Very poor customer service and missed delivery date with no tracking. Missed the delivery date with no explanation or correspondence whatsoever. No tracking provided either. I have had good experiences with The Little Market Bunch previously, so I was very disappointed to have had this experience. If you can't even deliver some flowers to a loved one on their birthday during lockdown, what hope do we all have? I ordered the flowers to be delivered 2 days prior, and well within the standard delivery radius. On delivery day, normally, you receive tracking info once the driver is on the road. I received no info at all. As the day progressed, I got more anxious. At about 6-7pm, I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed and tried to ring the number on the site. No response from email and 'number is not available' on the phone. Nothing was done on Sunday. I emailed on Monday - No response. I emailed on Tuesday - finally got a response saying they were very sorry and that their tracking system went down (no reason why the flowers still weren't delivered on the right day, though). The manager was being contacted as to the next course of action. Haven't heard anything back, and it's now Friday. Very disappointed, and I would hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of a florist delivery service. It's a shame because the flowers generally are very nice. (Edit) Shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by customer service. They offered to deliver a bunch of flowers to my partner as a peace offering/compensation. I accepted, and the flowers were delivered later that day. This was impressive and I was thankful, and I consider the matter settled. Thank you, Little Market Bunch, I'll not forget it!

Not only are they delivering a bunch of flowers I didn't order via the postal system 3 days late, they didn't even care. Their reply in response to this review again reinforces their desire to make excuses, rather than to care about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favour and use another company. I ordered flowers for a set delivery date. When they weren't delivered and I contacted the company to clarify why they would be arriving 3 days after the confirmed date I was told it is due to the delivery option I chose. There was no clarity about this delayed delivery when making the order, as they confirmed delivery would take place on the date I selected. I reached out to the company first via the chat system (which assured me that although unattended I would be emailed a response - 18 hours later I had to chase it up by phone) When I contacted the company they didn't care about my disappointment, confusion or lack of satisfaction. They just kept telling me it is the delivery option I selected. When I pointed out the lack of clarity when ordering, they told me it was the delivery option I selected. I queried why they didn't source flowers locally (it was an interstate delivery) and expressed my concern about the flowers a $70 purchase would arrive looking less than fresh. They advised me they were using native flowers. I do not like natives and did not select a bunch of flowers that contained natives. Then they hung up on me. I am so very disappointed in my experience. I wanted to support a local business in these difficult times but will not take the chance with them again.

Update - 4 Aug 2022 - I logged my case with PayPal and I have now been refunded the full amount as the case was closed in my favour. Leaving bad reviews is not something I normally do but if I could give 0 stars, I would. The plant I ordered was not delivered, then they proceeded to argue with me in text messages for hours about no one being there to receive the delivery when I have confirmation the concierge was at the front desk. The driver left without any proof, taking the plant with them. They won't give me a full refund constantly telling me I can only have partial refund or a voucher. They also tried to charge me an additional $12 for a second delivery to be done overnight, however I advised no one would be at the premises tonight and asked for my full refund. I am still waiting for the full refund. This company isn't worth the risk. They are unprofessional and if you want to make someone smile with a flower delivery just dont risk it. They won't even receive the delivery. Excuses will be made up even though they admit to having no proof or photos of what they are claiming.

Fantastic service. I wanted to send some flowers to a special someone on a Sunday. I looked everywhere in the Northern Suburbs for a florist that delivers on a Sunday (Same day delivery) and was unable to find one. Eventually came past Little Market Bunch that had an amazing arrangement with a nice jar. When I made the purchase Google auto-filled my address in the suburb as well instead of the lady I wanted to send it to, so when I got the email I quickly rang Little Market Bunch and spoke to a representative who helped me out and fixed it all up for me. The flowers were delivered at about 5:09 pm to the lovely lady that same day who LOVED them. Said they were 'beautiful' and was very taken by them. TOTALLY recommend this crew and will 100% use them again. The fact they also have a business in Brooklyn and were able to deliver to an address that was about 40min away, practically on the other side of the CBD on a Sunday afternoon was just fantastic. Totally worth the $20 delivery fee to give someone that special moment. Thanks, Little Market Bunch!

