Nous avions une réelle urgence à régler, et les risques que ce soit graves étaient bien présents. Antoine et Megatron Électrique ont répondu à notre appel et ont accepté de répondre à notre urgence malgré leur journée de fou. Ils sont passés et non seulement ont-ils réglé notre problème, mais ils nous ont montré comment le régler pour la prochaine fois. Bon, ce n'était pas sur un plan budget (c'est le prix à payer pour une assistance d'urgence), mais on ne peut dire que du bon de leur service. On a maintenant notre référence si jamais on doit appeler à nouveau un électricien!

On a very very hot day, my air conditioner stopped working and I noticed it was a breaker issue on the electrical panel. I couldnt make it work, so I called to book an electrician. Megatron was the first to call me back, and took me through the steps, on the spot, to get my panel working again. Didnt even ask for anything in return. Im surprised at the level of customer service and the professionalism, and I will surely be coming back next time I have an issue. I like working with companies that care.

Recently bought an electric car and needed an electrician to install my Tesla charger. George came to give me a quote (which literally took him only a few hours to send it). He was super helpful answering all my questions, especially about the government incentives for EVs! He made time to come right away to install it even on short notice. Just needed some information about power strips and extension cords. I took a chance and called at 9:06 pm which is kinda late. A very nice man answered who could speak English (helpful for me) and was pleasant and kind and willing to help me with his expertise which I very much appreciate. Deserves all the stars the business has online and I would certainly consider using this business for electrical services in the future.

The main breaker in the house went defective and shut the power to the whole house between Christmas and New Year. I phoned Megatron Electrique @ 7am and they showed up at my place within 2 hours. A quick diagnostic and they went off to purchase the breaker. Three hours later everything was up and running. Quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend George and his team.

We needed an outlet adjusted so a new appliance would work and contacted Megatron due to the good reviews. The guy called right away, quoted a very fair price for the small job, came to our apartment and fixed it quickly. From first contact to job done in about 2 hours. I will go back to them again next time I need an electrician for sure.

Needed a new thermostat installed due to a defective one. Called Megatron Electrique and the owner answered right away and came by the day of to install my new thermostat. Nothing better than a timely, efficient and responsive electrician. Answered the phone and got the job done the same day. Great service, solid price. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and friendly. After a previous electrician tried to fix an issue at my condo, I continued to have problems. Megatron was able to more accurately identify the underlying cause and resolve it efficiently. Add fast response times and very competitive rates, and it makes for an easy 5 stars!
