Today July 24/23 was my first time coming into this laundry mat and I cannot say enough about the place. It is so clean. The washers. The dryers. The floors. They offer drinks and snacks and detergents if you forgot yours. There are two massage chairs !!! Like wow amazing. The music is loud and everyone is cheerful. As for the young lady Yanette. What a pleasure to meet her. She is attentive to everyone and everything that is going on in the unit. Always has her eyes up and if your stuck on using a machine before you know it she will holler out the correct answer for you to get going. What am awesome attitude full of smiles and kindness. Thank you Yanette for making my day a great one at this laundry mat!!! Mia

Facility is clean and the staff is amazing! We started coming here for the wash and fold service after a bad experience with another laundry mat. We’ve been bringing my husbands work clothing here for a few months now and although it’s bit further from our home and a touch more expensive that the other place we were using but it’s well worth it!! We’ve even started bringing some of our other household laundry for wash and fold because we are so thrilled with the service! As a Mom of a special needs child, this kind of customer service and convenience is exactly what I rely on!

Clean Courteous Convenient. You would expect a laundry mat to be clean still they are sometimes outdated, lint/dust filled, broken down but not here. And the staff are always busy keeping it that way and making the customers happy. What a task, I know. So very many machines too. Didn't bring change? No problem! There is an ATM and a coin machine. And if that isn't enough you can set up on the downloadable app to pay online. Let me say this is so cool a feature. Lots of parking great location. What's not to love. Love this place.

Plenty of washers and dryers. Clean and remodeled. New manager's I went to Mega Saturday June 29th. to do my laundry and was absolutely angered to find out that the air conditioner was not in operation. I asked why and the lady who worked there, and was soaking wet with sweat, said that they put ceiling fans in so no air conditioner. It was a very hot day and with all driers working, it was a sauna. I informed the lady that I won't be back. I will wait for winter. Very dissatisfied.

Washers are working, but with cold water only, even though I paid extra, for a hot wash cycle. Dissapointing... I was standing next to the washer #10 and #11, during the whole wash cycle, for 24 minutes. Both of the washers glass doors were ice cold, during the wash and rinse cycles. I'm a regular customer here and this is not the first time it happened, in fact, It's like that half of the times. Also, I'm a certified former WM technician so I know a thing or two...

I was impressed. The facility was very clean. The machines all appeared to be in excellent shape. They were all very straightforward and easy to use. They all seemed well maintained and they use a consistent manufacturer so once you know one you know then all. They had plenty of sizes of machines. The machines did not seem particularly cheap but that did not bother me as they all seemed to be great quality and in top working order.

Everything would be perfect if my child and I didn’t have to inhale cigarette smoke constantly when we’re there. Even our hair smells of it after being there, not to mention our freshly laundered clothing. EVERYONE smoking just outside the doors and with the A/C not running, the doors are always open. It’s a HUGE drawback. Our health is very important to us and this has made me decide to find facilities elsewhere.

Honestly have been coming here forever and I cannot express how much I love this place and TINA!! Every time I am here she is making sure the place is clean, cleaning the machines, vacuuming, mopping everyone’s mess! She always has a smile on her face, works hard but most important is such a genuine nice person always taking care of everyone. She is lovely and I highly recommend coming here. 10/10!!

I used to come in during the days, the staff were friendly, but there were always spills on the machines, rugs needed a good vacuum, dirt/dryer sheets on floors, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Since I've been coming in in the evenings, the laundromat is always clean, smells great, carpets are vacuumed, bathroom is clean. Definitely coming in the evenings from now on.

My first visit it was a great experience the person in charge-is wonderful with seniors and all her customers this is my first time here and has been a great experience and the people in here very helpful for me , this laundry I would recommend to my friends and family they are definitely a five star business The supervisor is a wonderful asset to this business,

Staff is amazing, talkative and polite. They make the wait for a load to finish easier to deal with and have amazing advice for laundry. I always see a smile and a warm welcome. I will always recommend this place. The only thing I recommend for this place to improve on is getting more carts as it's a bit of a battle for carts on certain days.

Clean and new machines. Signs of having to mask covering both entrances. Once inside was maybe 6 people, 3 without masks including the attendant. No concern for safety, I won't be back. And to your lying reply about them always wearing masks, I knew I should have taken pictures but shows you have no concern for the public in ignoring this.

For me it was Tina. She was best person for me ever here or in an laundry so far i have seen. So nice, willing to help , so patient, co i asked her atleast a good dozen questions as i am new to the place. Very courteous and very professional. That was good customer service Tina. Keep up the good job. You just made one more customer today.

I love doing my weekly laundry here! The staff are so nice and friendly. Very very clean as I was always nervous about using public laundromats but never had an issue here. Prices are decent as well. Has been getting busy lately so I would more so come during the week instead of the weekend.

The attendant that was there May 30th. I am sorry I forgot her name. Is one very nice lady. My first time there she help me and explained how the machines worked. This lady should get a BIG RAISE, people like her are very hard to find. The place was bright and sooooo clean, I will be back

One of the best coin laundromats I've ever used. Extremely clean and tons of machines, but what really makes this place great is the staff; incredibly helpful (if you're clueless about the ins and outs of laundry this place is for you). Really happy we decided to try this place out!

It was very clean and updated with lots of washers and dryers with different sizes available. There is a change machine on site and even a vending machine with snacks. They have everything you could need. The machines also worked every well. I would definitely using Mega Coin again!

Good, big machines for all your laundry needs, price a little bit higher with washer/ dryer, big washer with hot water is $9 , big dryer $0.25 only 3 minutes or small dryer is $0.25 for 4 minutes, anyway good look and clean, I liked just washed 1 for a week, it's ok price reasonable

Gloria at the laundrymat is always helpful and friendly and always working hard. Someone put to much money in the dryer and she allowed me to use it after the client was finished which helped a lot. The laundrymat was so busy but she made time to help. Thanks Gloria

Been here numerous times during pandemic and was never told I had to wait in my car even during busy times. Wish I would have been told that I would have gone somewhere else. I like how clean it is but after today I won't be back

Great place to get my laundry done. Reliable machines and even during peak times, I always find a spot to do my heavy loads of laundry. The ladies here are amazing and super helpful with any questions I may have.

Place is clean bit expensive. However the woman working there is not friendly courteous or upholding the rules of present day pandemy..she should never be aloud to work in public I'll never go there again

Use them whenever we need to check up on laundry. We only use theia laundry mat because it's closer to us but takes about 15 min s walk where we live and it's also very clean

The place is quite clean and easy to maneuver. My first time experience was made quite pleasant as the only staff member "Joan", on duty that day was under the weather.

I enjoy my weekly laundry runs every Saturday morning. Tina is an excellent employee very friendly and polite with everyone and keeps the place clean and organized.

I used this facility for my comforters that are too bulky for my machine at home. The place is spotless, the machines did a good job and the staff was very nice.

Probably 30 washers and dryers, change machines, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful, she even had a great sense of humour.

Lots of machines here.. but the prices are outrageous. $4 for a hot wash and $2 for the dryer… not cheap also the washers have trouble taking in coins
