Nice website interface, easy to navigate and create an order but that's were the charm ends. As with some other 2 star reviews my delivery was not delivered by 7pm on a Saturday. I waited till 9pm and left a voice mail as the business was already closed. The flowers did not get delivered at all on Saturday because somebody else at a different address got them and was kind enough to text me on Sunday. I had to go and get them myself and I ended up not giving them to the intended recipient as the party was long over and the flowers were no longer in pristine condition as they were left without water for 24 hours. After mailing the company on Monday they offered me a discount on delivery explaining that it's the driver who is at fault. Definitely not a very professional approach to manage claims by not taking full responsibility for the end-2-end service. Will not be using their services in the future. Simple as that.

Melbourne Fresh Flowers is my go to for flowers for special occasions for family and friends. The choice of flowers, arrangements and bouquets are fantastic. Price point is very competitive with other outlets, while not the absolute cheapest out there, they include care instructions and sachets of food for your flowers to prolong your enjoyment. The roses for valentines day lasted a full three weeks with care taken on looking after the bloom. The overall service is higher than what you would receive from the larger international chains. The delivery service is one of the best out there, with notifications of departure and delivery sent to your (the senders) inbox - reassuring to know they have delivered. Highly recommend this service and will be using them again!

The website was easy to navigate (so many choices) and the product was detailed with pictures. Making the transaction was simple and hassle free. I could select the date I wanted the flowers to be delivered and thankfully amidst this pandemic, the delivery was on time. My recipient was notified to receive the flowers at her door (apartment complex) and it was in great condition. I ordered the standard size special delight for a birthday present. The online ordering process was easy and quick. You never know what to expect from an online order but my friend loved them and the photo she sent me showed that what she got was exactly what I had ordered. The flowers and foliage looked fresh and the colours were vibrant . Delivery was on time which was great (next day) and pricing for delivery was less (by half) than other flower delivery places (of a similar location) that sent to the same area. Purchased a bunch of 20 long stem roses for valentine's day. Early (lucky I did because they sold out). And I can understand why, the flowers are very fresh, and my wife was impressed, and loved them very much. Just remember that they are delivered between 1pm-5pm, not earlier. This should help you plan your day in case you have things to do outside of home. While it didn't occur to me to take a picture before I out them into a vase, the flowers were wrapped and presented very neatly and well. Wonderful service. Very helpful over the phone and I was pleased to get an online chat screen appear to check that everything was OK. Great range of different flower arrangements at a pretty reasonable price considering the difficulties of operating under a stringent Covid lockdown in Melbourne. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DON’T WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS!!! I made an order a day before and stressed that It must be delivered early in the afternoon so my wife can receive it at work for our wedding anniversary. The flowers however was delivered at 4:30pm when my wife was not in the office. I have made a complaint and the most unprofessional respond was received with no apologies. They could have easily delivered the flowers within the requested timeframe as the location was in the city and they are indeed located in the city also.

I looked up random websites on Google to send sympathy flowers to a dear person who had just lost their pet, and the search lead me here. They're a local family business which makes me incredibly happy to support & contribute to. The website is straight forward; delivery will depend on the suburb and location (e.g. business, hospital ward etc...) but I find it reasonably priced especially for same day delivery. They responded to my email (almost) immediately and I didn't even have to leave my bedroom.
