The most unprofessional and arrogant sales team. They never deliver on their promise and gave the audacity to yell at their customer and hang up the call while speaking. If you want to have a life long experience of follow up, then go for them. There are tons of other shops with better products and indeed best customer services. I'll never recommend anyone to buy from this showroom.

I've got curtains and curtain provision done from them, curtains were good. But the rod provision done from then for curtain was such a mess that changing curtain every time is a nightmare for us, as they didn't take proper measurement and drilled the rod setup. It was unexpected, we liked their customer handling and went ahead with them but now we are suffering!

purchased sleepwell mattress from milan HSR last year. they had given very bad quality mattress. when I contact sleepwell company they given return voucher. But Milan guys are asking extra money for refund. I got other mattress from other shop. These guys are very rude and always give bad product. I strongly not recommend this shop. beware of these shop.

Got a cot with storage and shoe rack from this shop 2 weeks back. Delivered after 1 week. 3 days after usage cot drawers got struck and got derailed. When we checked, found that rails used were of bad quality. Has been trying the owner to get someone come over and change it. A 27000 cot and used just for 3 days. Too bad quality stuff.

Purchased sheesham cot for 45k... With special feature.... It speaks...whenever you sit on it, get up from it... Or even when you are sleeping on it. Worst after sales .... Now they are saying the sound will be there... And we should bring our own carpenter to get it fixed...as they have received all the payments.