I recently bought a gift for my friend in Canberra. I live in Newcastle, so I organised for it to be delivered on the Monday at her place of work. I ordered it early Sunday morning, before they were open. I then found out around 3:30pm Sunday (just after opening hours) that she had come to Newcastle for the week. I left a voicemail, and upon realising they were shut, emailed as well. I then phoned first thing Monday morning and again later that day and received their voicemail both times. Despite leaving my order number and contact number in all voicemails and emails, I still, to this day (a week later) have not heard from them. The gift was then delivered to Canberra on the Tuesday (a day later than it was supposed to, and therefore no good even if she had been there) and by the time my friend returned home this week, the flowers were no longer fresh. Although I am very satisfied with the pricing, quality and range of the gifts, the lack of contact was infuriating and I will not be using this service again.

I ordered flowers for my partner’s birthday. They were meant to arrive between 9am and 5pm. I get home from work, asking my partner, “Did they arrive?” “Did what arrive?” she says. It’s about 5:30pm at this point. What the hell? We’re going out for dinner and staying in the city that night. We have to leave. I get a notification later on, around 6:30pm, saying the flowers have now been delivered. Well, thanks a lot for that. What a waste of money. We didn’t get home until the afternoon of the next day. I try calling Little Market Bunch, but nobody answers. I call again and again, and nobody is answering the phone. I call again the next day, and no answer. I use their website to make complaint/request refund. I still haven’t heard ANYTHING back from them. My partner’s birthday was on the 7th. It’s now the 27th. Is that it? I paid to have flowers delivered sometime between 9am and 5pm. And they were not delivered in that time. I want my money back.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have no choice. In fact, I've reviewed over 70 businesses and almost all of them get favourable reviews from me. I have owned my own business for over 10 years and if I treated my customers in this way I'd be broke by now! I ordered and paid for my items on the 3rd January. I paid for delivery with a confirmation date of 8th January. The goods still have not arrived, nor have I been communicated with. I have tried calling the mobile on the Google listing here, emailing them and even leaving reviews with my mobile number for the company to be in touch with me to resolve. I have been publicly bullied by The Little Market Bunch online being slagged as a 'racist' which I find defamatory and am putting The Little Market Bunch on notice in this regard and reserve all of my rights. I bought a red velvet cake from this business on 24 September. It was hard as a rock and off. I contacted the business via email and the mobile phone number that you use to collect the cake. They did not respond and had no interest in the fact they had sold me old rubbish that was thrown in the bin. The cake was hard as rock, tasted like hard cardboard. Absolutely disgusting that they would not even take a call or email. Got the money and did not care. I will never support this business again. It is incredible you took the time to post a long story about how fresh your cakes are but would not take my phone call or email. You should be embarrassed the cake was not even edible!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Pictures paint a thousand words. Flowers delivered to my friend COVERED in mould for $150. To make matters worse, the company have not responded to a single call, text, email or even Facebook message about this as I genuinely should be getting a refund for this. Terrible quality products and even worse customer service. EDIT - the company is blaming Aus Post for this mould - this was delivered EARLIER than the delivery date and perhaps you shouldn't be selling Australia wide if this is going to be the result! You are responsible for faulty products, it is plain and simple. I am STILL awaiting a response from the company for a refund.

First time trying them out. I ordered a small native bunch for my sister's birthday but unfortunately, she was sent a fresh bunch instead! While the bouquet was very sweet, it also contained white chrysanthemums which are not favoured by chinese for birthdays! I complained and the Little Market Bunch was very receptive.. they apologised and sent out a medium size native bunch the next day! Kudos to them for rectifying their mistake so quickly! I would have given a five stars if there was no mistake but their flowers are very fresh and the arrangement was nice! I will however definitely give them another try!

