendly and helpful and nothing but nice. And to your comment about the current manager I would have to disagree with you completely. Whenever I come in she is so enthusiastic and nice and genuine. If I've had a problem or question about anything she bends over backward to help. So I find it terribly hard to believe that you had such a horrible experience. And you say she never called you back, well it sounds like she did if she had to ask about a refund for you. It seems to me that she was trying to help you, like she was doing good customer service in trying to rectify a problem that your wife and mother in law had. And how tactless of you to use someones name like that. Shame on you! All in all I would reccomend this place to people a thousand and one times! And to all those who are new to massage I would reccomend you to remember to keep the communication between you and the therapist open. Speak up, you will have a much more enjoyable and beneficial session when you do!

*UPDATE* The manager got me in with another therapist the very next day and comped the massage. She was wonderful and what I had originally hoped for. The customer service aspect was great. I called and voiced my concerns after I left because I was so disappointed. She quickly apologized and offered a solution that was fair. I would go back (only to that therapist) and I appreciate their ability to remedy a bad situation. Original: I used a Groupon. Staff was friendly and area was clean. My neck has been troubling me for weeks and is the the reason I decided to purchase the massage. I asked for the therapist to get my knots out (in the neck) and then just do the rest as she normally would. My neck was not worked on at all and I did communicate that to the therapist. The entire session was just rubbing lotion in. I paid $60 and really wanted her to focus on my neck. Again, this was communicated. Once I was leaving the room I told her that I wasn’t satisfied and that I was still having a ton of pain. She said, “well sweetie. Aww. Next time. You said you wanted it to be relaxing. I was going to work the knots out but I didn’t.” That’s it. That’s the response I wasn’t given. Leaving in just as much pain as I came in with. The only thing I’m taking home is the 3lbs of lotion they used. Sorely disappointed and will not be back.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Last month, I only received a 45 min session for the one-hour massage that I paid for. The massage therapist called me in late (about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment), and finished before the hour was done -- I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Additionally, the customer service I've experienced with them is one of the worst! Today, I came in for my appointment and I was told that I wasn't on their schedule. The retreat director, Julie said that the text confirmation that I showed her was sent to me by mistake. She repeatedly blamed the computer/scheduling system. I called her a few minutes after and inquired about membership cancellation. I ended our phonecall by asking her to leave my membership as is (active), and not cancel it. I confirmed that she understands that my membership is to remain active. A few hours later I discovered that she had cancelled my membership and I lost my unused credits. I had to call her back again to reinstate my membership. I do not recommend this location and will urge my friends and family to stay away for this location.

I went in for a couples massage last week and was disappointed. I had gone in about three weeks prior for the first time and loved it so much I decided to get a membership. I was excited to take my partner and show him how fantastic it was. His masseuse was great he said, but mine I felt like he had no idea what he was doing. He massaged my back only for a good 90% of the time. He did not touch my arms, have me flip over, or anything else. We had also upgraded to the hot stones and they were barely used, and again, just on my back. He spent about 15 minutes rubbing my neck with one hand (it felt very awkward and I don't know why he just did that for so long??), and then the last 10 minutes or so of the massage rubbed my legs. No feet, glutes, arms, hands, head massage, or anything else that my partner all got and was raving about. I felt like I missed out on having a great massage, and just had some guy who had a watched a 'how to give your first massage' video prior to showing up. If it wasnt for the fact I now have a membership, I wouldnt be back.

I have had alot of massages in the past, this was the first time I was ever uncomfortable. My therapist was not professional in draping techniques and I felt exposed and all around uncomfortable. Something was just off. Plus he made me talk the entire time, basically asking after every touch if it felt ok. Asking about pressure a couple of times should be sufficient enough to tell you what my pressure preference is. But he kept asking every few seconds... if i didn't answer right away he said "talk to me please" or "answer me please". It was just really weird and I will never go back to this location. I didn't complain to the front staff because I am not one to get someone in trouble, I also felt maybe I misread the situation. Days later I am still feeling bad about my experience so I know that it wasn't right. I apologize I do not remember by therapist's name. If management is reading this I hope they go over all of these points with all their therapists as well as what is appropriate touching.

These people are so unprofessional and don't even try to do anything to make up for their mistakes. I booked a massage (I'm unfortunately a member) and specifically told the woman that I was 20 weeks pregnant. And guess what?! They booked me with someone that doesn't do prenatals and all they offered was to reschedule me at a different date! Not even the same day!! I work more than full time and can't just "come in tomorrow"!!! This is NOT the first issue I've had with these people. And I some how have to fit in like 6 massages because of course once your year is up they don't roll over (even though you've PAID for them). What a racket. As soon as I get what I've already paid for, you'll never see me again. I sincerely hope no one wastes their time and money at this horrible establishment.

