WARNING...if in need of a proper spa, this is not the one. They offer "DIFFERENT" (+18 only) services that have nothing to do with the usual spa services. I bought a voucher for a male friend, and once there they offered him a happy ending massage and more...( he ended up leaving without using the voucher). I'm not judging what they do, because I don't care, but I would like them to be clear on they services they offer. If I new I would have never bought and given such a voucher to my friend causing him problems with the girlfriend!!!!! Also when I called to get my money back the only response was: We don't refund vouchers!.....THEN BE MORE CLEAR ON EXTRA SERVICES YOU OFFER!!

This is one of the worst spas I've been to. I can't imagine why anyone would want to give this page a positive review unless they're related to the staff/owner. I went for a wax some time ago and the way the receptionist lady(older lady) spoke to me, put me off my mood. I should have walked away but I was too shocked to think clearly. The staff were reasonably ok, nothing to shout about. But on the whole, unless they get rid of the lady in the front, PLEASE DON'T GO.

Just looking at some of the reviews here reminded me of an experience here, agree the receptionist is not a very welcoming person and she doesn't make you want to go back there. I wish I could remember when exactly I went there so they don't have a chance to say "can't find you on our records here. You were never here"

Been using M&Y for nearly 4 years. Waxing and treatments are faultless. Clean and relaxing environment specially with the new refurbishment. Im pleased with how accommodating they are with appointments, and to this date never have waited past the agreed appointment times. Excellent Service.

Lovely Salon and the best wax I have had. This will be my go to! I have now been twice and both times have received an excellent and detailed orientated service from Ella. She is extremely friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

All i can say about this salon is a big THANK YOU. I’ve been there many times, for waxing , massage and facials. The personal is amazing and the owner also. Great experience, lovely place and very relaxing ambient.

Very relaxing swedish massage, great mixture of pressure for relaxation and working sore muscles. Clean and comfortable, silk sheets and relaxing background music/lighting. Will be back!

I have been coming here for my waxing for a few years. Fantastic service, staff always happy and friendly. Very clean. Great service. Highly recommend. Only place I will go to get waxed.
