I requested the assistance of Nichole to write a brand new policy for renter’s insurance as well as car insurance for a first time renter. Being that I am completely inexperienced in the insurance realm, I felt like Nichole made the experience super straightforward. She walked me through everything and even made sure that I got the best price for the coverages that I needed. Today I requested a quote from the location on Bryant Irvin location Fortworth Texas talk to an agent and he quoted me a price on car insurance three vehicles $700 to start a policy and $700 a month I think it’s because I’m a black man in Texas I want the word to get out that this is not acceptable no matter what race you are I was really disappointed and will never recommend his location to anyone and you should do the same. This is against the Austin state board of insurance. I will be reporting him.

It’s hit or miss with Geico... I was rear ended and referred to a medical adjuster who has yet to answer her phone or return the call. I still don’t know the extent of my injuries because I’m having to wait on her. It’s unacceptable really. Then I call and am told I’ll be on hold 25 minutes. Also unacceptable. Beyond frustrated at this point.

I really liked Geico, and anytime I needed to make changes or ask questions they had always been professional. When I got a new car, my insurance went way up. I wasn't going to be able to afford the high payments, unfortunately I had to switch my insurance company. Overall though, they've been fairly professional.

Both Nicole and Marisol were very professional, candid, and open with me about my options. They did not go for a hard sell and they answered my questions efficiently, in great detail, and they clearly knew what they were talking about. I will end up saving $2,000 a year on my auto insurance thanks to their help!!

They were in front of my house taking pictures of my car when they have no business doing so. I've never had, not will I ever have insurance with them and I haven't been in an accident, so they were invading my privacy and nobody would call me back to tell me why. I would give 0 stars if I could.

GEICO has been my car INS carrier for years. I'm disappointed that they do not offer low mileage insurance because I'm a retired senior and no longer drive the mileage I used to. So, I'm searching, but so far don't find anything better.
