I've been coming to Dr. Nash for some time for pain management. He understands and always helps me find options that are most effective for my back pain and less stress on my body. The staff are tremendously helpful and so very sweet starting with care coordination for scheduling and working behind the scenes to the hospital professionals on duty. They all seem a happy team working with Dr. Nash. He's always smiling and positive and it reflects on everyone. I trust and feel cared for. The hospital is kept cool and clean and each patient is placed in their own comfy room while you wait and post procedure to recover from anesthesia. The nurses kind and attentive and are always around. Dr. Nash takes time with each patient before your procedure and during so you won't feel rushed or overlooked and that does translate to your wait time. So as long as you are prepared to sit back patiently while he does his thing one patient at a time, for those starting treatment — it is perfectly normal to be there a couple of hours plus some including admission, prep, and post procedure. I bring a book or my earphones and time goes by quickly.

Leading up to my appointment, I was nervous as it was my first time having injections ever. From the 2 ladies at the check-in desk, the lady who took me to my room from the waiting area, the lady who did my vitals and upstairs check in questions, my nurse, the anesthesia doctor Dr.V, the pain management doctor Dr Carey, and my recovery nurse, I had a smooth comfortable experience. They eased my nerves, made me laugh, made sure I was comfortable, took time to explain the process. I was throughly impressed and pleased. Everyone seemed to get along, helped each other, and it made my visit maybe the best visit I have ever had, honestly. I had never even heard of Meridian Hospital. I am definitely glad I was sent here. Thanks to the entire staff for taking care of me.

I didn’t know what to expect when going to Meridian hospital for my first procedure. I have to admit I was quite nervous but that went away when I arrived and met the staff. Besides the paperwork which I know is necessary the process for checking in was quite smooth. The nursing staff was also very amicable and made me feel at ease which definitely helps calm the nerves. I had another procedure the following week and my experience was also the same. It was nice that the staff actually remembered me from the first time.

There's nothing like feeling like a real person, instead of a file number to be processed and pushed along (or perhaps forgotten), just one of the herd. I received kind, personal and personable care from the moment we walked in the front door. From before, actually, when I consider the pre-op phone calls. And the actual treatment is amazing. It's almost a 60-minute drive for us, but well worth the trip. Five stars for doctors, nurses, staff, and treatment. Thanks, guys!

Meridian hospital was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean and immaculate. The cleanliness was unlike anything I have experienced in a medical facility.I was here for an endoscopy (my Doctor is Dr. Bavishi) and the entire process was seamless. I want to share a thank you to the staff for all of their professionalism during the procedure and for following up to check on me.

Dr Nash and his staff do great work. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Dr Nash is awesome! He explains the procedures in a way I can understand. They also provided me transportation (to and from). I typically don't have anyone to take me to my procedures or pick me up after. This alone, is worth it! Otherwise, I would have difficulty getting my procedures done.

Love the staff they all are very courteous and attentive starting from the front desk recognizes me welcomes me by my name don't filling out all the forms. The nurses and the doctors have all been caring to me and have shown to be concern for my well being always calls me at home after the procedure and the next day. The best place I've been to be taken care of.

Very informational. Soon as you get in the building they greet you with a smile. Even though I was about 10/15 late they did not make me rush still took there time as a team getting all info that was needed and once we went to the back the staff was smooth and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. I’ll recommend for any and all injections

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I was very nervous and scare about the epidural injection but they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. It has been almost 5 months and I have not had any side effects or any sort of pain. I highly recommend this hospital.

My whole experience was pleasant. The nurses and the surgical staff treated me kindly and professionally. I especially liked having my own room with a restroom that I was in before and after my surgical procedure. I appreciated the phone call the next day to make sure I was recovering as expected.

I had multiple procedures at this hospital last week, and they were all very kind and accommodating. I did not even feel like I had gone to the hospital after I left, and I felt great. I would definitely recommend this hospital to other patients.

I was scheduled with less than 24 hours notice from my Dr, which was a blessing in itself, the hospital was amazing!! I don’t think I have liked another pre/post op nurse as much as I did the ladies there! I could not recommend them enough!