My niece bought me a massage through Groupon for a 60 minute massage with choice of one elevation add on. I went to 3 different Massage Heights and had to pay for two massages because they would not honor my gift certificate to get my massage. The third time I tried to use my gift certificate, they said they would not honor my gift certificate because I had already been a customer with them before. I told them that it doesn’t say anywhere in the fine print about it having to be someone’s first time going to massage heights. She said they couldn’t honor it. So don’t ever get a gift certificate for this place because they don’t honor them. It is just ridiculous!!

Purchased a groupon for facial and massage, upon arrival i wanted to do a peel which the receptionist said it would be an extra add on. When loretta called me back she said I couldnt get it, even said id pay separately which she refused to still do so...This was not my first facial so i knew one of the products she used smelled like mold and i broke out insanely the next day which has never happened to me before. I gave 3 stars because the massage was good but awful facial service. Im not sure if i was treated differently because this was a groupon or what not but i thought it was very unprofessional.

Massage was very disappointing. While the staff was nice, I came out feeling the exact same way I went in. I communicated to the therapist that my neck/shoulders was stiff and would like him to focus on that area. Well my neck & shoulders were never even touched, it was just the same motions on my back for the full hour. Not to mention the foot scrub was not even 5 mins long. I got the groupon to try it out & was highly considering the membership bc I get massages monthly but after that experience I’ll just stick to my original massage place. I guess you do get what you pay for!

FRAUD!! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD!! . So i received a call from Mia telling me that if i didn't show up for an appointment I didnt know I had in 10 minutes she was going to charge my credit card for a full price . I was shocked because I only been there once OVER a month ago and all of the sudden I have an appointment. REALLY!! Clearly this is fraud you cannot charge someone without authorization and they didn't have mine, so i will be calling my bank and the BBB. Very unprofessional!!

I came here and worked with John. I told him to wanted medium to firm pressure but it was done with a pretty light hand. He never asked if I thought the pressure level was good and didn’t offer me a choice of what scent of lotion I’d like, like my friend who also came received. Her massage went well and the place seemed clean. Pretty much left with very little relief. Very disappointed. Update: received another massage with Victoria and she was very kind and had awesome pressure. I loved my massage with her

While the masseuses are awesome and are the reason why this place would get 5 stars, it is the front desk individuals that need to know the membership plans a little better. One girl quoted me a wrong renewal date and while $60 isn't much to most, it can be a trip to the grocery store til next paycheck. It's this reason I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. Bad customer service can make or break the loyalty of customers.

I went there for a 90 minute sports massage and it was fantastic. However, I also booked a facial following my massage, I moved my schedule as they suggested to make sure that it was before my facial and they canceled it halfway my massage. I live 40 minutes away and this was very inconvenient, it was also my birthday , and they didn't even offer anything to make up for that. I will not be going back.

Most recently I scheduled a 60-minute massage at the Stone Oak location to use a gift card I got through an auction. Xavier was the masseuse assigned to me. Most of my stress was in the top half of the body so I had him concentrate on the back, shoulders, arms and neck. The amount of pressure was good and he thoroughly worked through knots and stiffness. Definitely felt much lighter after the massage.

Very disappointed. Scheduled a couples message 3 weeks out for my husband's birthday. Received a phone call 3 days before letting us know that one of our Massage therapist cancelled and we would have to reschedule. I had his birthday all planned out and with notice of 3 days before that we had to cancel ruined our plans. We will definitely NOT be going to message height!

I have been a member for almost 10 years . Over the last 6 months , my appointments have either been cancelled or changed at the last minute . Today I I was told it needed to be changed to make it convenient for the massage therapist. It would be cancelled if I could not change . I indicated I might need to cancel my membership. I was told that was fine.

What a rip off! Their membership only includes use of the massage hours if you are active and continue to pay them. I had 5 unused hours and they wouldn't let me use or share them unless i continued to pay for the "membership". I encourage you, if you use them to only pay per session. They aren't even pleasant about it!

I have been frequenting this location for 2 years now. Staff is always friendly. As an observation the front desk staff are always new each time I visit, not sure why. I highly recommend Eboni. She is very thorough and can work just about any muscle kink out of my back. I highly recommend you visit. D

They are very unprofessional and they gave out my personal account info without authentication. Someone I know went in to the stone oak location last night and she was able to find out all of my account info. This individual that got my info doesn't even know my birthday or social security number.

My wife loved it. When I went to pick her up I thought it was a little over the top that I wasn't allowed to enter the lobby to get her, especially since I had my mask on and my vaccination card around my neck. Could have been a little friendlier to the person paying the tab...just sayin'...

This is the worst place I have ever been. The owners ripe you off if you don't renew so you don't get you last massage that came with the package you purchase. They were rude when I called to get the massage I paid for! The massages were so so nothing special. I would never go back!!!

Really enjoyed this place, we did a couples massage for sisters. I've have always gotten massages all over the state's, and while visiting other countries and I'd say this was up there at top of list of U.S. spas. It's kind of typical spa place but much talent went into the massages.
