They had the car we wanted, a 10 reg beetle. We emailed them a week before arranging to go and see the car and I asked if it would be ready to drive away. They said yes. We then emailed to say we’re on our way. We drove nearly 4 hours and 175 miles for this car. When we got there they sent us to another address 5 mins down the road. When we got to see the car it was dirty, full of dog hair, cobwebs on wing mirrors. It had 3 warning lights on the dash, a cracked windscreen and brake lights didn’t work. They said they would fix it if I paid a deposit and come back next week for the car. They are allegedly an “AA approved dealer”. Don’t think this is true. Very disappointed and wasted a whole day and £70 of diesel.

Do NOT trust this dealership. Sold me a car for just under 3k that supposedly had a fresh MOT put on it the day before I drove it away. It had no problems reported, so was happy. Lasted a week. DPF light came on and had to get the AA out to tow me away. Arranged a trailer to have it dropped off at the dealership after agreeing to have it fixed. They then asked for half the money to have it fixed — only to have the light come back on a week later. All in all, the car has last maybe two months max. I feel like I’ve been robbed by this untrustworthy company. So do yourself a favor and steer WELL clear of Mazin Motors. There is nothing legitimate about this company whatsoever.

Stay well clear. I purchased a car for £10k, within a day a high pitched squeak started, so back up to Birmingham for them to take a look. Advised to bring it back, they’d give me a courtesy car, and sort mine. Courtesy car was an absolute mess. Apparently mine was fixed… in six months of owning it, the entire car frame underneath was rusted and would require fully replacing, shock absorbers were a mess, brakes were a mess, steering rack absolutely ruined- stay well away, they don’t have a clue about cars, and don’t care. Currently reporting to trading standards.

The car was unroadworthy once I got it in for a service all manner of issues popped up. The dealer was extremely rude when I asked for help with repairs. Whoever mot'd this car should be out of business... As should this dealer. Do not buy from them

We brought a vehicle from them this year Feb 2023. We have spent well of £3k of repairs and to top this off it’s just failed its MOT. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards also. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.