I contacted The Little Market Bunch about flowers for my wedding. I didn't know too much about the details of what I wanted, but knew I wanted simple bridesmaids bouquets, natives included in the bridal bouquet and native buttonholes. The flowers they gave me were absolutely beautiful and I was so happy with them all. The Little Market Bunch worked their magic with my very basic and limited ideas and I couldn't be more pleased. Their communication was limited and it took a while for a response, but once I went to the venue and spoke to the florist, I was relived to know they could accomodate what I wanted.

I had sympathy flowers sent late in the afternoon to a friend to be dispatched and delivered the same day. I mistakenly provided the wrong apartment number, however Eva the lady delivering them, persisted in getting to the bottom of it until she found the correct apartment and the flowers were successfully delivered. I really appreciated Eva going above and beyond to successfully deliver the flowers despite my mistake as the husband of the recipient had just passed away that day. I would highly recommend Little Market Bunch for the quality of the flowers and their excellent customer service.

Paid over $200 with delivery. Flowers were meant to be medium size costing over $100- the flowers delivered looked nowhere near medium size, more like 2-3 flowers on top of a small bunch. Completely disappointing. Delivery left outside the door, the driver didn’t even rang the doorbell. Delivered so late in the night. Took photo of the flowers only and a sad white bag placed on the door mat that you couldn’t see if it had the chocolate and wine i ordered. Complete rip off. For $200 I expected bit more than sad, small, cheap, looking flower arrangement and poor service

At around 6pm today I received a "Little Market Bunch small" from this company. It was sent by my vet to honor a recently deceased pet. The bunch consisted of 6 different types of flowers and some leaves. Two of the six flowers were turning brown/dying and some leaves were wilting. Another flower in the bunch, a lily, is known for killing cats. The card read, in part, "memories of their life with you will always bring smiles to you faces". Seriously guys, you need to lift your game. Proof read messages and don't send half-dead flowers to commemorate a dead pet.

I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for my friend’s birthday. She was stuck in lockdown and I wanted to send flowers, but it was so hard finding a place that delivered on a Sunday without being super duper expensive or tacky (you know, those flowers that look super tacky and lame that you got from your dad when you were 15…. Maybe that’s just me). Anyway, the little market bunch flowers were so beautiful and delivered the next day on Sunday afternoon! I got to see it’s live tracking status which was good too. She LOVED them!

2nd & 3rd ORDER UPDATE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I decided to order two more 9-stem (large) arrangements in November and was not disappointed! The third bouquet consisted of beautiful peonies. They smelled so good! Thanks again Little Market Bunch! First order! The arrangements were beyond what I expected. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The delivery was seamless as well…ordered online, updates were sent via a link in text message, and florals were delivered before lunch on the following day. Definitely ordering again!

I have ordered a same day delivery as I needed some flowers by tomorrow for a close friend’s birthday. I was within the desired km, but it’s almost 10pm now - no tracking information has been created, no one has answered my calls, and a random lady just called back from the same no. asking why I called her?!?! This is a bit unheard of, and some communication would be excellent before it’s too late to be delivered and I’m disappointed with picking such a beautifully advertised shop.

Highly recommend! Ordered a gift from the US for a friend who is based in Melbourne - didn't have much insight into Victoria-based services like this, being based in the US, so took a bit of a chance, and I'm glad I did! Wonderful service paired with fast and efficient delivery made this absolutely seamless. What's more, the basket itself was absolutely stunning! I even got an e-mail directly from the owner following delivery, to ensure my order was completed to my satisfaction.

Would never trust this business. They're quick to take your money and quick to deliver but they literally dumped the bouquet on the fence on the STREET not even at the door. The flowers looked nothing like the photo in terms of colour and arrangement and when called out, they were unapologetic and took no accountability. Overall terrible experience and they also blackmail you into removing reviews to get your money back. Don't sell a product you can't fulfil, it's not that hard.

I personally had a very pleasant experience but was a little horrified to read some of the responses from Little Market Bunch to honest reviews left by customers. If i had read the reviews before ordering i probably wouldn't have gone with them. That being said, delivery was fast and received good tracking notifications. I think you need to check your tone before responding, maybe take a day and then respond so it doesn't come across as emotional and is more professional.

