Worst place! Very dishonest owner of Millwoods Auto Centre. I took my Toyota Corolla 2007 there for Out of Province Inspection at this shop. After initial inspection, owner asked me that the shocks and struts, and rear brake drums were needed to be replaced before giving me out of province vehicle inspection certificate. I knew that there was nothing wrong with shocks and struts, and rear brake drums at all and Millwoods Auto Centre was going to rip me off by replacing parts that were not needed and the guy was charging me the price of the parts way beyond the market price. When I refused to get replaced those parts, he charged me $50 for doing nothing to give me my car back. Then I took my car to another shop and they did a proper check and said there was nothing wrong with anything and they gave me Out of Province Vehicle Inspection Certificate. Although I drove my car all the way from Toronto to Edmonton and before leaving Toronto, I got checked my car for brakes, suspension and everything. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!

Don't bother with this company. I've been using them for small maintenance work until this most recent time. I had some driveline work done and they broke my brake line and let me leave the shop without telling me. When I called asking about the leak, the boss seemed to know about the leak(did not notify me when it was in the shop).When I returned and mentioned that I thought it was a possibility that they broke it , the boss was just upset and walked away from me after showing me the leak (completely dismissing me as a paying customer). I have never lost any brake fluid for 4 years until I left their shop. He quotes me $300 so i went to another shop to get it looked at. The other shop said it looks like someone had just been fiddling with the brake line, which caused it to break. The other shop charged me $175 and I will not be returning to Millwoods auto centre since they are not an honest company.

THEY LOST A CUSTOMER Worst experience ever as I was new to Edmonton and I need the out of province inspection done for my vehicle. I waited so long and the owner was rude to me. It got me so late so I have to leave my registry work for the next day. I mistakenly misplaced my inspection slip coz I was in a hurry so I went back to get just the slip printed again. The real cheap face of that guy came across as he put me to wait again just for the inspection paper and once I got that he asked me to pay $50 more just to get that piece of paper. I guess that time he took advantage of my need to have slip coz without that slip I won't be able to get my new plates. I should never go for my car service. These auto centers are just taking advantage of people.

I brought my vehicle for a safety inspection and oil change. When I came back after two hours, I saw my car already packed outside. I was told that the oil change had been done and that I had a leak in my engine. I asked them how much it could cost to fix it and was told 2000 dollars. I decided to do a kind of control, first at Mr Lube and then Midas, where I paid for the whole check again. First, they doubted if my oil was changed in the first place as it was dirty and secondly, they found no leak. I have been driving it for two months. This is a 2016 car. I may he wrong but I doubt that my car was inspected at all.

I confirmed with this place TWICE and was quoted $70 for oil change both times. They ended up charging me $111 and I was only asking why the extra charge, the cashier Rashpal Singh started yelling at us and was insanely rude. If you misquoted at least have the decency to explain nicely and apologize?? I asked him why didn’t he call me to let me know it will cost extra, he had nothing to say and hid behind his counter refusing to talk to us. He knows he’s a scammer and a coward for hiding.

This is a location that I have been going to with my dad since I bought my first car as a teen. I had my check engine light turn on. The owner did a diagnostic test/scan and it turned out it was something they didn't specialize in. He called me and let me know of the issue and also did not charge me for the test. This is a place I will definitely keep coming back to and trust. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

It was worst services that I have ever had. I have changed my multifunction headlight part in dodge car and they changed different instead of original one. I told that it was different and they accepted to change when they get original part. After a week I went and they changed that small part but they charged again (part’s price again)even they have their fault. I am not going at that place again.

I had my car get into an accident by someone cutting me off and they were able to repair my radiator my condenser as well as the mold on the bottom of my car which was all damaged and was overheating my engine. And they also tail lights all for only 600. They did an excellent job were very kind and even drove me home when I had no ride. Definitely a place to look into

Came here for an Out Of Province inspection and they came back after 3hrs to tell me I need over 1600$ of repairs to pass. Went elsewhere and only 2 of the things on the list actually needed to be repaired for 441$ plus it was all done and over in 3hrs when they said the parts wouldn't come in for weeks. Practically a cash grab

I came in because of my research. People seem to love this place. Now I know why. They made a loyal customer out of me! Fast, fair, thorough and pleasant through the whole process. Love these guys! Not to wish bad things on my car, but I look forward to come in and have them take care of me and my Porsche.

Great Service with reasonable price, Owner of business is very much skillful, honest, and polite in nature. I was seen quickly, and they identified the issue on the bottom of my car right away. I was charged a very reasonable price for repair. They didn’t try to upswell and the repair was quick. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for general car repairs.

Very reasonable to the service provided. And first and foremost thing is the owner is honest. Most auto shops are always charging more n trying to make the most... Could have cleaned the shop little better.

Taking too much charge. They change different part in my car and it was their fault so they have to change the original part with no cost. But they took charge again. Worst service I have ever had.

Got an oil change from this shop. They were absolutely great. The owner noticed my headlight was burnt out and just changed it for me, no cost at all.

Came in knowing the tire has a hole in it and it’s losing air they took the tire off and put it back on and asked me to pay without fixing the problem

Picked up 4 new winter tires from Mill Woods auto. These guys have the best prices in Edmonton and are very honest and trustworthy.
