29 May 2020 Almost 3 years ago, we commissioned Mr Max Roofing Ltd to replace our roof. We were very pleased with the results. Max and his crew were very professional, thorough, and delivered on the agreed time frame. A few days ago, a well- intentioned neighbour passing by, casually remarked that there seems to be a loose slate up on the roof. We called Max and very promptly, he came to check if any maintenance/repair work had to be done. It turned out there was really nothing to be done - everything in proper order. The reason that we are writing this review is to commend the company for being promptly responsive, trustworthy and true to their service warranty. Mr. Max Roofing was the most responsive and professional roofers I have encountered. Initially when I started the process, looking for a quote, they were the only company that wanted to go onto the roof. They were attentive, friendly and listened to our concerns, answering our many questions, guiding us through the reroofing our our home and garage, but most importantly would make recommendations on what would be best for our situation. Max the owner took the time to answer every question that we asked in a very timely fashion (evenings and on the weekends). His crew were mindful and respectful while on the job site and their attention to details was impeccable. Max was professional and easy to communicate with. We made a quick decision to replace our roof at the end of November, and Max made it happen. Randy, the project manager, and his team were very polite and responsive. They were happy to answer all our questions and help us fix some minor gutter issues. During the December snow storm, a small leaking happened on the unfinnished roof, Randy came at the first possible time the next morning and fixed it. Generally we are quite satisfied with the roof replacement. The price was reasonable as well. Everything was good except one thing: the garbage bin was not haulted away in time which made my wife not very happy. I recommend Max for your roof job.

Had a leaky roof during in between two snow storms. I dialed a few numbers in hopes to get emergency repairs from anyone. Max Roofing was the first one to call back. This emergency repair call was during Christmas holidays and I didn't expect to get a call back so quickly. The turnaround time was about 24 hours, which to me is very fair provided its holiday to most people. To my surprise, their price was fair and the emergency repairs were done with one visit. Will be using Max Roofing for future roof inspections and repairs for sure.

Max provided an excellent service re roof & gutter change to us. He was very responsive: always responded to texts and calls himself on a timely manner. His team were professionals; finished the job earlier than promised with high quality work. More importantly, Max has a great personality. It is clear that he cares about his customers. I called Mr Max when I had an unexpected leak in my roof - they were quick to respond. Mr Max himself spoke to me directly and explained my options. I was given a quote up front and there were no surprises upon completion. His team completed the job the same day and took photos of the roof so that could see what was going on. Max has replaced torch-on roof for us last year. No leaks so far, and I honestly think there won't be any in the future, considering the level of professionalism of Max. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a new roof - I was choosing from 3 different contractors and Max's quote was competitive, but his approach was way better, in terms of presenting me all of the details upfront. Noticed a small leak on my roof on Jan 3 (holiday) as snow was melting away. Called Max Roofing and Max called back the same day and was able to arrange his team to come out on the following day. Unfortunately, it snowed again overnight and, despite clearing the snow off the roof for me, they were not able to spot the leak. The team came back after the snow melted the following week, found the source of the leak and patched it. Professional service and will use again!

I called in the morning as a new client about an active leak, had a call back at noon, and a technician was at my place before the end of the day. After a thorough investigation he found a suspect place that the previous roofer had never considered. This is not an easy roof to locate where the leak originates. This first attempt looks promising. The next heavy rain will tell.

Max was able to resolve a deck roof problem we had, replaced old membrane with a brand new SBS torch-on. The solution was delivered very quickly with attention to detail. Max was always responsive and very patient to our questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again in the future!
