Really good experience Mr Hussain has a good experience and explained really well during initial selection stage. He has also good ideas around as per your requirement. He updated me the status of the product delivery and kept a good communication. His team is also very good and done a good work, did the demo and answered all questions. They even do curtain alterations if required I will recommend to others also for such a nice dealing from start to end.

It was a very bad experience. very irresponsible staff. The ordered mattress of one size provided me with another size. Now he is making excuses for not providing the exchange. I thought of giving him orders for curtains, but thank God I didn't give him orders. I ordered from Amita, exclusive from HSR, nice collections and staff support. It is better to investigate before spending money.

Very professional and helpful. Mr Hussain took utmost care to ensure proper precautions during COVID. Samples were sent home so we could choose the right fabric , with options across price ranges. The stitching was excellent and the service personnel who came to install it were very good as well. I would very highly recommend!

Our requirement was not matched. We asked for 3 separate curtains, they joined and gave 2 curtains. We asked for black out lining, but they delivered normal one. Even color shade of lining is different than what we asked. Curtain channel is also not working smoothly.

The royel farnish shop work is very nice and good quality I am really impressed that work I doing again and future whatever I need curtains and all I am definitely went that shop i love that. Special decor just owo . I will suggest everyone one times go there .