Very disappointed with the service and response of the Little Market Bunch . Flowers were delivered with the personalised card missing and the actual flowers were not worth $130. Sparce , cheap flowers and the centre piece was one big Lily already opened to the max . Tried to contact them and have had no response. Do not waste your money on this florist when there are many others around offering beautiful flowers and good customer service.

Very pleased with the service - order and delivery was perfect. Everything was organised online and actual items were represented the same as online. Flowers were lovely and chocoaltes were very cute. The estimated delivery time and tracking was also provided the same morning of delivery and after delivering the item, a photo was attached as a receipt of deliver confirmation. Couldn’t be happier! I live overseas and used the Little Market Bunch to send some lovely flowers, fruit and chocolate to a loved one in Australia. They were delivered really quickly and the tracking for delivery was really useful too. The flowers are even more beautiful than I had hoped, the fruit is fresh and there were lots of different flavours of chocolate to choose from too. My order was packed literally in minutes - I know because I got updates all along the way - and then I could watch on a map as the delivery car crept closer to dropping the surprise birthday present to my 23yo niece’s house. She loved it (mini succulent bowl and a bottle of sake) and it was nice to make her happy when I’m so far away. Happy to recommend to others & will probably use again myself.

I placed an order to be sent to a friend. I loved that I could choose an arrangement in a jar/vase, and choose the size of the arrangement. The description was clear as to how many flowers would be included. The delivery person posted a photo of the delivered flowers and they were perfect - exactly what I had hoped for. Would have liked postage to be included in price, but otherwise very happy.

When I received my order it was smashed ( at no fault of the seller) it was packed really well. I contacted The Little Market Bunch and after sending pics they offered me a refund, I asked if they could just replace my order and they agreed straight away. Save your money! Received the “Native Postal Bunch” as a birthday gift, it was a bunch of foliage, twigs and 2 near perishing native blooms. Did try to have a discussion with the company, but they were not interested, except to say “that there was 15-17 stems. Poor customer service, at it’s best. “Little in bunch size and quality, but certainly ‘big’ on price”

I have ordered flowers with a card from their website, and they failed to include the message or a card, obviously making it hard to understand the context of the gift or who it was from. I did give them two stars on the product page, but 1 star because they decided to delete that review.

Quality of the flowers are amazing! Prices for flowers + delivery are extremely good! What really tops off the experience is their email updates & driver delivery tracking! I ordered the Oriental Lilies Bouquet for Mother’s Day. The Lilies were nice but the “fresh foliage” was half dead, had holes in it, and generally looked really sad. Considering the price it turned out to be a disappointing Mother’s Day gift. I’ve used the little market bunch before and they’ve been great! But I could no longer recommend them.

Same day delivery and the flowers were beautiful and option to include a nice glass jar so my friend wouldn't need to find a suitable vase. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I was able to track the delivery with a photo of the delivery once it had reached the destination and a follow up email once it had been delivered.

Do not buy the red velvet cake!!!! I ordered this as a present for a 65th birthday and paid $130 and it was so terrible!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I wish I would’ve read the other review about the cake before I bought. Very disappointed that the company has had issues before and obviously not rectified.

Ordered just after 3pm for delivery today, contacted the bloke who was supposed to deliver at around 5:30 at 7:20 who told me he didn't even have the flowers in his car. Never even let me know that, I had to contact him to find that out. Don't bother with this place, there are plenty of other florists to choose from.

I use here for many occasions. High quality of the flowers and speedy delivery. Last minute change in delivery, they accommodated the request. Also the more you buy the more often you can get voucher for future use. I love the point system. It’s kind of rewarding and making me want to use them again. Recommended!

Thank you for ruining my surprise by sending the flowers 3 hours before the agreed time and without any notification. The flowers meant to be delivered between 5pm and 10 pm while they arrived at 2.30 pm and every time I tracked my order there was no update until it said the package has arrived at destination .

I rang them the next day and the guy who answered the phone was so abrupt, he told me to text them the delivery address and the flowers will be send the following day.
